Cashier kumar was very rude. I asked him very politely about air guage to measure air in car tyres. He very rudely said he does not know anything. I don’t normally put reviews but he was very ride without any reason.

The hideous, nasty, unpleasant and deformed Indian (who is not much to look at and is suffering from male pattern baldness) that works evenings would stop the pumps so I couldn’t complete the transaction.
Didn’t let me use my cards, tried every pump and wasted my time.

Wanted me to pay inside instead so they can copy your cards Very sketchy place indeed. Needs to be investigated.

Also please hire someone whose more pleasing to look at, this dude makes you want to hurl everytime you look him.

I would Give zero stars I got gas there on sunday working as manager in restaurant in bolton they took 250 dollars from my card dont know How big scammmm Place I got gas for 36.49 the cashier was so clever never pass me receipt said you can get it from outside printer wasnt working need my money back

I recently stopped by the Esso gas station, and I'm quite disappointed with my experience. They refused to allow me access to their washroom facilities, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. Clean and accessible washrooms are a basic expectation at any service station, and I feel let down by the lack of this essential service. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

WORST gas station.both morning and evening staff are so rude and mannerless. They don’t even know what the customer service is.and their washrooms are 24/7 on maintenance don’t know why they don’t let anyone use it. Would have given 0 stars.

We came at night in this Gas station and they are saying Gas station is closed. The guy Philips said we cannot let anyone use washroom as people can make it dirty. This guy insulted our friend as well.

Ok location, but couldn't use their speedpass app to prepay at the pump before you get out of the car. This is the first Esso location that I have been to that doesn't have this feature and it badly needs this feature.

Doing so not only shows that the gas station cares about its customers' needs, but also helps to maintain hygiene and cleanliness in public areas. If a gas station is unable to provide washroom facilities, it should at least inform customers of this policy in advance, so that they can make arrangements accordingly.
In conclusion, gas stations that do not allow people to use the washroom are highly inconvenient and disrespectful to their customers. It is important for gas stations to provide access to washroom facilities, or inform customers in advance if they are unable to do so.
