They have a hard time listening to the customers and just assume they know what you want. They also don't like to redeem points when you ask.

By basically being the only pump in town they can get away with the fact that their pay at the pump options are constantly broken

Car wash. Hit the back of the car. Called inside fellow came out. Told me to leave and I'm like okay back out. You said I couldn't. I should go around. I said that there's people waiting there. Asked you to tell them to move so I could go back through again because I didn't want to wait another four cars. You said too bad. You didn't want to tell them to move.
I pulled out. Went around front. Came inside. You gave me another ticket to go through again which is all fine and dandy but I would have to stand in line again. Then you said I asked them to move. I said I've already come inside.
Gave me another car wash anyway. Was not waiting in line. Should have just reset the machine.
Not happy with the service.
The attendant was rude.
Happened at about 2: 30 p.m. November 2nd. 2022

This is a wonderful gas station. I saw other people saying the employees were very rude and was cussing at them, but in my experience, I loved the customer service. Everything about the gas station and the people there is perfect.

Wonderful gas station! The man running the station is awesome and is really friendly. The washroom is in pristine condition, and the station is in a very convenient place.
