Just heard about someone leaving a wallet there and the employee who tampered with it /stole from it are still working there. No disciplinary action has taken place. They have lost my business. Can't trust a business with no ethics.

Absolutely disgusting to continue to let someone who admitted to stealing a customers money and has a history of theft still be employed there. If she’s stealing from customers then I’m sure she also has no problem stealing from the company, a delusional decision to let her remain your store manager.

Diesels always to expensive, but also heard about the manager tampering with someone’s wallet that they left behind, lost my business forever, disgusted to see her still employed there.

With recent development of the manager openly admitting to stealing from a customer, they have lost my business permanently because this manager is still employed there even after admitting she stole $200 from this customer.

Employee steals from customers. Not cool. I will no longer support this business until this matter has been corrected. Sept 29,2023

After an employee of this store stole a WALLET and LIED about it to the police and stole that customers money, You still employ her…. Absolutely disgusting decision will not support this place ever again. VILE!

The manager stole a wallet, lied to police, lied to owner, got caught, admitted everything, and owner STILL employes her. I will never go here again. Lost business for life, even if they fire her later

Allowed an employee who openly admitted to stealing money continue to work there. Disgusting.

Rude employee
Doesn’t even greet and bathrooms are magically out of order continuously. Will no longer give service nor should anyone if they can offer good service or services to the public. Aldo reporting them as they legally have to have washrooms available to the public.

My family and I have the most amazing time with our U-Haul rental from this location. The employees were extremely helpful and very thorough with my contract and explained everything! It made my move so much less stressful I would definitely recommend the Stratford Erie Street location for Uhaul rentals to everyone!

This location shares space with UHaul with only one employee to cover both services. I came in to buy uhaul boxes, bought 2cases for $130 sale. The man behind the counter was rude, only helping me reluctantly, not all the cases has their full count. After paying I asked for help to get them in my car, just outside the door. I have heart failure and it would have been difficult for me. He refused, citing he had other customers and he was alone. Again I found him rude and unhelpful, it wouldn’t have taken him but a moment and I’m certain the other customers wouldn’t have minded. In the end a kind gentleman waiting in line saw my distress and helped me get the cases in my car. Am I wrong to shop if I need to rely on help with heavy items? Why is there only one person working a busy station? All in all a very upsetting experience for me.
