Always get gas here. All the staff have always been great to me. Today Sunday Aug 13th experience was not so great. Got gas and was going to get a car wash. Never got asked if I wanted a car wash prior to payment so I should have got a free car wash which I didn't get. Ended up just asking for a standard car wash after. First time using this car wash as touchless is very important to me. One of the worst car washes my truck has ever been thru. There was so much soap left on my truck. There was also so much water left on my truck. Paid 15.99 for a car wash only to have to drive home and hand wash my truck to get rid of the soap all over it. There was so much dirt left on my truck also. Don't get me wrong, I was not expecting a hand wash quality wash, but this was unacceptable for that price.

My wife was there this morning and came home in tears! Staff (male) verbally attacked her over the fact that her lottery ticket was folded in half he went on and on and she tried to not get upset but he was nasty! She was in such shock and when she said she will contact manager he said “I dare you”! We even have another person that was there and he gave my wife his info if she needs a witness!
