The attendant Allan went above and beyond good customer service in helping me. He boosted my battery in a few minutes and got me back on the road. Thank yoi Allan.

I travel to Streetsville once a week and often stop by this New Esso Station to buy Gas and Lotto Tickets. I wanted to send a shout out to the Service Attendant, Alan whom I thought was the Owner. Everytime I engage with Alan he is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable just about everything pertaining to this ESSO Station. Thanks for being a GREAT GUY! Russ Kelly

I was there on Jan 11-23 around 3: 30 to buy some lottery tickets. From the outside a nice new looking clean station. My mother went in to buy the lotteries - she is 83 and yes has a Croatian accent but rarely has any issues with people not understanding her as has been in Canada for 58 years and is pretty fluent in English.

Anyhow the counter person was Super rude! He was mumbling and speaking kind of under his breath so she didn’t catch what he said first off - his response when she ask him to repeat himself was “I really wish people would just understand what I am saying” in a condescending manner. I couldn’t believe when I heard that. He proceeded to be rude and talk down to her the whole time. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Also it sounds like he has had the issue before - might be he is the problem and not the person in the other side!

Come on ESSO this is no way to treat your customers - your people should do better. Next time will just stop at the station 1 block up as I am certain they will tear us better

Gas is expensive and the staff rude and obnoxious. Poor customer service

Left my wallet and got it back just like I left it. Honest people!
