The brush less car wash is a WASTE of MONEY.
I have used it 3 times, got 3 free tickets, and even after washing it a second time there is still dirt left on the car.

Something must be wrong with their pumps as I drive a small car and I just put 50 dollars in and it gave me half a tank and should’ve almost filled it. Noticed it hit almost 3 dollars before I even felt the gas going through the handle and it not the first time I’ve noticed this. I won’t be going to this gas station again.

The car wash is awful. It did such a terrible job cleaning, rinsing, and drying the car. The whole thing was honestly a waste of time and money. As for the gas station itself, well, it dispenses gas. So that's pretty cool, I guess.

Decent gas. Decent carwash. Touchless. The dryer does not stay on long enough which is annoying.

This ESSO gas station had the lowest gas price in the area when I went to fill up my Jeep.

The station itself was clean and properly stocked with paper towels, windshield washer, etc.

I went to pay inside and the staff member was polite and helpful.

I use the app, so usually take care of business at the pump. The few times I've had to go into the store the staff have been courteous and friendly. Car wash is great.

After paying for my gas I went to pump my gas however they increased the price as soon as I started pumping. That is super shady and unhonest when I pull in and pay for gas at a particular price and they severely increase it just before I pump.

Honest review. The good: gas is usually cheaper here than Petro on 401 and townline. The bad: customer service is beyond poor. Car wash is terrible. Soap wasn't coming out of the nozzles. I informed them and they have me a re wash. Still no soap. The second time I recorded a video to show him. Clearly shows zero soap. The response: you car looks clean I can't give you another wash. He said he replaced the drum. But what does that do for me? He also said he watch the second wash and saw no soap, but offered me nothing. Absolute worst. Save your money. Will never go here again.

Service is generally good when you have the right people working. Some days there is an older guy who keeps you waiting at the pump because he is in the back office doing God knows what. Since this has happened a few times, I only use them when I have too. Just today, I decided to get some gas and was waiting for 2 minutes, I just gave up went into my car and drove down the road to Petrocan. This same gentlemen told me they no longer give you Esso points if you are using a PC Mastercard. That's fine, I no longer feel loyalty in giving all my business to Esso. I just shop where ever I get the cheapest gas.

It's a good Esso. There is no diesel which is a draw back for anyone who drives a diesel vehicle. The service inside is generally good. They've got a car wash that works well and places to vacuum your vehicle as well. As gas stations go it's a 4 star.
