Horrible it a great location has everything I need but the employees are horrible very mean employees got mad at some kids over filling a slushy cup to the top but there just kids he also very rude and treats everybody like they don’t no anything horrible employees horrible experience hopefully we can change management here or employees to enjoy our neighbourhood esso/circle k

Visal was very rude. I had a coupon for a free frosty and I asked what size it was for and he said medium, I asked where on the coupon does it say the specific size and his response was, well if you get extra large and it doesn’t work, there’s no guarantee you can pay for extra large.
I said okay, still got an extra large went up to the counter and told me to never fill up the cup past the cup into the lid again and I wasn’t supposed to, the coupon ended up working and he didn’t say anything and didn’t give me another stamp card back or my receipt!
Very rude and weird.
Not coming here again.

Didnt notice my car wash ticket expired and asked if they were able to re issue me a new ticket and said they weren't able to help me out. Said their system doesn't allow them

I’ve been living in the area for over ten years and no matter what time or day, middle of the night or mid afternoon, you won’t see the damn gas price displayed and after going in, they say all pumps are temporarily closed.

I noticed many times i filled more litres then expected in my tank

Car Wash has touch and non-touch options and is quite thorough. Four different types of car washes. Mondays are half price car washes.

Very rude and unprofessional night duty attendant. This station needs to retrain the people they hire.

I come here for cheap gas which is consistent. Competitively priced with Pioneer (usually less than 0.4 cents difference).

Nice place with lower prices due to a Pioneer Gas Station across the street that always has low prices. The customer service is not the best.

Can't split a payment over two cards like every other station but has no problem having my tax based fuel subsidies. Colin was rude and untrained. Never ever ever giving my business to esso ever again

6/21/2018 5: 15 AM - I went to get a car wash before going to work but the cashier asked me to wait for 10 minutes so he can finish mopping the floor.

3/30/2019 8: 30 AM - I was buying lottery when I requested to cancel the lottery ticket because I made a mistake on the lottery form and want to make changes. The same rude guy from last year told me he cannot cancel the ticket. This guy is a liar. He eventually cancelled the ticket and printed a new ticket from the revised lottery form. Other staff are nice.

Forgot my 50 dollar gift card here, I came back the next day they said the Cant give it back to me

Worst customer service April 12th 1: 15 pm. The girl behind the counter was super rude and didn’t even greet customers

Car wash has been out of service for ages at this station. The clerk sold me the car wash only to tell later that I can’t use it. I have been there twice since then and couldn’t get my car washed. Apparently you can only use the code at the same gas station so I’m stuck. Would not recommend.

Khalid is the rudest person I have ever encountered! He got quite upset at me asking for my missed PC points (instructions on gas pump to go inside if there are issues). He started shouting profanities at me including offensive hand gestures repeatedly while insisting he will give me my points via someone else's receipt. I was in shock and actually went to a different esso, asked the exact same question and the attendant was quite helpful, just couldn't give me points since it was a different Esso station. Not the first review here about this particular employee's attitude. Please do yourself a favor and don't give them your business. The Pioneer across the street is always cheaper and there are more dignified ways to get PC points. Currently waiting on the parent company to investigate my complaint and get back to me.

Needed a car wash, but clerk refused to give me the lower price because I did not buy gas at his location. I showed him a receipt that I DID indeed buy gas, but from the Esso up the street. I explained that the first location's Car Wash was out of service (a fact the other clerk told me only after I had already filled my tank). Clerk still refused. I explained I would have bought gas from him but I had fully filled up at the first location before finding out their car wash was screwy. (frankly, whether or not your corporation franchises its location should not be a concern of the customer. Your corporate structure should not impact my service, nor should it ever be used as an excuse by staff). I bought gas from Esso; a couple minutes later I tried to get a car wash from Esso. That's how I see it. If you can coordinate your gas prices so perfectly, figure out a way to coordinate your discounts.
