Did their car wash and it damaged the paint on the roof of my car. I would not recommend it.

Please be careful when cashing in your lottery tickets they will short your money and this was the second time I noticed he short me money. I won’t be purchasing anything from them anymore everyone is trying to make it and your robbing poor ppl

Plz. Stay away from this location the Chinese guy (night cashier) is fraudulent. He overcharged me a few times on purchases.plz make sure to gave attention before you pay always overcharge customers. DO NOT TRUST what he says plz check your receipt. Last night about 4: 35 am went to fill up gas he wasted about 10 minutes of my time by trying to bring a cheating mechanism.lots of confrontation & harassment. This guy is Robbery make sure to check your receipt, make sure to check your PC points too before & after your purchases. There is nice guys across the road @ Petro Canada the reason went to Esso is i collect PC Points

The employees are very nice, but here nobody demands the mask, it gets full of people and most without masks

I had to fill up in this Esso station, the employees need more knowledge to be working in a gas station! They don't even know what they are selling.to be in that position as a manager and don't know nothing about car product is upsetting all I needed is antifreeze, spent $70 on that.so, I feel that I got ripped off! I asked for red antifreeze and they had the 3 type of antifreeze in the same color package very easy to mistake.so to be on the safe side I asked the manager and told him is this antifreeze / red for my car.he said yes walking out with the wrong antifreeze and when I open it.it was purple color! So, I started reading the bottle and it says for diesel only, so here is all my money spent on the wrong prudoct that can scrow up my car my engine so I go back and tell him that he give me the wrong prudoct, ok amazing did not solve my problem, now he said sorry it's open item now you can keep and spend a next $30 on the next one witch I had no other choice, never mind that the price is a rip off! Way overpriced and a manager that doesn't know anything! His experience is only chocolate Chip's milk eggs spicy cheese spend $70 dollars on a $9 item, paid 7 times more and I am unhappy customer. This proves that this business in not open to help consumers, yet it's open to rip them off.never mind that I'm a 10 years client at this location, see the pictures below the 1st one is a Esso in Brampton charge $19 for antifreeze
And the second picture is to value the antifreeze Price in general so you can in your own eyes this ripp off if I was able to choose a zero was in option I would choose it, Chris was the name of the manager (gold digger Esso)

I like this gas station! The best thing about it is that its huge and the atmosphere there in summer is as if you are in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida during Spring Break, lots of people loitering around! It has a Tim Horton's inside to boot. Its a very pleasant gas station, it also has a big car wash. Cops love to go park there to chill out.

Just your typical gas station. The attendees that work their are really nice. They also have a pizza pizza joint that is attached on the inside. Had it’s full menu plus delivery. Very convenient if you want pizza or gas in Sutton. Would go again. Also gas is cheaper at rare times at this location.

The washroom here is absolutely disgusting. Their is wet toilet paper all over the floor. It's damp and stinks like urine. Plus it's out of toilet paper most of the time.

Great staff, They care for the customers, take ownership and responsibility if necessary to make sure the customers are happy. These days that some use pandemic as an excuse to deny the full service their sincerity should not be unnoticed. Great car wash by the way. Thank you guys

The cashier at the convenience shop tried to give my cousin the wrong change 3 multiply times. It's very important to check your change when given by this location.

I can never pay at the pumps. It never works and this is the only gas station I have this issue with.

Zia is a rude customer service rep who thinks every young person is a punk i handed him my olg tickets to get scanned and he took 5 mins to pay me out

The gas station is very good and very easy to assist with the pump and fast service in the payment. And big stores in side the gas station they have lots of thinks in their. Very nice and clean.
