Cashier asked for and ID for the most stupidest thing. He can't tell the difference in age of a person between minor and an adult

Its 3: 03AM and the store is only opened for gas cars people i guess. Because the attendant completely ignored me.

After washing the car here, it doesn't seem like the car got clean, but it gets dirtier The detergent was unmelted, rinsed and dried, leaving hundreds of white spots in my car. Worst experience!

Avoid by any means. No idea what happened recently but the car wash became an expensive money grab and the car is not even clean! Is it the new car wash system or is it the car shampoo or actually the lack of car shampoo - I don't know and I won't be checking again. Have been a local customer for 10 years, not any more. There's always a redline for tries and tricks a business should never cross.

The Indian guy named Gurinder is so rude person. He behaves likes he owns the gas station while the owners don’t know how he behaves the customers. They should hire nice and friendly people. I am not gonna come to this gas station any more and if such behaviour continues you guys will lose many more customers.

They will not answer questions or help you get a new tank for propane. Most of the time they will laugh at you of you ask.

I always like how the staff lets me in after midnight even if I don't buy gas so I can pick up some snacks

Quality and customer service downhill since under new management. Empty shelves, poor stocking and dirty store. Bring the old dealer back

Been a customer for 30 years. No problems. New ownership, problems. Haven't been back in 2 years. Circle K has no standards set for staff. I get my gas from PetroCanada now. Husky just around the corner too. If staff makes excuses for poor quality service, so be it. Plenty of other vendors around.

1 star is too much. I went to get a car wash around 11 pm. I called upfront to make sure the car wash machine is up and running. The staff confirmed that it is, so I drove 15 mins to get a car wash. Fist when I entered the room, it smelled soooo bad. Smelled like someone’s armpit it’s disgusting! Second when I tried to redeem my points, I was told that the pos machine was not working, the only way to get a car wash is paying cash, WHICH THE STAFF DIDN’T TELL ME WHEN I CALLED 15 MINS AGO! I paid cash c got the car wash, it was not even clean! I went back to talk to the staff, and informed him that the car is not clean, he told me to drive to the front door, and wiped the body with his hand, and told me it’s not dust! I asked for a redo, the staff told me to come back the next day. Honestly I don’t expect much service from a gas station, but this is so far the worst I’ve been to.

I have been coming here for 5 years. Warm and friendly owners! Lineups move very fast and Tims coffee is always made so fresh!

The carwash at this station is just terrible, even the windows look dirty when finished, total waste of money, don't wash your car there. The owners attitude seems to be to bad.

Excellent location, has Tim Hortons and a car wash. Always my first stop in the mornings for gas & coffee!

Excellent customer service and great staff and clerks. Family owned. There's a timmy's indoors too. Perfect morning stop for gas/coffee and red bull. Competitive cigarette prices too.

I took my car for a wash and was not happy with the service hence the $15 price tag for a "luxury wash". My car was not air dryed properly (which I am used to as I have to spend a few minutes to dry it up properly my self after each wash), But this time the wash was not acceptable, I will attach a picture, Anyways long story short I drove my car back to the store and brought the issue to the store clerk's attention and he was trying to convince me that this is a "touchless" car wash and it was normal for half of my car to remain dirty, Like it was my first time taking my car to a car wash, lol.
I could have spent the same amount of money and gone to a small business where they would actually wash my vehicle propely as well as cleaning the interior (vacuum) for the same amount of money.
