Absolutely appalling customer service. Car wash didn’t work. No soap. Then it locked me in there for 6 mins till i could finally get the attention of the attendant. When i asked for my money back he said that’s not our policy. Then told me he knew they were having trouble with the car wash. Yet they still sell tickets for it. Flat out refused to return my money. Then tossed a free car wash across the desk like I want to go through that machine again.
Oil companies clearing profits of over $100 billion in the current economic climate and won’t give a refund for some that was defective. Pathetic rip off merchants.
Additional: having read multiple reviews below about their defective car wash and poor cs I’m wondering if the car wash is a pure scam. Reported to BBB.

2 times through the car wash. 1ST time it only bothered to wash half of the car then didn't dry so they gave me a new wash ticket and the second time it still didn't get it right. Thoroughly unimpressed.

Very pleasant cashier here washroom was neat also cashier mit asked me after I was done using the washroom if it was okay and if I needed anything. This is great example of customer care and satisfaction that most gas stations don't have keep it up mit

The car washes an absolute waste of money I spent $15 on what they claim was a supreme car wash if I'm lucky it took the dust off If you have to stop there for gas don't be fooled into getting their car rinse because it definitely is not a wash

There is a girl name miss Karam she I so nice to me she helped me. I personally give her 100/100.

Just paid $14 dollars for a terrible car wash. The bottom half of my truck was still filthy. I could have gotten it cleaner using a garden hose. I would not recommend this car wash.

Usually cheaper gas than competitors, drive thru automated car wash on site, courteous and helpful staff. Gas open 24 hours

Pretty decent gas station but the car wash is always down. Had a coupon for a Premium wash but it expired because the wash was under repair every time I went to use it. Coupon was only valid for 4 weeks which is not a lot of time between washes.anyway: 2/5

Just an ok gas station. I mainly go there for a quick vehicle wash, but lately it is either not in operation, or not working properly.

Car wash down once again. I was there on Wed and it broke down and I went to get a car wash this morning and the cone is in front of the car wash entrance - broken still. I hope it's fixed by the weekend it's a great car wash and the agents are quite friendly too

Giving this place 1 star is too man6 in my opinion. Thers gas may be reasonable priced some days but for most other things they are seriously over charging were ever they can. Last night I had to stop there for smokes & they charged me $15.10. That's $1.05 more than 7/11 & $1,80 more than Avondale. Not only they have over charged my husbands debit card on 2 different occasions & 1 morning the clerk was very rude to me & made derogatory comments towards me because I wasn't at my best. They have lost my business personality now.

More often than not I pull in to get gas from this gas station on my way to work. Once I pull in I realize that they have put cones out at the pumps to indicate they are out of gas. About half the time I pull in during the morning it is like this. Since they leave the gas sign on, there is no way to tell they are out of gas until you have already pulled into the station. Very inconvenient for a "24" hour gas station.

I've been going there for 15 years. For a few years the attendants were a bit indifferent, hardly friendly, didn't seem to know who I was, despite at least weekly fill-ups. But over the last several years all the attendants have become more attentive, friendly. It's close to home too.

I've seen the prices change 2-3 times in ONE day yet they claim they get the price at the beginning of the day and leave it there. Also despite their car wash not working they have no signs to tell you that. I had to go in and ask about it only to be told it "might work tomorrow". I'll be going elsewhere like Superior Car Wash on Ontario instead.

Price was. 10 higher than down the street and that was disappointing. I did fill up here for PC points and I needed a car wash.
The woman who served me was very kind and friendly and I did appreciate her help.

I would not recommend going to this gas station, especially for a car wash. The cashier is rude and unprofessional, I purchased a luxury car wash and it did not properly clean my vehicle. I went back in to let her know and she refused to give me another car wash because they don't guarantee that the car wash will clean your car. Which is just ridiculous. Called head office and got a free car wash. I will never go back to that location

Did not honour my 5 cent off litre card. When I asked the attendent to confirm card was expired they could not.
