This is a touch less car wash with undercarriage spray heads. You drive into it slowly. Stop when the machine tells you to stop, then park the car. Wait inside the car, while the machine’s arm washes around the car. Once it’s done, the machine will tell you to drive forward slowly under the over head blow dryers. You can hear those dryers when it comes on. To help you out, there is a digital timer letting you know how much time you have left to dry your car. Once the countdown is done, you just drive away. This car wash cleans the car, but would need touch ups with a damp rag done by hand later.

All the staff, especially the manager provide the best customer service and attend to customer’s questions and needs in a professional manner. They really work hard to keep the store clean and stocked up all the time. The price is always lowered before other stations in the area.

Avoid buying ANYTHING from this store because:

1) the prices of items in the store ARE FRAUDULENTLY FIXED and false advertised meaning by the management of this location meaning the prices that you see on the display DOESNT APPEAR ON THEIR CHECKOUT TERMINAL and YOU FRAUDULENTLY GET CHARGED EXTRA THAT PRICE.

2) Employees here are obnoxious, rude and above all else LAZY. Dont believe me, just visit this station 3: 00 am at night AND THE GUY IS SLEEPING ON THE JOB!

3) Circle K head office DOESNT CARE ABOUT your complaints and WONT EITHER APOLOGIZE or give you a rewward about it.

I dont like this location when entering from bayview south and swing in to the gas pumps it you turn in too sharply you wiĺl go over the curb and danage your car.

Refuse to give me a refund when they incorrectly charge me for a car wash that I wanted to redeem my points with, very rude and loud.

Wow I just had my worst experience at a gas station the older guy who says BEBSI instead of Pepsi is so rude and unprofessional I almost had a fist fight with him he is the WORST PERSON you can imagine run a cashier please get rid of him ESSO

Gas attendant talks to timmies staff too much while sepulchre pay at the pump then get asked to pay inside bad bad I get gas elsewhere

Went to this station & paid for Luxury Car Wash for $18, waited twenty minutes for the wash & when I brought my car out it was not clean - told the manager nicely to come take a look & see and asked if I could go again and was told no & told me he had to go check the cameras - I come to this station often & am not happy with this experience - when I mentioned this to the manager he told me "Thats fine go somewhere else - if you're not happy too bad" I don't advise anyone to go use the car wash services as they clearly don't care about end result & customer care.

Absolutely rude costumer service it’s giving all ESSO BRAND a bad name.personally they made me hate ESSO since the day they treated me very rudely please ESSO management if you guys reading this make the whole crew take some management courses they are doing an absolute garbage work specially the older guy, he doesn’t deserve a place in such a job, he should go and work in a Zoo

This Esso station has a very large parking lot, unlike some. This is helpful because they have a Tim Hortons inside the store. There is plenty of room for cars to park while buying a coffee. Staff seem okay. Prices for gas seem to be the same as other local gas stations. Also, there is a car wash here. The asphalt could do with a repair, as there is a pothole at the entrance from Bayview Avenue. Update: the pothole was repaired soon after I posted this review.

Good location, I experienced once there was no gas from one of the machine in the morning, delayed for several minutes.

Washroom is not working, poor strategy to avoid work, if we pay complete amounts why the give poor services

Lots of free stuff BUTTTTTT. It says you could get free water but they did not inform us about the fact that you have to tell the cashier BEFORE YOU PAY to get the free water.

I used it to vaccum my car.the vaccum hose was long enough and it was powerful enough to get the job done in 5 min.
