Polar Pop, Froster, Propane, Firewood, Circle K ATM. Tim's service counter. MR Lube next door. Big and well organized concenvenience store.

It's a gas station. There is a convenience store here as well. Drive in, gas up, pay then go.

Went inside looking for a certain chocolate bar (lol) & they had it! (New flavour alert!)
Staff at the check out was super friendly.

This gas station is almost always a few cents cheaper than the Finch and Dufferin location. However, at both locations I'm often forced to have to enter the premises to obtain my receipt rather than it being printed at the pump. Ugh!

Had a problem today with a clerk who is actually a manager. I got the impression that the guy is trying to give me hard time or some sort of a challenge. I guess I'll email Esso tomorrow about this whole thing

The cashier by nam”PALVINDER” need to learn some manners. When he asked payment method, I couldn’t hear it because of loud music played at the background. When I asked him to repeat it again he hit the desk with his feast and screamed “CARD OR CASH”. Then I asked him why would you did that I didn’t hear what do you mean, is this way you talk to all customers. And he said I talk to everyone who doesn’t understand!
I understand work can be stressful but this kind of manners unacceptable here! Please, consider this kind of situation can lead to unwanted situations, cause I am well behaved person I won’t teach him how to behave, but management can give some basic training to its employees. Thank you!

Palminder the attended is extremely rude. Asked me to wait 1 min to cash out some items while nobody is in the store. After about 5 mins or more i asked him if he can cash me out now. This attended had the audacity to say “Yo system is updating ok wait” in the most rudest manner even his facial expressions. At that point i put my items away. There is a way to communicate with paying customers.

This Esso gas station has great fuel savings 2-3 cheaper than others if you are driving along steels ave. There’s also a Tim Hortons at this location.

The young lad working night shift today February 4th 2022 should be made to attend an anti racism training. I drove up to the pump closest to the store entrance and on the pump it displayed "To pay here insert your esso/optimum card" meaning you can pump before you pay. The moment I lifted the nuzzle to pump the cashier cut off the pump and insisted I pay before I pump. But other cars farther from mine where allowed to pump before payment. I waited for a car that just pulled in and was for from mine, the driver also pumped before he went in to pay. The time it happened was 21: 50, apparently a black guy is considered a thief until proven innocent. This is the second Esso gas station I have experienced this racial profiling. Services available to others wasn't available to me because of my skin color

The staff and the owner is very nice and friendly, especially the guy works in morning hours (vicky) he is so generous and amazing talks politely and helps me alot, the store is very neat and tidy, very kind gesture of manager, I recommend everyone must fill gas and visit this store

Service was ok not my first time here they don’t say hi or anything! Even when I say thank you have a great day I still get the cold shoulder!

I do not think I have ever been spoken to by a low class gas attendant like Nilay.so rude and smells really bad

Extremely rude staff at the circle, checked my receipt twice and were not willing to let me pay for my water until I showed them that I had already paid for the fuel! It was self service n I told them twice that I had paid along with showing my receipt

Circle K cashier on staff STILL WEARING MASK UNDER NOSE, even while stocking and doing other tasks away from the register!

They outright rejected my transaction 5 times. You hang a sign outside that says due to covid only 6 ppl in the store at a time. Then you try to force people into the store. They no longer take credit card transactions at the machines. They cancel them and tell you to go in. I've gone here soo many times and now you decide this? Why? If it doesnt work at the machine what makes you think i'll try in the store. You got homeless up and down your store harassing people and you want to subject people to that? Going to bathurst/yonge/clark next time.rediculous!

This location has a poor hygiene as it smell's like there is a sewage water leak in there and they can't figure it out.

Inside store smell is so bad, and not clear at all.the guys in the cashier, not Nice using the phone.

Very friendly, but the Circle K cashier on staff today and yesterday was wearing his mask improperly, underneath his nose. He also had it pulled down around his chin when there were no customers to serve. I understand wanting to relax but germ particles in the air don’t suddenly disappear once you pull your mask up, especially if you continue breathing through your exposed nose afterwards.

The Tim Hortons staff are excellent as always, no complaints there.

I go this store very often. Cashier Smirnia Jet is very aggressive and rude. I had this problem twice and I will not go anymore

Horrible customer service! Told the attendant the pump selected a different grade gas then the one I chose. He looked at me and said, “you chose it, that would never happen”. Pretty sure I would know the difference between regular and premium considering I’ve never pumped regular gas in the last ten years.

Tonight I went there for my first time at 9: 30, the guy told me out of service all the time, and the washroom not available all the time, i couldn't buy gas for my car, i went to the one on the opposite side finally, wasted me15 minutes: @

Great location. Friendly cashier who keeps the wait time to an absolue minimum. Very impressed with the work ethic here.

If you new as a worker here then leave it, manager Racha and her husband they don't pay for the training. I worked there 2 weeks nights but they didn't pay me. They said i have to come again for training, which means no pay and they want me to work for free. Manager doesn't know how to talk, even if you do every task they assign still they say harsh words, which is their trick not to pay to the employee. These people are worse, don't fall into their trap. I was new canada when i got employed there but then i left because they didn't pay

This is the WORST service Esso/Circle K center ever been to, Staff here are the worse ever. When I inquired if there is anybody in the washroom (since the door was locked), they don't like to answer and also lie to brush me away, kept me waiting for the washroom, however nobody was inside and a key is required from them. (Just say that the washroom is out of order is good with me). Moreover even serve me purchasing a drink they had attitudes, like they don't want to do business.why being so measrable at work or having the business. It sounds like they have enough business and don't care. I didn't bother saying anything to them and just left, but thought I should share this with all consumers who reviews as well as come here. Lucky don't come here often since don't live in the area.

The Gash Station workers have something to do with Air Pump. Seems like it is not working for over a year now that I am reading reviews after losing money on that machine. Moreover, that card reader might be taking credit card number so I need to change it now. Wondering if we could complaint about them. It was -15 this morning when I had this incident and I lost my last quarters and Loonies in the machines. Even if people die, these people won't take any responsibility. ByCott this Gas Station.

Costs $1.50 for air and built in air guage is totally off. Can cause you too dangerously over fill your tires.
