The brown male staff working right now is unprofessional, rude and uneducated by mocking people when they were asking questions about how the payment works for gas.
Overall decent esso station however it does get very busy during peak times. The congestion can make filling up a much longer experience than it needs to be. If you can, use this station early mornings or later in the evenings.
Jayshree lady didn't let me use restroom as I told her clearly that I am an ESSENTIAL Worker, a cable technician. She showed no sign of cooperation and simply denied. If there is any one from Esso management who can educate staff to at least show some cooperation to ESSENTIAL Workers. We all knew its pandemic but where should we go to use restroom as we work all day outside. I hope you understand what I am trying to tell. Please show some humanity. Thanks
Never have receipts on pumps forcing me to go inside. Very poor quality in management. In this pandemic we live I avoid going to inside places but thanks to them not replacing their receipt papers I am forced. Way to go esso!
Very disrespectful employees. Always lying about the OLG machine being out of service repeatedly saying not working because they are too lazy to cash winning lottery tickets. You can buy but can not cash your tickets. I try to avoid going to that gastation. Very dissrespectful employees. I didn't want to give them any stars. But they refused to let me post my reviews if I don't put a star so I had to put a star. They deserve zero stars
This is such an awful gas station. It’s always so crowded and there’s not enough room for cars to move around if you need to try a different pump. There’s also not enough parking spots for people who are not getting gas so you’re waiting behind someone for a pump and they often go into the store or something after they fill up without moving their car out the way so someone else can get gas.
Asking for a number 3 wasn't good enough. Had to ask for the rest of my food. With no one in line. 7min for just an energy drink. Not a quick and nice experience. Dead menu screens. And bees in the store with no communication of what's being done about it. Unsafe to be in the store.
Not a lot of room to pull in and position yourself. Can get chaotic during rush hour, seem drivers forget that not all cars have the tank on the same side and make poor placement decisions if where to hang out while waiting for a pump.
There is a small Tim Hortons kiosk inside. Slushie machine. Chips, pop, smokes and vapes.
If you need a propane tank filled for BBQ you can exchange a tank here, but right next door they will refill your propane for much less money at the propane station.
There is usually a ragged street person asking for change in front of the doors, so if you get anxiety from that type of interaction don't make eye contact or you will get cursed at.
Cheapest gas in town, everyday. No jokes. I am an Uber driver and this is the cheapest in Toronto always. Here and Esso at Dupont&Davenport prob owned by the same ppl. They are always the same price, everyday, every time.
