ESSO CIRCLE K

I use esso when the price of gas is lower than others I love optimum points so it's a bonus. Few times in different locations when the pumps are newer my cards get stuck and/or the machine can't read them. And yes I've tried other cards and put them in as directed. Staff everytime have to pull the card out for me then try to explain how to use the "pay at pump" and encourages me to just tap my card on the pre-authorization pad of 250$, 1) my card won't approve of that much and 2) my Scotia card never taps anymore. I also find it more convenient to pay at pump than going inside

Worst car wash in st catharines.they use barely any water on the first contact with a minimal amount of soap. For 20 bucks which is the cheapest wash it's a total rip off and waste of money. Go to the wash behind the Canadian Tire off Martindale. Cheaper wash and you will love how clean your car gets.lots of suds.great wash.

They are always closed 9: 30-10: 30. Either they run out of fuel every day or something. Their price in morning is always more than day price

Ive caught two people filling their tanks while their car is running here. When I told the attendant he said to me " If it blows up I get to go home". Priceless.

I cannot believe people are reviewing a run of the mill gas station hahah… but here it goes.

Prices are reasonable and the car wash is good!

I grab my smokes here everyday. But recently got a charger here, it died within like an hour of use and wouldn’t connect to any device even with different cubes/devices. They let me switch it no issue even though I didn’t have a receipt they’re always super friendly too.

Did you see the sign? "Employee's are just doing their job". At the self serve pump lol. "Hey kid, Wipe my window will ya? ". "huh? I mean what". Snowflake in the summer

They advertise Touchless Car Wash but it is not! There was brushes that went down the sides and over the top of my car as I cringed worried about my paint and antenna. Thankfully there is no damage but I was not impressed!

Paid almost $20 for "Premium" carwash. Save your $$ use the Esso at Lake & Scott st. This Ontario st. Loc.has all the settings turned almost Off! Barely any soap & No Rinse plus dryer also barely works Spent 15 min.towel drying wet truck. Fyi Same for Cars too.

If I have choice to give them zero star I will because today I went there to get the lottery tickets.but the guy there toll me I have to show them my id to purchase. So I went back in my car to get the id show them and ask them why they have to check my id and the indian guy there he was so rude and toll me its esso policy I called the esso customer service and they toll me no we do not ask anyone id until u r buying smoke and under 18th. I file the complaint against them.why the front stuff asking id for buying lottery tickets. Owner need more educate the people when the hire special asking id.try not make fool customers.

Came here Monday.sept. 21.approx 12.30 in the afternoon. They have signs all over the pumps and doors stating everyone including employeesmust wear a mask as per the law.as I enter to pay the clerk is maskless? So why the signs?

More snack selection than the avg gas station, always service with a smile, even at 4am. I've seen it plenty. Best part tho? The fact that it's walking distance from home and I can collect optimum rewards on treats for myself and the pups.not to mention the gas too, which is always one of the cheapest fuel rates in town. This location has improved by leaps and bounds over the past few years, I used to walk passed it to Pioneer up the street cuz it was that bad. That's no longer the case.

As gas stations go this one has great staff. I usually deal with the early morning crew and they are always accommodating and pleasant no matter the time.

The attendant at night on 25th july 2020 sharan was very helpful, helped us out of the way to adjust and make us feel grateful. I really would request his manager to give him some kind of appreciation.

Went here to redeem a Circle K prize coupon and was told they would not do it because they are an Esso Circle K. Meanwhile there are ads for this contest plastered all over their store. Wouldn't go back here for anything if they are going to lie about little stuff like that!

The staff is here are helpful. The gas station is always clean and the convenience store is well stocked. The car wash is updated and has many different wash choices.

Good station and prices (they compete with Pioneer across the street), cool attendant. Their car wash is my go-to.

It's a gas station. Fairly standard. Easy to get to off the QEW on our way to Niagara Falls. Better prices than in Quebec.

Should rate as a 1 star based on the price if gasoline but in reality.pumped gas.paid and drove off as expected.

There prices are gouging at 119.0 when all other stations including other Esso's are still at 110.9. The day that extra Optimum points are awarded for getting gas at Esso, they jacked their prices up to 119. We asked about this situation and all they kept saying is that Head Office told them to set that price. We will not return to this station or any other Essos that follow the same policy.

I drove across town to this esso after getting gas at the only other esso in town with a car wash, except their car wash was down.the staff there were super nice and said go to the Ontario street esso for a car wash. Upon arriving, I told the employee what had happened and showed him my receipt from 20min earlier and asked if I could get a car wash at the fuel price. He showed zero empathy and could care less and said nope cant do it you have to get gas here. Super disappointed as I always go to essos for gas and car washes. It's only a couple dollars but it's the point. Time to give someone else my hard earned money!

Grest prices and great service. Workers are always friendly. Dont go get your Optimum card and save your points.

Stopped by to put gas and due to the pump not stopping I ended up spilling gas on the ground, vehicle and myself. I brought that up to the attendant and after he came out to check it out told me he was going to put absorbent on it. I told him I had gas on my vehicle and myself and asked for a rag and he tried to hand over a paper towel. I asked for a wash and he gave me a price list. My next step is calling head office.

When I arrived, there were a couple of empty spots so I backed in to the pump. It said, "Sorry, pump unavailable" so I went to another pump and it had the same message. Thinking that was odd, I went to a third pump and it said the same thing. So I went inside to ask if there was a problem with the pumps and the guy behind the counter told me it is a "one way gas station" and he was turning off the pumps as I went to them.
I was blown away, the jerk was shutting off the pumps as I went to them. There aren't any signs saying it's a one way! How am I supposed to know it's "One way". Never going back there again.
