Most evenings around 1130pm, employees do not give access to purchase gas, very inconvenient, what do they have to wait for? The price to change? Have asked most employees why? They all said that the instructions are from the owners, most ppl that work an afternoon shift are going elsewhere to purchase gas rather waiting for after midnight.

Convenient for me to grab some gas and a tea before heading up the DVP. Clean. Busy but I've always found a place at the pump.

Comes in handy in the middle of the night when you just have to have a donut or other nutritious snack, like say potato chips.

Homeless begging for money, Tim Horton's that can't get an order right and high gas prices. 2 out of 3 can be fixed

Thank god the washrooms were open but this is the first public washroom with NO soap in the washroom. The floors were disgusting. Extremely unhygienic, especially with covid spreading, they should pay more attention to cleanliness.

Pricing is standard in Toronto, and good number of pumps present, though I only ever visit in the late evenings. Have not felt unsafe here while filling up.

We went to the Tim Hortons for tea and coffee. Staff polite and professional. The washroom is clean and open to the public.

Tim Horton cashiers very rude and disrespectful, she said Hello and I said it back then repeatedly said Hello as if I was deaf. Then asked me move to a side to serve other customers because I was pulling out my wallet. Was very rude and laid back acting as if she didn’t care, Don’t need someone like her on the Job she is very disrespectful and in a hurry with customers.

I never thought I would write a gas station any reviews because getting gas seemed so straight forward to me for the past few years I have been driving. I never had so much trouble with any gas stations in the past. I had to run between the cashier and the pump a few times, spent half an hour but still wasn't able to get my gas. I gave up and went to another ESSO instead.

This place never had squeegees to clean your windows and there's always a group of homeless people hanging around asking for money and blowing cigarette smoke in your face

Don't get stuff here. Things are expired, staffs working at Tim Hortons are very resentful they don't even make you the coffee you ordered. No customer service exists here. I know they don't care but I still leave the review so that ppl can at least know what to expect from this place.

Rude lazy staff. A hangout for nasty cab drivers so very difficult finding a parking space or a free pump. Staff do not clear the snow and ice well. Premises very dirty and the washroom is disgusting.

The employees of this Esso gas pump's Tim Hortons are very nice but the washroom is missing soap dispenser and the very nice Tim Hortons employees handle your food after they use the public washroom. That's just disgusting.

Still they haven't replenished the washer fluid in the squeegee since before the winter ended. They upgraded the pumps a few months ago when it turned into a circle K from an on the run. I dont like the esso station as much as I use too. The staff is also very rude.

This esso is the one I use most but it is getting to be worse and worse every time I go. The staff doesn't fill washer fluids and the store is dirty.
