NO WIFI. (I expect WIFI from timmies at least but nope. Binny has been taking my lottery with a credit card now. She is a great worker. No points with lottery which is a downside. They have propane here and a carwash. Timmies inside and some parking in the back. Lottery checker. Washroom. Lots of drink choices. Air pump. Washer fluid. Cases of water and so many snacks.
There is firewood here for some odd reason. And slushies.

Very rude girl at the desk with a pony tail. She wouldn’t let me buy $130 lottery tickets using credit even though I’ve been doing it for years. Will be going to different kcircle’s and having no issues at all. When I asked to speak to a manger, she said no. Wont be visiting this kcircle anymore. Used to have good gas prices but they haven’t had good rates too.

Best gas station in the area. One-stop shop. Binny always goes above and beyond while serving customers there.

They got rid of the full service pumps… now I have to stand outside in the freezing cold filling up gas. For that you get a 1 star! Bring the full service back!

If I could give it no stars I would, not allowed to pay at pump only I alone am asked to enter to pay. Always a problem at this station will never return.

Poor Service. Authorized my credit card then shut pump down. 5 days to get money back. All I had for gas. They just didn't care.

Worst service ever. The girl named Gagandeep was being very discriminating as she was letting all other people pump gas peacefully but was being really very rude with the people from some specific communities, I don't know what the reason was there behind her such a rude behaviour. The worst service I ever got from this gas station until now.

Very unprofessional employees they have on this location, today in afternoon, I asked the girl who works here that I need assistance how to check pressure in car tire can you send someone outside and rudely she said it belongs to third party we cannot help anything about it, to hell with your unprofessional excuse, on tire inflator it mentions the gas station name circle K so how it belongs to third party, it means you are working here free of cost if gas station belongs to third party. Owner of this location should give proper training to there employees instead hiring employees who don’t know anything about gas station customer service

This store is filthy and they're too lazy to clean their bathrooms so they say it's out of order this is indicative of most petrol Canada's in the Brampton area avoid at all costs you may get some type of disease.

WORST SERVICE EVER! SLOW AND ILLITERATE! The car wash is constantly having issues, don’t waste your time buying a ticket, it’ll be an hour before you actually move in the line for a wash!

The logically challenged attendant sold me a ticket without advising me the wash is not working. I can’t get a refund as it’s against store policy and I can only use the wash at the location only. Are you trying to screw your customers over? During the pandemic?

The pumps always have issues! Either not available or not reading the credit card or out of paper for the recipe. I hope the owner will come to his/her senses and maintain the pumps at the gas station.

Prices are good, but every pump is pay inside at 4 in the afternoon. Was never asked about a car wash (needed one) and pointed out the sign for a free wash if not asked. Cashier smirked and charged for the most expensive.

Great gas prices, friendly staff! Lots of options when it comes to needing snacks or beverages. Bathrooms pretty clean

Car wash was terrible. Was told to leave the line that it’s now closed. Went inside for a refund for the wash. Then was told it’s open to go back in the line again. Waited another 15 mins. Terrible. Never coming back for a wash or gas. Petro always.

Very good service. Although, during peak times the lines are long, they may need another cashier. But overall good.

Stopped to get gas, pumps were clean and recently calibrated. Store clerk was friendly and fast. Exactly what I come to expect from large chain gas stations.

I have always filled my gas from this same location for almost 5 years and yesterday my car started shutting off in the middle of the road and some how I got home and next day my car didn't start and I got it towed today and mechanic opened my fuel pump which was all clogged up with back stuff and gas does not smell like gas at all and it was black in colour. Mechanic told me the gas that I used was very poor quality gas. I will never come back to this same location ever again. Probably there tanks have a leakage

Although, this Esso gas station is conveniently located at the south west corner at Queen street at Airport road in Brampton, petroleum consumers can expect to prepay for gas during regular daytime hours due to weekly non paying customers who would rather pump and drive. This location is complimented with a Tim Horton's coffee shop equipped with a drive thru and a car wash station. Drive thru hours are limited until approximately10: 00pm at night. Wal-Mart and shopping facilities are adjacent this location. Further, public transit is accessible from this location via Brampton transit/ Zum. In addition the closest competitor is across the street on the westbound side of the street, UltraMar. Ultra offers Masala chai tea and other Indian finger food varieties to compete with Esso's Tim Horton's.

Worst customer service ever. The manager is extremely rude and I cannot believe she holds a title with such minute people skills. Avoid this spot as much as you can. I hope the owner or franchise can look into her ignorance considering there are 6 other stations within the area.

Can you just PLEASE hire people who understand English? I understand you need speed of service, but don't rush a customer! How rude can you be? It's one thing to be inconsiderate, but another to just be outright disrespectful! I'd rather pay extra for gas if i'm going to be treated in such a way. FIND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, IM SURE YOU CAN FIND SOME INDIANS THAT SPEAK BETTER ENGLISH THAN THESE IDIOTS.

Came back from work and began filling my gas. The pump was stopped at $3.00 when the cash register said I had to pay first or he would call the police. I was shocked he would resort to such an option, so quickly. As I was putting the nozzle back, he ran outside, as he thought I was running away without paying and put his hand in my car and tried to take my keys! I was utterly shocked and everyone else was looking around in disbelief. My car recorded the whole ordeal and I was thinking of posting it online, but didn't want to embarrass him. After paying the 40 dollars, he was finally able to get a hold of the police and tried to tell them I didn't want to pay and spoke to the police myself and explained the issue. They said theft was a common occurrence at that location, but the attendant certainly over reacted and went overboard and it shouldn't be an excuse for profiling me.
