Location is never too busy and at least when I go there it has no line up for the car wash.

This man with a receding hairline and over gelled hair has the worst attitude ever and Id never hire someone who thinks it’s okay to talk to people like that.

I stopped in 9am Saturday morning to fill up and get a car wash to rinse away the winter salt accumulation on my SUV.
The store attendant was SUPER friendly and helpful - I had some trouble entering my code at the wash station and she came out quickly to assist and explain to me what I did wrong.

Their car wash is touchless / no rails which is why I chose this location. I opted for the standard wash because I was only looking for the undercarriage, heavy soap wash and dry only. It did a decent job but the back of my suv still had some salt marks and the dry time is less than a minute.

I’d still give this a solid 8/10. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area and on a nice day I’ll give the ultimate wash a try.

This place should be the standard for esso gas stations. Always greeted with respect and service is on point. Never to busy for the staff they handle the flow flawlessly.

One of the few locations with a car wash. So it's definitely a useful location. However, I find the car wash doesn't do a great job. It often misses the same spot on my car on the right hand lower side. I used to only go to the cloth based car washes that Petro Canada used to have but I find there are fewer and fewer of those and now it's mostly all touchless. It doesn't do a great job, especially considering how expensive car washes are now.

One of the fairest prices in town. Today was 4 cents cheaper than most downtown Toronto locations.

One of the most expensive gas stations in the area due to the fact that "there is not much competition around" - according with the employees there. Also, weird people hanging around there sometime.

The whole point of paying at the Pump is so you don't have to walk in the store. Every time I Pump gas here I have to go into the store to get my receipt. Pumps are always out of print paper.

Do not EVER buy a car wash from this location. Every time I come, there’s a lineup around the entire station for the car wash which makes it very difficult even just to get in and fill up.

Furthermore, the pump electronics are slow and laggy, and the receipt printers seldom work. The prices of food and drink items inside are out to lunch.

It was a little hard to get to a pump that wasn't " express" (prepay only) but I like the idea of having express lanes. But instead of having them all in a row it would be better to keep half of the station express and the other half regular for example.all the express are on the left side for easier navigation. There is vaccumes, air pump, car wash and tim hortons but the tim hortons does not use the tims app. So no points or redeeming here

The cashier who is working in store is very unprofessional. Today I visited in store and he was so rude to me.

These girls need to wash their

The best car wash in Etobicoke…hands down! It’s a touch less car wash which provides the best results despite how dirty your car is. It’s a fairly large gas station so ample fuel stations and place for parking after the car wash for some personal detailing.

If you live in Etobicoke and need a touch less car wash - This is the place to visit.

I have been using this car wash for a while and just tonight I went through for the premium wash and my car came out just as dirty as it went in. I showed the attendant who took pictures and then gave me another code. I went through again and it was just as dirty. The blaster when you first go in was only seconds and the wash was too quick for what it used to be so I know it wasn’t working properly. What a complete rip off, he told me he’d give me another code but I told him it obviously isn’t working if I’ve gone through twice so what would going through again do? ! What a waste of time as he would not give me a refund either. I will never use ESSO stations again for gas or a car wash if this is how they do business!

At least the bathroom was open but they have a crusty toilet, this is what it look like apparently right after cleaning

Won't honour the free car wash if they forgot to ask. Even called the head office to inform them the situation and they said the store would reimburse the gas I purchased plus the car wash.haven't heard a peep since. Won't be giving them my hard earned cash again.

Pls be careful at this gastation. Specially the Somalian lady who scam ppl. She charge extra if u pay by debit and at the end of the day she takes all the money she scamed. So many ppl catch her but she still work there.

Those who fill gas from here be careful. I chose the regular gas and pressed that button, but when I completed it lights highest gas (supreme one) when I complained about this to the guy who works inside instead fixing or checking the machine he’s arguing and shouting from the store and it’s my second experience from the same gas station.

Now all pumps are pre pay only. They need to make it clearer that it’s prepay only so people can choose to take their money elsewhere before wasting time lining up to fill up. Huge inconvenience because you’ll be lucky if the card machine in the pump reads your card or gives your a receipt so now you have to go inside twice. Won’t be going back

Worse gas station priced way to high there is another station just up the road cleaner cheaper and smells great

Omg, what has happened to the Gas at Esso. It's the worst gas on the market right now. I guess that is why they now accept PC/Optimum points. Not going here for gas again or any Esso for that matter.

I bought a luxury car wash 6 days ago and didn't end up using it right away because the lineup was too long. When I went today, it didn't accept my code. I went inside to talk to the attendant and he said it was used the same day I bought it, and he said he couldn't do anything about it, and to go back tomorrow when a manager is there. This has happened to me at another Esso location a few years ago, they also didn't replace it, and since then I always use my car wash codes right away after purchase. The one time I don't, this happens and there's nothing I can do about it as a customer. I think this is a problem at Esso in general, they need to make the system more secure, and in the meantime I'll be looking into another gas chain to use as my regular.

Abhorrent Customer Service:

I went through the touch-less wash station, the vehicle was left with many water spots (not a big deal), but some exterior lighting was damaged. I went back in to explain the situation, and the employee BLAMED ME (not sure how that works when I'm sitting in my car the entire wash).

It was clear to me that this employee was not going to help me even from the beginning, so I kindly asked to speak to her manager, the lady sarcastically wrote down a number.

I was given only a 9 digit phone number, I went back in to get the correct number and was told by the same employee that the manager "won't be answering my calls" and that I "talk too much".
I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service and I will be contacting ExxonMobil's corporate office, since the employee refused to provide contact information, and violated corporate policy.

From my recollection, the employee stated her name was Janet; however, after failing to provide managerial contact information, I doubt that is even her real name.

This specific employee should be re-trained, especially after "working there for 10 years" at the same station. Personally, I have never met such an ignorant individual in my life.

I understand the difficulties of working nights at gas stations, but that does not give you a free pass to disrespect loyal customers, especially when that customer was being completely respectful. This experience highlighted (and what I view as) a lack of problem solving, common sense, and dignity from "Janet". I will never use this Esso again.

Very good gas station with lots useful features. This location includes a car wash, car vacuum, many gas pumps, Tim Hortons, and a convenience store. As good as it can get for a gas station.
