Absolutely unbelievably low bar for service and they still disappointed. Pumps randomly don’t accept cards and the car wash won’t accept contactless payment from iPhone. Laziest front desk assistance you’ll come across as I imagine by now they’re clearly used to all the terrible reviews. Please see to it some feedback gets done on better problem solving.

Good place to go if you want to part with a lot of money Lol all jokes aside, good station.never crazy busy. The attendants are polite and good at their jobs, and present unlike some of the ones you go to, haha.

I go to this Esso EVERYDAY for my Timmies and my other daily essentials and every person on their Staff is exceptionally polite and pleasant. Great store. Great people!

It is the closest thing to a family run small town gas station. The family all participates in the operations. Lovely

Do not go to the car wash at this location. I have a Circle K car wash pass, and I had issues with the app on February 4th (evening). The attendant (Joanna) argued with me, spoke with her manager in another language, and proceeded to talk about the situation with other customers right in front of me. Never have I had such an unprofessional encounter as a customer.

Excellent Management and Staff. Great Customer Service from young and vibrant staff. Staff always informs me whenever there is a sale or promo for multiple items. Store inside is stocked up very well and easy to shop. Store is always very clean and tidy. One of the best carwashes I have ever been with both touch and touchless option. Anytime I encounter a problem with the Carwash, I am always been assisted and helped by the Manager or the staff. Great place to shop and will visit regularly.

One of the worst car washes I have ever gotten. Maybe got half the dust, missed the tailgate of my truck entirely, and left a huge soap mess on the top. Very expensive compared to other places as well. Skip this car wash, head over to the ultramar on Leslie, the prices are better and the car was actually works. Never coming back.

Just used its newly upgraded car wash. It was great. Now it gives an option to select either soft clothes or touchless wash mode. I chose soft clothes wash. My car is shine and clean.

Don't use their new updated car wash. Your car will not be clean. Just spent $20 on their best wash. Dirt still on the back and side mirrors no longer get cleaned either. This is my second time with a bad wash from here. No longer receiving my business, sad because I've been coming here for years for the car wash.

Card readers often don’t work so you have to go in and do your transaction with an attendant. Also often signs on pumps saying out of order. Wayyyyyy more than any other station I have used.

I fill my car at this station at least twice a week, always different pumps, NEVER a single printer work, and sometimes the pump itself doesn't work.lines ups inside to get ONLY a receipt, takes 5-10 min. I hope management, or owner know that.

This use to be a great location, I'm not sure if theres new owners. The owner I'm familiar with is a guy named, Bobby. Like I said it could be new owners. The exterior of the building is deteriorating as I pull into the driveway the asphalt is broken & theres 3 different spots that would surely cause tire damage. The worse one is right by the Tim's drive through. Now the landscape looks bad its overgrowth. There seems to a problem with the pumps everytime I go there. Now for the interior side of things. The washroom is very poor & never cleaned properly (wheres my airfreshner) the staff are young, unprofessional, I really don't like rap music & when I walk into a gas station in Aurora Its the last thing I'd expect to hear. Especially when its cranked & the seniors in the store were not happy either. The staff also wear heavy cologne its unpleasant & overpowering. Your store has gone downhill I will be going to other locations, in the future. I could overlook the potholes if they stopped playing rap! That's not good for customers & I'd be embarrassed if I owned the store. Its gas & coffee in one stop for me. What do you say?

Amazing staff but no stars because of bad prices and going from a touchless carwash to a cloth spinning wash that scratches your paint

I was just there to fill up my tank. THE MUSIC BEING PLAY WAS HORRIBLE, loud, vulgar rap the language, was not acceptable. The gas attended thought it was funny. Will not return.

Nice polite staff. My how the Esso has changed through out the years. Been a staple in the petroleum distribution Business here in Aurora for what seems forever.
