Worst gas station non-experience gas, attendance.
Not paying attention to customer requests

I would never come to Brampton again! The Gas Station was heavily crowded like the prices weren't even that cheap! It was so hard to get out of the parking spot cause the Gas Station area is small and a bunch of cars are there and their not moving. The convivence store parking lot is so small

Attendant is rude and doesn't know how to deal with customers. I had to go inside to get receipt which I couldn't get from the pump and I just said that's its a waste of time.immediately he replied saying that go to somewhere else to get your gas.what kind of service is this and then kept arguing. Very bad experience

My visit to Esso Gas Station and Car Wash was satisfactory, but it didn't exceed my expectations. While the convenient location and decent fuel quality were positives, the limited amenities, average car wash experience, and lackluster customer service were areas that could be improved upon. With some enhancements in these areas, Esso Gas Station and Car Wash could offer a more satisfying experience to its customers.

Worst Tim Horton inside the Esso, they never have anything

They clean there French vanilla machine when it’s busy…

Decent sized gas station. Staff are friendly. Has car wash, tire pressure pumps, customer washroom.

Good option who has a presidential choice optimum card. You can redeem 10k points for a free carwash.

Horrible experience, guy from afternoon shift snatched the newspaper in front of me. Very rude and racist. Although white people read everyday without paying them. Let the person know that it is paid, not need to snatch the things. Learn some manners.

Horrible experience! They are fraudulent, charged me for car wash! Their system is pathetic, automatically charged me for car wash while I never asked for one.
When I went inside the store for reversal, the store In charge Zaid, the most pathetic in customer service had the most rude attitude and gave us the most ridiculous reason that transactions outside the store can’t be reversed and pinned the blame on us! Please be careful and refrain from visiting here for gas filling!

That is worse place for fuel filling, & on counter at 9: 40 pm two man over there working his behaviour is very rude. They don’t know how to talk with customer. Plz give proper lessons how to take with customer. They never fill paper in machine. I think they have no maneuvers.

Was here at 5: 55am, 5 min for Tim's to open. The tall cashier guy, who was probably 15 or 16 yr at gas station follows me where I go, and stands there staring at me, as if I hired him as a Bodyguard or something. Very uncomfortable and very rude,

I asked him if he was following me, He replied yes, its my job to follow people and watch them.

Not sure what kind of job asks their employees to follow their customers uncomfortably, but apparently this one.

I request 2 times in 1 week different days for esso point card and employee have same answer, we don't have esso point card in stock

The had station is located at corner and has exit at both sides. They offer Diesel and 93 Octane gas as well. There is a convenience store, coffee shop (Tim Hortons) and Car Wash at the location. The had station is well maintained.

Very poor customer service. Ridiculous attitude of store manager.for a simple complaint at the store for a car vaccum machine not working the response was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
A simple request to stick a paper note saying the machine is not working was not honored instead dealt with in an arrogant manner.he was not worried if other customers loose money and all that was mentioned that he does not care.this sort of a store manager will only lead to bad customer experience and loosing customers.this incident happened on 9th june 2019 evening around 6 00pm.many other customers were also trying to explain the manager that he was wrong but he turned a deaf ear with arrogance.people like this is not even fit for being a cashier leave alone manager.hope this reaches the right ears of management to make necessary action.

Easy location to get in and out. People working the counter are fast which is a big plus. The lot itself is on the smaller side, STAY AWAY if you see more than a few cars lined up. The mix of a small space and highly intelligent Brampton drivers will turn filling up your tank into a headache. If it's full, go down Mavis to the shell down the street.

Terrible customer service and management. I had a huge issue at their convenience store at this location and I was supposed to get a call back from the manager and never did. There's a bunch of clowns running this place and I promise to never go back there ever after being a customer there sure over 5 years.

Very bad service. Did not give second car wash while system wash only front part. Wash room did not have cold water. Guys do not care about customers. Please avoid using this location if possible.

This rating isn't even one star. Awful entrance and exit structure on a busy corner. Especially where the vacuum and air pump are located. You would definitely want to reverse into one of those three spots to pump air or to vacuum because there is an exit/entrance on the left and cars are constantly in and out. Impatient drivers waiting to use the air machine to pump tires. I think its because there is nowhere to park and wait. You basically in the middle of traffic and people are getting frustrated. They are basically blocking traffic because they have to wait for the machine. AND THERE IS ONLY ONE HOSE! So in that case leave and go somewhere else if you are in rush. Dont take it out on other customers. I've never seen such angry people before? Over an air pump? What is happening to Brampton? Yelling and swearing because you think someone is taking to long? This guy looked absolutely ridiculous blocking another person in who he was yelling at? I'll never go back here again. Worst gas station ever.

Extremely fast service. CSR smiles less but uses two system to save customers time. Afternoon guy

Horrible Customer service by a guy named MILIND. Extremely rude. I could not believe I had to go through such an ordeal for a simple gas refill.
