My gas station to go to whenever I need to fill my car with gas. Price same like other stations but I go to Essie to get points on my Optimum Reward Card which I can use for groceries etc.

This Esso gas station one of the best I ever seen! It’s very clean inside and serves there is the best.
Jacquline the supervisor has the best service and very organised.

Poor customer service at the counter. Couldn't even ask a question because of how rude the guy at the desk was.

Rude staff, could not communicate clearly and effectively in english. As they were unable to answer my question they hung up on my as I was in the middle of a sentence. Staff needs to be reprimanded.

Jay doesn't know how to work the cash. Didn't know how to redeem coupons and refused to look at the instructions on the circle k website and realize he was wrong.

I'm impressed that this location uses a Premium Windshield Wash (purple colour) for it's free windshield squeegee. I've only ever seen water or soapy water.

This station is at the north-west corner of McCowan Rd and Bur Oak Ave. Gas prices are comparable to others in the area.

This station has an attached Circle K with a Tim Hortons inside. There is a drive-thru for the Tim Hortons.

There is a touch-free car wash building. There is a section for tire air pump and vehicle vacuum.

Gas pump malfunctioned and overfilled my gas tank and sprayed all over the floor and on my car. The owner proceeds to blame me and say it’s my fault. Also threatens to contact my insurance becuase it’s my fault I got gas Every where when it’s obvious th pump malfunctioned

Great local neighbourhood gas station. Well maintained with a Tim Hortons drive thru and car wash on site. Staff are friendly and store is well lit in the evenings.

I would rate this gas station zero stars if I could.

I slipped and fell while walking to the store due to lack of road maintenance and proper signage. After getting up, I noticed that there were a bunch of patches of black ice. I injured my left wrist and left knee as a result of the slip and fall.

The staff inside the store was not even aware of the conditions outside when I informed them that I had slipped and fell. They did not bother to ask if I was okay or take down my name/information. I contacted Imperial Oil directly so they passed on the incident details to the Market Manager, Ramin Hashemi, who offered me a $50.00 gift card as compensation.

This location gets 2 stars because they have cheap gas but they lose 3 stars because my credit card got compromised at this location.

Convenient location with the gas station, tim horton and the convenience store but the touchless car wash wasn't clean.the dirt still on the car

Terrible service. Someone gave me a car wash gift card and I checked online before I head over and had $25. Cashier said no money inside, I said there is money and here's the prove (from online balance checked). Not cared at all and said u either buy a new one and leave. Today I gave another chance them and they are just terrible. My colleague gave me a car wash but the code just wasn't work at this location maybe. I asked to backed out NOBODY willing to nor the cashier kept cutting off from the speaker. They all asked me to just buy a ticket and leave. I said I dont want to buy and have car wash anymore, I just want to leave period.

Doesn’t provide service till prices come up later! A so-call free market that keep you driving around when you purchased a gift card to a specific gas vendor!
So switch to Electric Vehicle that save your anger!

Do not pump at #6 as the thing keep, stopping but the station still charge me for$6.41. So mad and I will go to another location next time!

Besides good customer service I love the wonderful car wash in this site. The luxury car wash gives a clean shiny wash. Be alert to make maximum use of the dryer.

Car wash broken, but still selling the ticket for it and they dont take refunds.very stupid system.never going back there.
