Very poor customer service! I visited here today at 7: 30pm. Teach him how to talk and behave or fire him. People are already having a bad day and then meet people like him to make it worse!

Gas was a good price. Prepay, but that gave me time to quickly talk to the cashier (polite), use the facilities (messy, but useable), nice selection of snacks, other customers were polite. All round a good place.

Bad service. Store says 24 hours. Doors were locked and employee would not let me by the oil car needed. So now I can’t get to work and im stuck at your gas station. Totally bad service. Why advertise 24 hrs if you aren’t?

I dont at all. Its a fake bruce lee wannabe. Whiteblack hippo in a yellow redgreen wrapping pretending to order plain donut, then later requezting everything donut cuz his/her two bulkshit sides fell apart. PRISON (ฺд) ฺ

Most rude people work here, no ethics at all. You are working in a customer service industry you gotta show some respect to your customers who are paying your wages.

Worst customer service, we are getting the service from here and they also didn’t allow to use the washroom. If they have opened a gas station they should be working amenities.
It is always out of service and staff is also rude.

One of the better run Esso stations. Haven't yet been accosted by panhandlers at this location, which is a very good thing. They also have diesel fuel.

During the day customer service is 5 star. At night, it's terrible. I just tried to buy some late night snacks and the door was locked. I slammed on the door over 50 times. Not an exaggeration.

When the Esso guy opened the door, realizing that I wasn't giving up, I made my purchase then asked if he fell asleep. He obviously lied said he was restocking the fridge.

I'd reach out to Esso but I know they don't care.

Check the cameras on May 24 around 3 am. I get it, the shelter across the street attracts bad people at night.

If someone else was trying to get late night gas and pay via cash they would have taken off.

It shouldn't have taken over 50 times of SLAMMING on the door to get the guy to open it.

Esso, if you see this, check your cameras and you will see the truth.

Again most people won't care, customer service at almost any place in Canada has gone down the toilet.

NOBODY cares anymore. They just don't. Prove me wrong.

Washroom is out of service, another way of saying we won't bother cleaning them. Its a gas station, open it to your paying customers at least.

Poor customer service. Each attendant is always on their phones. Be sure to check your bill and make sure you get the receipts that have been "declined".

Was getting gas this morning pump #1 started pumping gas looked down because i smelt gas and my shoe was wet hose was spitting out gas where rubber hose meets nozzle.

It’s 7pm on Sunday Feb 23 2020. The gas station is lit up and people are trying to pump gas but the clerk has locked the door and no one can fill up. There’s a massive line up and no one can fill up. Seems so sketchy. Looks like the clerk is stealing money from the till. Everyone is mad and wondering what is going on.

Great Gas Station if you need a quick fill up before jumping on the highway, store is very very small so don’t expect much if you are a snack connoisseur. Other than that no reason not to go here!

Went there twice. First time, a lot of cars were blocking the access. Second time, none of the pumps were working.

Mohammed and his team really helped me out today. I live close to here and always use this gas station but today I have decided to leave a 5-star review).

Good gas pricing and the only gas station around but more importantly again are the people that work here. Today, I was very worried about something that I lost nearly a month and a half ago but with the help of several people here at this gas station, I was able to find my missing item. Thank you so much

I really don't understand why there are so many people without quality in a developed country. Can't you see the managers of this gas station that this toilet is going to become a garbage station? The taste is really unacceptable to human beings and it's all bugs, never coming back! Always slow service are

I was working there, night shifts, as attendant three years back. It was my first job in Canada. It was a life time experience for me. Grateful to owners Azam Bhai and Arshad Bhai. Now I'm back in India, running my own company but won't forget my learnings there.

They have gas pumps that are sometimes out of service and they don’t even care to put a sign on them. I lost my time waiting and making the payment and at the end the pump was out of service. When I went to tell them they answered: yes it’s not working we know. If you know, put a sign! At least say sorry to your customers who lost their time because of your mistake.

This gas station has an incredibly unsafe vibe to it. I do not purchase gas, but sometimes will go in for snacks at night and every time I do I feel like there's going to be a fight between strangers that ended up there. Nobody is friendly, everybody seems on edge, and I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with all the customers. I don't feel comfortable going in on my own ever.

I dropped into the Iso gas station/store. It brought back memories. Before it was a store it was a garage and my dad was the machince.

This gas station is always easy to use; no problems, there's an air station where you can fill up your own tires, a car wash at most locations, I don't think there's a pump attendant but the cashier is always more than helpful in walking you through the procedure, which in all is very simple. The only reason Esso gets 4 stars is their prices man. It's not extravagantly high, but you can fill up your tank at other gas stations for a fraction of the price. Too bad they don't price match, lol.

It's worked out for me several times. I say they need more then one bathroom as it's a line up:)
