I had a pleasure being served by Gagan at Tim Hortons at Esso. Quick and efficient service with lovely customer service by Gagan.

Car wash is always not working here at this location or when working it is not properly cleaning vehicles. On asking staff was instructed not to to give/ honor another free car wash. This place is near (walking distance from my home) so bought monthly pass to wash our cars daily. Many times vehicles not properly cleans & staff refused to give another wash. I even saw people stuck in carwash when big brush stops on someone's vehicles & they can't even come out of there vehicle. When I saw someone stuck asking for help I phoned & told them than I was asked to mind my own business. At least read 02 people Complaint on Oakville WhatsApp group for falling loose parts from car washing machine. Big Peace's (Parts/ Wiremash) fell on there car which damaged there vehicles but Circle K company totally denied paying any lability. It turns to a dangerous place to wash your vehicle. Customer Please watch in future for any damages on your vehicle by falling loose parts as noone cares & taking no responsibility.

Self serve. The pumps don't have locks so you have to hold the pump the whole time - not entirely welcome on cold, windy days.

What can I say, it's a gas station. The Tim Hortens needs to work on their staff. Can be quite rude.

Normally I'd rate this location 5 stars but there is one issue that concerns me. Like many gas stations they have a large self serve selection of soft drinks and frozen drinks. For well over 3 weeks most of the popular soft drinks are out of syrup and dispense carbonated water. I have asked many times if this is being addressed but never get a meaningful answer. Someone replenishes the cups but that's it. I check the diet coke everytime I'm in the store but no change. Almost 2 weeks ago I noticed a string of mold hanging from the despenser nozzle. Kinda looks like black snot just hanging there. Does anyone clean and maintain this area. When is the last time it was sanitized? How safe is it to drink the soda. Mold flavoured drinks!

The Tim Hortons attached is 6am-10pm with the drive thru usually moving faster than the lines inside.
The Esso has had at least one pump out of service every time I have gone but the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Half the time the machines don't work properly to accept payment. Couldn't use my points when I tried.

Ever since this Esso became a Circle K, there is always something broken - be it the pumps, the inability to pay at the pump, or the car wash. I should note, however, that when the car wash does work it is excellent.

Night shift refuses to where a mask. Can be a nice guy but seems bitter inside. Wear a mask, it's the law.

Great convenient spot, parking lot approaches are in horrific shape.enter/exit with caution.
Wouldn't be expensive to patch it over either.

Really great gas station! Friendly service people who are always willing to help! Will go out of my way to grab gas from here.

7 out of 10 times the receipt machines at the pumps are out of paper and the staff seem lazy.worst esso around.

Handy, open all night. Tim’s is quick, and has what you need. Staff could be friendlier. Car wash is decent for a quick in and out.

Esso isn't really my primary go to gas station, but quite honestly there is nothing wrong with any of the major gas station chains. They all have their own rewards programs, and they compete especially in the early evenings and even more so when their competitors are right across the street. If you have a decent car and want it to last, then buy the proper gas for vehicle, simply put. Don't buy a no name brand because it's on sale or cheap, it'll cost you in the long run. Stick with the big guys, you can't and won't ever go wrong.

This is the worst gas bar in Onatrio.
Yesterday I went to get a car wash and they did not know what is going on. I was kept waiting for 45 minutes and my points could not be redeemed. The staff recommended I go to another esso gas bar.
That was frustrating!
I called esso extra and was transferred to consumer care. Lise, in consumer care, was so terrible that she could not pull up the location of this gas bar with the intersection given by me or the store number given by the staff. Finally when she managed to locate the gas bar, she was extremely apologetic for wasting my time with her and the gas bar staff and agreed to add 1400 points for a few car washes as a good will. This was a commitment given by her for her (lack of) service and the staff's unprofessional showing.
I also requested a call back from the owner since this happened to me for the second time at this gas bar in this year.
This morning the owner called me and informed that there was a Country wide system outage with the esso extra points software so they were not able to redeem my points and give me a car wash. That is poor reasoning!
As a consumer I don't care what happens at your end Mr. Owner (East Indian)! I want to know how much you care for my terrible experience.and are you willing to turn it around?
The owner did absolutely nothing to turn my experience for his staff's poor behavior and the system outage.
I want to take this case up to the head office with Esso and urge them to put a penalty and a price on the owners and staff so the owners learn that we live in Canada and that customer experience is paramount for brand image. There has to be a price tag for system outage- all great brands in the country follow this unwritten law!
I am willing to go public with my experiences with Esso gas bars in particular those with East Indian origin owners.
If you have some sense of responsibility come up and talk like a responsible businessperson Mr Owner - you have my phone number but I doubt if you have the courage!

This place has by far the worst service I have ever been forced to endure, from the cashiers to the people at the Tim Hortons constantly getting orders wrong. It is poorly mismanaged and the people are rude and obnoxious, outside of the Silver Snail it is some of the poorest customer service I have ever faced.

Worst pumps on the planet. The credit card chip function never works. Avoid this gas station if you want convenience.

I have started buying gas from here because it is competing other gas stations like pioneer on Bronte.

The line moved rather quickly but the communication is very poor among the desk staff due to language barriers clearly English was not their first language well they were quick the money there was nothing exceptional about the service and the cleanliness of this location is somewhat poor a little bit more pride and a little bit more English would make my experience much better with this particular location

Cashier is very rude! She is a bit**!
I came in with four free play lotto tickets and she told me that she cannot do it all if she have a customer from the gas.basically there is no people behind me. And she keeps on telling she doesn't wanna do it. I always fill my gas in this station but now NEVER!
