Not sure what was up, but. Systems were down. Had to find another service station when down on fuel.

This is one of my usual gas station and car wash. It’s very convenient, on the south west corner of Speers Rd and Third Line and accessible through both Upper Middle Rd and Third Line. And also very convenient to fill up the tank and get you car washed right after; you can also use the discount for your carwash if you spend $5 and more on gas.

There will be times that pumps are out of order, you just need to wait 10-15 minutes in the station or you can go to the gas stations near by if you’re in hurry (this usually happens late at night).

A very convenient place to go for gas some coffee or snacks, ir even take out food. Close to home.

Great experience, amazing customers, Tim Hortons on site, car wash and low gas prices.

The attendant ignored me as I entered the store and refused to unlock the pump after I'd paid, instead opting to take an extended washroom break before coming back to unlock the pumps of myself and the people waiting before me. Gas was cheaper than nearby stations tho. I give it a 2 Mark Ruffalos.

We just had a terrible experience. At the
, my husband noticed that the receipt charged more than what the pump said, so he went in and asked what was the extra. The attendant explained it was a car wash so my husband said we don't need it and asked for a refund. The attendant said he couldn't do a refund but he could extend the time by 3 months. I came in and asked for our money back. The attendant said he tried but that my credit card didn't accept it (which later my husband said was not the case). I told the gas station, Esso, not him, was abusive by thinking that all customers need a car wash, and please try again to do the refund. This time, it worked!
He said that next time we have to be more careful and don't accept a car wash. I responded that next time I will not go to an Esso. He closed by saying fine! Clearly, customers don't matter for them. It could be as simple as "Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll pass your feedback to Esso. "

Do not deserve one star. My car was damaged at the car wash, and they do not even apologize, but they saw the video and said your car was intact at the entrance to the car wash

Its a gas station. What do you need to know? Get the Speedpass app and you don't have to go inside or even take out your credit card. It authorizes the pump, you lump, you go. It even emails you the receipts and collects your loyalty points.

Been using this gas station for at least 10 years. They have the best staff - friendly, polite, helpful.

Over priced and goods they sell and I am referring to food items are past their expiration date or soon will be.

Decent sized convenience store with polar pop, footer, and an independent atmosphere.

Gas prices are typically lower than other places and staff are nice. They recently upgraded the car wash to include safe touch/cloth (in addition to touch free) - but it only accommodates one car at a time, which can make the line up looooooong.

I Purchased a Gift Card at this Esso for 150.00. When I tried to Activate the Card 20 minutes later. The Message was this Card is not
Valid.
Upon Returning to Store I was Told that that Card was not sold by Him.
I was Ofcourse Outraged. I have now been fighting with Esso sending Pics of my Drivers Licence and photos of Card a back and Front and the Packaging. If you plan on purchasing Gift Cards at this Esso on 3rd line and Speers Rd BEwARE

Great location and nice guys working there. Gas is always at a normal price and not through the roof. I enjoy the selection of cant in the store as well and the snacks. One of the better stations to go too

I frequently gas up here. I don’t have anything negative to say. Sometimes this location does get fairly busy however I never really had to wait around to get a spot to gas up. The gas attendants are really friendly, no issues with them. I’ve also use the car wash numerous times as well and it does it’s job.

Terrible service. I went to had my gas and car wash today. The lady charged me 19.20 dollars.but I have paid 40 dollars for my gas. She supposed to charge 16 something with gas.

Then I had my car wash and the car wash was broken. I waited for 15 mins inside the car wash but the machine stopped working leaving my car full of that colorful soap. Then the manger asked me to go back as he tried to fix it. But I waited for more than 15 minutes. Guess he was too busy fixing the car wash and forgot to give me my refund. I have to wait for the cashier and demand my money back. Driving away with my car full of soap!

Very disappointed! Never going back to any esso stores.
