Great experience with the guy who works cash. Super friendly and always remembers what I want, he will even have it ready if he can see me walking up. Fast & friendly, The bathroom is the cleanest he can keep it I would say.

The only reason this is getting 3 stars is because there is only 1 bathroom. Otherwise it was clean and staff seemed friendly.

I appreciate they have hand sanitizer at the pumps. Especially right now with the virus spreading.

Few times I been here female attendant did not acknowledge my presence when I entered the store and was not friendly. The store was tidy. I did not use rest room.

I was filling up in the dead of night at 12 got out of bed just to fill up because didn’t want to do it on the way to work, says 94.7 a litre. As I pull in it changes to 102.9. Like that’s just crazy how it changes 8 cents a litre and made me pay 10 dollars more that I should have. That’s not much, but gas never changes like that on its own and that is just plain out stealing.

I was running out of gas. I needed gas. I got gas. It was an fair exchange. I handed them money they handed me gas. Then I told them "No no no! Put it in the car! " The car is satiated.
I drove away.
It was a gas.

Gas prices fluctuate often in this Oakville/Burlington corridor along Dundas. For a while now it has seemed that after about 5: 30PM was the better time to buy and save. BUT the 20 cent spread between reg and prem does not move at the same rate. Even though the big signs promote $112.9 for reg ghe premium on the pump is still $140.9! When I feel it should be reflecting the same type of discount as the regular. AND they all seem to be playing ghe samw game now. Not impressed. Otherwise, the station, store and restroom were clean.

Basic items missing in the shop. Lady there seemed careless. I also wanted to redeem my points for carcwash Told me my that my esso extra card is blocked. I called customer service and they said nothing like that happens and they don't block any cards

I preferred this gas station normally but recently i was redeeming some lottery tickets and i told the female gas attendant today at 1: 30pm-ish, "i would like to redeem these tickets. Please replay the free play with encore. Thank you". Not exactly sure what happened but the cash value tickets i got she proceeded to play everything and said i owe her x amount of dollars. I said why as i only wanted the free play to be used. With an attitude she reverses everything, says something in her language to a male gas attendant on the phone. Does the transaction correctly finally but when i asked politely, "should i get rid of these for you? " She says yes abruptly and shoves all the paper my way. I said "thanks for shoving the paper at me. Much appreciated". She then proceeds to say thank you with attitude and i leave. Individuals with that attitude should not be in customer service cause it was awful. Terrible

Good location, a bit of a challenge to leave heading north on Walker's dont even think about trying to go east on Dundas. You can drive through the right parking lot to get to the light to turn north and south on Walker's. Large adjoining Circle k store and touchless car wash

Attendant made us wait 15 mins while he changed the garbage bags instead of taking the 2 mins it would take to make a sale

I went to Esso to buy a carton of milk tonight. I walked to the fridge, walked over to the counter and the attendant put up a sign as I approached, saying that the station would be closed for 15 minutes so paperwork could be done. Even though I had exact change in hand, he would not serve me. Asking him why he couldn't just lock the door while he does his paperwork instead of waiting until the last second to stiff me, he continued with his grandiose douchebaggery and proclaimed that "the company says it is to be done! ". When I left, he locked the door. He's either a moron or a power-tripping jerk. Probably both.

I was driving by tonight and saw gas was priced at 122.9 so I stopped. As i was filling up i noticed the price at the gas machine said gas was 127.9.wow can you say false advertising. I know it's only 5 cents but when gas is already over priced as it is, it's the principle of the matter.
I spend 15 minutes with the attendee Inside explaining the situation. He stated he would refund if he could first go out and change the sign. Once he came in, he tried to not give me the refund because the sign stated the right price now. Well, yeah! I let you go change it.
Never going to this esso again.

Clerk refused to take my sisters money because it was in change. She was already embarrassed paying all in change and this asshat makes her leave her keys and cell phone to go to the bank and get cash. Money is money. If I want to pay with nickles I will. Its currency. I will fix rating once an apology is given to my sister from the clerk!

They treat you like a thief at this gas station because you need to pre-pay before pumping gas.

Very disappointed to realize how this location deals with promotions. Sign reads if they dont ask you if you want a carwash they will give you a free luxury wash. So as Im checking out the guy does not ask me and I question him and he replies that he is not 100% sure if he asked but he believes he did when I know forsure that he didnt. Then the other lady worker buds in and says it doesnt matter if he asked you because luxury wash doesnt work and the boss said not to ask people because of it not working. So Im confused which answer are they going with? After them 2 trying to start an arguement I just left and said I will write a review and they both replied that it doesnt matter so here it is. Dont offer promotions if you cant deliver!
