The person working today at 11: 30 didn’t accept my 100$ bill to pay for gas because he thought it was going to be fake, without seeing it. I would recommend to replace him with someone bright enough to recognize fake bills from real ones or your business won’t last. Anyway never going there again.

I had a very bad customer service experience today. The employee who works there is very rude. This is my worst experience with esso. Try to avoid this location if you have to deal with the employee in-person.

Very rude customer service. The guy showed me attitude because of my nationality. This is discrimination. We live in Canada and you don’t serve your customer cuz you don’t like them? !

Good location. Nice to get PC points. Seems clean and new technology is in use. Has car wash and store inside as well. They don't always put signs on pumps that are out of service.

Always nice to come to this location for my gas and lottery. Niru, the staff are friendly, patient, and have great customer service skills.

I go there very often cuz their gas price is reasonable, but one problem, and the reason for 3-star, is that they don't put any paper towels at any of their pump stations. If you need one, you have to go inside and ask for one. It's COVID time. People don't want to touch the pump!

All the staff and efficient and nice except one that works in the evening hours. He is rude and impolite. Try not to use this station in the evening hours.

This is not a good station for gas but it is not a bad station either - some time the guy in the window is wise guy and hides behind the candy counter. For washing car it is a joke and more than one time machinery stops and I am stuck in my car and very frightened - Do you think they care - No they watch on Camera TV and Laugh

Typical gas station with water. I don't fuel up here, just pulled over for snacks. My fill ups are exclusively at Shell (they don't mix in ethanol on their 91 gas).

Terrible customer service. The yonge cashier is so rude and giving customer attitude so badly. Me personally living in the same street as gas station and cuz of his attitude never come back to that location. I ‘ve never seen the person as rude as him

When I came out this car wash, saw the back of car hasn’t been cleaned at all, at the second attempt lot’s of soap left over top of the car and back. I can’t remove them.

Got standard carwash which includes washing under the car.however when I entered the code, washing system directed me to put car on neutral, close all windows.when car is proceeded automatically.waited about 2 minute.nothing happened.pusher didn't work and I was limbo.saw the clerk and honked for him to notify him I'm stuck.so cold blooded, ignorant He show up, accused me of not entering code. I gave him the proof. He tried and finally I got in.washer did not wash my car well nor under the car and left foams all over the car.got back inside and asked for assistance where "Niro" the young clerk refused to accept incomplete wash and said foam on car is normal.had to wash the car again at Petro-canada.won't be any more at this station. Very low in service standard.

I like Esso's gas. Recently they have changed the formula adding some more additives to the fuel. But I have noticed that it burns gas faster compared to other gas pump brands.

DON'T go to this gas station. Worst customer service in Toronto. I suggest cancelling their franchise. They are making bad reputation for ESSO Canada. Hopefully, the head office of ESSO can see my review.

Speedpass always has problems and doesn't work. Minor inconvenience but really how hard is it to get fixed after being regularly reminded about it. Gas station is OK overall.

Given and charged for the wrong size cigarettes after having to repeat it 3 times and was charged regular for chocolate bar I purchased that was advertised on sale.

Wash room are close and they put that sticker out of door and early morning just to avoid there work. The guy isn’t pleasant and helpful.

Good in behaviour, good in facility, a small Tim Horton and kind lady, a kind lady in cash, car wash, in a good location in Yonge and open til late hour.

It was busy in the store and I had several lotto tickets to validate. When I got to the counter the attendant said the OLG lotto system was down. The attendant's exact words were: I "believe" the system is down. I immediately went across the street and the lotto system was working fine. I will follow up with the OLG.

The staff are very courteous, polite and friendly. They all have been working for a long time. Very clean gas station. I have been fueling up at this Esso since I started driving. The best car wash in the town. Cleans very good. Love it. Now they sell gas cheaper than most GTA stations too. Lovely.
