Efficient pump and staff are coldly-polite. Store is well stocked. Another gas station to get in and out.nothing special. Lots of space.

If you want to be talked to like you're a kid especially when you are trying to get car washed Not working right n spend almost $20.00 n it doesn't Clean the bugs off of the Car n go back in to tell them n he give you attitude like he is better than You n refusing to give a refund n tells you there is Nothing wrong with the Car Wash n give you a free rewash n it still Doesn't Clean the Car!

It closes at odd times the service is good when open but I arrived after 3pm one day and they had already closed.

Tried buying a lottery ticket and get asked for ID every time. I'm in my forties and at times its nice to get asked however, how irritating when the same cashier has seen me many times and has seen my ID but still asks. Spoke to the clueless manager about the situation and shes probably married to the cashier because she said he doesn't remember. Feels like borderline harassment to me. Not getting gas here ever again!

Came to fill up at this station and had to pre pay inside because the pump wouldn’t take our credit card (which is fine). After authorizing the transaction inside we had to fight the pump to get it to start filling up our vehicle. We finally get the pump going and an employee comes outside and cancels the transaction by putting his hand into the pump IN THE MIDDLE OF US FILLING UP! When questioned why the employee did that he did not have an answer, apologized and then went back inside.weirdest, most annoying experience at a gas station ever

Save yourself a headache and keep driving for the Ultramar at thickson rd s (1 min further) better prices and staff

(Pictures attached) Had to fight to get what I paid for. Came in for a car wash. This old man at the cash asks me if the car with some bird **** out here is the one i’m washing. I said yes (lol?) as i’m paying for the luxury wash. He then tells me “IN MY OPINION you use a touch wash.all that dirt wont come off” I said it’s fine, i do touchless all the time. He then gets upset and says “WELL don’t blame me if the car stays dirty etc. You should get touch wash” etc. (I want a touchless wash and this carwash ONLY has touch-less, so you’re asking business to go away?) he then tells me it’s not his fault if all the bird s*** doesnt come off over and over again while this whole time i am KINDLY insisting it is OKAY and this is not my first car wash and worse case I have a rag and will wipe it off. I am kindly asking for my car wash and he is cutting me off and talking over me very rudely and disrespectfully like what is wrong with you? ! All we are supposed to say is “lucury wash, thank you, bye” i know how car washes work and bird **** has ALWAYS come off my car with pressure washes. THE MAN ARGUES WITH ME REFUSING TO GIVE THE CARWASH TICKET I PAID FOR and he gets mad because i’m not listening to him for the advice i never asked for. I paid for a carwash not rude advice from a useless vender who knows NOTHING about vehicles and the body or care and touch wash is so bad for a black car it will leave my car with swirls. I came to an only toucheless wash FOR A REASON. This man’s attitude was TRASH.i finally got it after fighting for my car wash with this horrible human. FIRE HIM. TRASH customer service never going here ever again. I come overnights and fill every 2 days I spend over $1000 on gas every month + car washes. You have lost my business and also my whole family’s and all my connections will know about this you can kiss our money goodbye! PS. My car came out as clean and glossy as always and I went back in to tell him off and this man didn’t even have the balls to look up and continued with his useless talk saying i should have used the dirty water dunked squeegee outside to clean my car. My car had dirt All over i came for a wash. Just give me what I paid for!

Unlike children’s classroom star board stickers, this ONE star is not a reward - Would never recommend coming here again. You have lost us!

Customer service is terrible. They treated my family member like trash. Customers come in requesting a car wash, you give them a car wash. You do not argue with them because you think they do not need one or should use another method. If we could rate 0/5 we would.

This Esso has the cleanest washroom I've ever seen at a gas station.

Due to its location, there are often line ups for the pumps.
