It's a gas station like the others, inside it has a Circle store, Air pump and car wash.

Slightly cheaper than gas stations in North York. I get gas every day I pass by here. There is plenty of room so you can refuel without waiting.

I use this station all the time, but there was always a "out of service" sign on the door of the toilet, so I reported this to Esso customer services, now they changed the sign and put a "renewal" sign, and when we asked the employees, they rudely told us that it was broken or clogged. The other day in the morning I saw their staff coming out of this toilet around four.ie a working toilet for staff, broken for customers.

I'm sure this toilet will never be opened, because a big company like Esso cannot impose any sanctions on this station.

This location’s Car-Wash doesn’t meet Circle-K standards.

The machines need a serious upgrade, but meanwhile the management should fix the quality of detergent issue. It’s all watery

Pranshu and Tim Hortons staff do not take 50 dollar bill at 10: 30 night time for a 15 dollar payment how else can we pay. Upgrade your security asap I will also file a complain hire up with esso for wasting my time

The car wash is always down. Staff refuse to help ppl who are having issues with the car wash.

Dont use the car wash if you care about your car. When car wash malfunctions, the gas station will not rewash or refund and will give you attitude if they are being questioned.

Had a touchless lexury wash and didn’t get any pressure spray, just form and rinse. So the attendant tried again, it didn’t even wash at all at second time and the brush didn’t move away so it scratched my car. I went to the station and ask for refund or a rewash ticket and he employees refused and the reason was “car wash is closed now and no tickets will be dispensed. ” I asked “so you are not responsible for car wash at all? ” The attendant look at my car and told me the car wash did a fine job. So I asked: even with form all over my car?

I've been living in this neighbourhood for almost two years. Hands down the best gas station in my hood: always lowest gas price in the area, friendly store staff, site maintained clean enough. Sometimes the store looks understaffed because of a lot of customers (clearly attracted by the good price). Would recommend the owner hire more clerks for busy hours. (Hence the four stars, instead of five)

Downside is Pay at the pumps never work, but cheapest gas around the neighbourhood. There's this weird window between 9: 30-10: 30pm where they close and the pumps are off

After numerous periods where the car wash was closed, I finally found it open on a day I was in the area. I used my car wash voucher on the evening of April 1st and upon returning home noticed some drops and smears from oil on the roof/trunk/rear window. Even my front windshield was smudged from my wipers. The next day I returned to inform the staff and ask about a re-wash. The attendant told me there was no oil used in the mechanism for the wash equipment (that doesn't make sense to me as there are moving hydraulic & geared parts) but still let me re-wash my car. After the second wash there was oil still present and a fresh drops were once again visible. It is impossible that the oil on my car could have come from any other sources except for the car wash as it would have been washed off during the TWO separate cycles I went through within a 24 hour span. Check your car carefully if you use this facility.

I love this station. Right at yonge and steeles and always few cents cheaper than others around it. It has tim hortons so i can get my coffee at the same time

I knew that their machine was not working for couple of days so I called them prior attending. The staff told me that I am able.to redeem my point. Upon my arrvial, the staff at counter told me they are not able to redeem my points and gave me attitude. The price is good？yes, it is, but I will not return to this location again, ever. And as for esso, good luck if you have staff like this.

It usually has better and competitive prices among other fas station in North York and even Thornhill area. It’s accessible from both Steeles Ave E and Yonge Street.

The pumps are rather new, but don’t not touch screens. The only problem I noticed was that you cannot import data from two sides of the pump at the same time, which is disturbing.

They have touchless carwash and self serve carwash at the side of the station. And Tim Hortons Drive-Thru is always filled with cars waiting in line to get their beverage/snacks.

Consistently the cheapest gas price in the area, especially at night. Expect a line up. Cleanliness isn't the best but acceptable. Customer service can be rude/sarcastic at times. Do not use the car wash here if you care about your car at all.

Great location, staff are curtious. And I would say the Best thing I love about the station is they sell beer

Definitely the cheapest gas around! I'm not sure how they keep their prices so low but consistently, this has been the place with the lowest gas prices. Car wash was closed last time I went.not sure why. Definitely a location to visit if you're around as gas prices are increasing again

Has no respect for the customer this person should never be at any counter to deal with anybody anywhere in canada.
He has a very bad attitude.

In my personal experience I’d say that the attendants working the station are extremely friendly and offer really good customer service. They work very hard and sometimes have to deal with bad customers. But they are always professional. Thank you Hamid and Rajinder. These 2 make the difference.

Charged me for luxury wash, no receipt and only gave me the code.when got to the carwash realized he charged me for luxury wash but only gave me basic wash! Be cautious!

Poor customer service.this gas station steals money. I tried to pump gas for my car.the machine says you have to pay before your pump.so I go inside, and prepaid 20 dollar with my fuel saving card.because I use my fuel saving card for 10 cents per litter, and I pay 20 dollar, I am supposed to get 21.88 litters.but after I pump 20 dollars, not more fuel coming out, I lost $1.88.you can't lose money every time like this.

The staff was really rude. I asked to buy a cigarette and he Threw cigarette and receipt on the counter. I was really upset with that attitude. I will not go to that store again.

I fill some gas and paid for a car wash but all left side of my car and big part of the back was not washed. It is wasting money and time to use their car wash. Will never do this again.

The car wash attendant who helped punch in the code skipped the carwash contest bring run from the machine. Also for the premium wash you usually get the tricolor soap but.it all looked like 1 colour (white). I would not recommend this place for car wash.

I paid 12$ for car wash for nothing. The widows was still dirty as well as the body after quick washing.

Their self serve car wash is a Ripoff Scam! Avoid at all cost!

Their self serve car wash timer starts as soon as you drive in but not necessarily the same time when you start washing your car (park your car at one of their stations, get out from your vehicle, select the wash cycle, etc). Once you're finish, they make you to walk all the way to their main cashier which is about another 1-2 mins away from the self serve car wash place to pay. Finally, there's always a long line up at the cashier so by the time it's finally your turn to pay its another 5 mins passed. And all these minutes will actually count towards to your wash cycle fee and you would be surprised when they tell you you will be charged for 10mins+ but you really only used their equipment for 5 mins at most. This is a terrible place to get your car wash and I will report this to Esso Canada head office to let them know how awful this place is! What a shady scam, Esso!

Prepay on the pumps never work. And then when I went to another pump to just fill then pay inside, the attendant forced me to come in to prepay before filling up. Ridiculous.

Do not stop here to use the restroom. The restroom at this gas station is quite possibly the most disgusting, foul-smelling little space that evidently NEVER gets cleaned (maybe once a year). The floors are smeared with sparse streaks of black liquid, besides being sticky and likely plastered with urine making it sticky to take a step. There are no hand towels to use after washing hands or perhaps to use as a shield for your hands when touching anything (I.e. Sink handles, soap dispenser button, door handle). In this room you can see the germs, smell them, kind of like feel them crawling onto your skin. And the joke here is that there’s a dirty baby changing table available for your convenience. YIKES.

Extremely disappointing self service car wash experience. The owner/manager seemed very nice and polite at first and offered a discount after the car wash, which we then realized wasn’t genuine cause they say you stayed longer than you actually did and then try and give you a discount. Half their equipment in their wash bays don’t even work, so you end up spending so much time looking for one that works. Since it started raining I asked him if I could go back inside and use the vaccuum and clean the interior, didn’t even need the washing equipment anymore since I had already washed the exterior. I asked to pay $5 for the vaccuum inside vs the $2.5 outside. None of the vaccuum cleaners other than one of them work. Had to wait for 30 mins to get a turn at the vaccuum and used it for 7-8 mins maximum. Dried the car and came out to pay him again. He denied it all and said we agreed on $10 for 5 mins of vaccuuming and that I was in there for 1 hour and 40 mins, which is complete bs. He also went on about how “guys like you use the vaccuum to suck water and break it”. I told him I had to wait that long to even be able to use one that works and he said we don’t recommend to customers to use the vaccuums inside, while I explicitly told him I wanted to go back inside to use ONLY the vaccuum and he didn’t mention one word about them all being broken. Rude and cheating staff, overpriced, waste of time trying to reason with them. Would recommend staying away from their car wash.

Car is sespect to be damaged by the car wash. I have some pictures to prove. (It suppose to be touchless, however, there is a cloth only on the right hand side, draging along the right) The manager at this location has a really bad attitudes, acting like I am a joker playing around. I can sent the pictures, you clould justifie. Is just a minor danse at the hight just around 1 m above the ground. No scraches on the pint. I could fix this small damage, it does not cost much. However the experience I have with this station is terrible. Please, if any one had the similar experience, we can come together and ask for an explanation!

The staff was friendly & convenience goods were well stocked. BUT one major reason I went in was to use the washroom. Prior to my use, two males used the restroom and urinated all over the floor and toilet bowl. This was a manageable clean up, but the issue is because I am female. The toilet seat was the WRONG SIZE, it didn’t even fit the elongated toilet bowl & I was forced to position myself awkwardly so as not to have my legs rest on the edges of the discusting toilet bowl. Isn’t this a simple fix?

Also, there was NO hand towels/paper towel to dry my hands! - If I had pictures, I would post them!
