Generally decent price, and never had a bad experience, with the customer service or car wash.

Very thoughtful and friendly. I always have a good to greet experience at this location. It gets busy but service is still excellent

About 3: 30am I came last night and cashier by the name of Sandeep was sleeping sitting on the chair. I had to wake up the man to get cigarettes and chips. 15min later I go back in he is asleep and I couldn't buy anything. I needed a lighter this man needs to be terminated. He is not able to work. Immediate termination.

Older clerk had 3 customers in line, thought changing or replacing lottery ticket paper was more important than cashing me out.
Priorities, must be the customer.

Clean washrooms
Tim Horton steak and egg sandwich was not edible, communication was not good.
Cashier was telling me my card did not go through, while I was handing $20.00 bill.

Gas use to be cheaper than anywhere but they clearly realized it's time to charge same as everyone else. Also line up for wash in the winter can be over an hour

Very rude staff. My car got damaged in the drive through because of a huge pot hole. Ripped the bottom of the car off and broke the bumper. Went in and complained and got every excuse from the staff. Next day I went back to speak to the manager. They had fixed the pot hole and acted like it was never there. Filled out an incident report with no call back or action taken on behalf of the franchise or the owner. Staff keep hanging up and ignoring calls when trying to follow up.

Horrible gas station. Receipt never available at the pump station, I am always forced to go and see the cashier. When I raise my concern why there is never a paper, the Customer service Rep said: “then don’t come to this gas station, GO to ANOTHER one! ”
SERIOUSLY? Is it how customers are being treated now. For the record, this happened just two minutes ago, Feb 4 -at 9: 50 pm.

This station is worst I have ever seen. Attendants are rood. Talking in very insulting way. For a question why receipt is not printed at the pump they reply "go to other station" "why you come here". I believe the name of one of them is Nathan (south Asian), he is working evening shift on Tuesday. Seriously, someone need to put them into customer service training. Work stile is worst than in third world countries. Extremely unprofessional.

Evening time, tow South Asian reps. Very rude and disrespectful with customers. The way they talk to the customers is not acceptable. Management should address this immediately.

Wrong amount of fuel. Tank capacity is 50L and there was 46L on receipt, there was quite a leftover in gas tank before refuel, no "gas refill" warning etc. I never seen this this big number on my receipt, even there is warning light on it is not more than ~42L

The staff here are extremely rude. First the guy tried to charge me for premier car wash without asking. When I said I just wanted standard car wash. He said no because if I said I want a car wash it meant premier car wash. I insisted for a standard car wash, but car wash machine doesn’t work. The staff yelled at me and accused me of messing up everything. They called me into the store just to bully me. They refused to refund but gave me a coupon to use within 30 days.

Definitely the Worst Esso Gas Station in the GTA. They sell you air instead of gasoline. Came here a couple of times and every time noticed the air in nozzle; moreover, the handle would pop very soon and would not let me fill the gas tank fully.

I was in line to pay for the fuel and there was a women in-front of me that was also paying for her fuel. She suddenly starts yelling at the young cashier saying “theres a sign outside at the pumps where if you don’t ask for a car wash you have to give one for free.so do I get the car wash for free” and the gentlemen kindly said “yes but that is only if any of the attendants do not ask for a premium wash”. The lady refused to listen to him and she said “well you didn’t ask me for one so give me the car wash”. The lady mentioned the car wash right when she came in. She did not allow the cashier to welcome her or do their job but instead she just yells at the cashier for not giving a wash.

He literally asked her if he should not greet her or anything as she comes into pay and if he should straight away ask for the wash. He literally said “I always welcome my customers with a nice gesture before I go ahead with the transactions” “ I would never ask for a wash as my first question but only later on in the transaction”. The lady still refused to listen and left mad. The gentlemen was kind enough to explain the situation even on her worst attitude.

Some customers come in and say something just to get what they want and then when something doesn't go their way they say they’ll complain and report it. The cashiers are doing their very best to do their job but the customers always try to cause some sort of problem.

A pretty solid gas station. I loved that its large and there is a lot of space to manoeuvre. There are also a good number of pumps. There is a car wash, and vacuum stations. I like that they are spread out so it isn't a problem moving around even of it's busy.

It can be a little tricky getting in if coming west along Major Mackenzie. I would suggest taking the first left that leads into the plaza with RBC. Then just navigate through the plaza to the gas station.

Good gas station. Lots of pumps. Car wash. Low prices. Can be hard to exit because of traffic at this location. Can also get a coffee at Tim Hortons here.

The most horrible staff ever, especially the South Asian man with Gold glasses, extremely rude.

Yelled at me on Mother’s Day like I was a POS and when I told him his tone was too loud yelled Yelled to “Never come back here again”.

Want to know the reason why? It’s because there was a line up behind me so after their systems were down, we werent able to pay at the pump. So we had to fill and go in and pay. Since there was a massive line up, I moved the car in front to let the next person get ready while I go in and pay. This is when this foolish stout man yelled at me.

Also told me why do you want to help people in This country! No body will help you in return!

What? It’s people like this who give Esso a bad reputation! Watch out Esso for 5 cents more and customer respect we are moving to Shell!

Not the best gas station but many time price is lowered afternoon by good 5C a litre. Problem is that there are two entrances, one from major Mac and the other off of dufferin. So people are facing different directions and when time comes fighting/ arguing about who was there first. I personally had to raise my voice violently couple times there, never happened in any other gas station.

Went to this Esso for carwash. You guys always need to make sure to clean the parking lot and the way to go to carwash cause yesterday a guy got stuck cause snow is everywhere! Ridiculous! SHOVEL THE SNOW ESSO!

Go here everytime to gas my car.very unfriendly staff, service is bad mainly because people need gas so they dont really lose customers because of it.but really basic customer service training is needed.
