Park under construction with trail covered with mud. Will come back after construction work done.

Currently under construction (summer 2021) Bathrooms are closed. The water view is blocked by a fence but there is a way in at the bridge and about a 10 minute walk north from the bridge to let you along a dirt path by the water.

One of my favourite parks. You can walk to James Garden from Etienne Brule Park. It takes about a hour. Amazing trails with birds and squirrels and in October salmon going up stream

There's something very serene about the Humber. In a time when everything is closed down, a walk along the river is one of the few ways you can get out of the house. The ducks are friendly, but keep your distance from the geese. Our national birds are jerks.

Such a beautiful Park! Gorgeous vista along the Humber River. Plenty of trails. Even free parking. We are so lucky to have this on our doorstep.

Simply amazing. Was there a few weeks ago when the salmon were running upstream. Wonderful trails too. Spent 4 hours there just walking around and chilling. Definetly on my list of great city parks.

I came for fishing (had all the proper licenses and did research), but was told to leave by a city official. When I asked why, he responded “you just have to”. Very crowded, would not recommend for fishing.

One can witness nature at its best. Persobally, I've enjoyed kayaking in here and just walking around exploring the natural beauty. I've heard that one can see salmon in September.

Love going to this park for walks. It is beautiful anytime of year. Great for runners, walkers, cyclists or just to walk the dog. Also, in the fall it is a great spot to watch the salmon run.

We had good weather. It is a nice walk along the Humber river. We were there to see the salmon swim upstream.

Beautiful park, pay respects to the first nations settlement that once stood at the location of this park. Part of the shared path initiative to bring attention to historical sites. Humber river was and still is a vein connecting the great lakes to Hudson bay. Historical trade route as well. Lots of history. There is a three sisters garden dedicted to those first nations people that you can view and leave offerings at. Beautiful place to watch the salmon run.

The park never fails to rejuvenate and refresh. It is a nature trail though lately a few times felt somewhat concerned with plucked flowers or too many people in the river. I am not sure if that can be done in a nature park. Would be good to know.

October is a perfect time to visit the park, enjoy the fall colors while having a nice walk. If you are planing your visit ariynd this time it's good to know that begging of October is a peak season for salmon migration in the Greater Toronto Area. People will line up along riverbanks to watch salmon swim and jump out of water. They are very close, you can almost touch them.

Went there to watch salmon run. Right in the city. Great place for a good walk on a nice weather day.

Beautiful park but totally different experience when I went this winter. There were ice formations which were super cool but you could not walk anywhere after the stairs.

Beautiful place. Parking is sufficient most days but gets a little hectic when people come to see the Salmon. No on site concessions except the occasional ice cream truck so bring snacks (and keep it clean! Plenty of trash cans along the path)

Free parking and the park is large enough to get a good walk in and see some fresh air and nature.

We went to see the salmon migrate, and they were so close that you could almost touch them. There were a lot of people there fishing as well if that's something you're into.

Very beautiful place to visit for walk for picnic for Bar Bq but some very bad people are moving there i went in the river and my shoes became wet so i changed them and put my wet shoes in sunshine near my car but after 2 hours i didn't find. Because they were stolen. It was surprising shoes thieves are there.

Beautiful park near old mill station. Always make it a point to visit there during the annual salmon run and check out all the flora and fauna of the area.

One of the hidden gems of the city! With either direct access via TTC from Old Mill station or parking on site. You have access to the Humber river and a trail that runs always the river to the lake. The trail has various parks along the way including James gardens to the north. If you visit in October you'll be treated to salmon spawning season. Various events are held here for the whole family.
