DO NOT GO HERE FOR SLEEP STUDIES.
Do not go there for your check ups. These idiots have century old machines you will be hundred percent diagnosed for sleep apnea and its business for for them to mess up your medical records and your system and entire staff is under educated and you will be hundred percent diagnosed regardless of your age. Gender, I did the same test in US where I do not have any issues in my body but in there 30 year old machines, I am sick useless waste of government, money and waste of public funds.

Please listen to the reviews. I read them beforehand and thought maybe it would be different for me but no. They will blow up your phone if you aren't early for your sleep study (I arrived right on time and not late) but once you get there they will wait till last minute to do everything with you. Once they hook you up with wires they shut all the lights off even if you aren't tired yet. You wont be able to sleep at all. I was woken up to loud male voices and drilling noises. Who gets repairs done in the middle of the night? The staff has no consideration for people who are sleeping (they will stomp around, slam doors, laugh and speak loud.) The walls are paper thin. Keep in mind, other patients are also loud. When I had to go to the bathroom or anything I would make sure I was quiet so I didn't wake anybody. Lastly, when they go to take your wires off in the morning they will just rip all the tape off you and leave sticky residue all over your face, body, and hair. I have a rash on my neck from the tape being ripped off. If your doctor refers you here just ask for a different sleep clinic.

Rooms are clean. Technicians are nice. Shout out to Preeti who really helped me out throughout the process. Thanks guys!

Very rude front reception. Unapologetically rude. To enter with a pleasant attitude and be immediately treated in a rude manner is uncalled for. Perhaps a change in front line staff should be considered. Unacceptable.

I am sharing my personal experience with them. I booked an appointment with Dr. Tejinder. I took a sleep test in their clinic. I must say she is a very polite lady. She described to me the whole process of the sleep test and how they were going to treat me. She made me feel good about my health. She is very professional and helped me throughout the procedure. The staff was good too. They were very hospitable. I was scared at first, but they made me comfortable. Highly recommended!

Generally, I do not give my feedback to everyone, but I wanted to talk to them from my heart. Thank you so much for providing such great services. I went there for a check-up and found that the staff is so friendly. They offered me water at first when I was waiting for my appointment number. The doctor was very patient and kind. She replied to my every question and assured me that I was going to be fine. I am going to stay there for a night for my sleep test. I will suggest this sleep clinic to everyone who is going through any sleeping problems.

The clinic has a very low standard. The bed in room 9 sounds with the slightest movement, the mattress is so thin that everything below it is noticeable comfort score 0 out of 10. The room temperature rises and falls every 20 minutes, being cold when the thermostat is activated and hot when it turns off, score 0 out of 10. The noises are constant, the toilet is literally centimeters from your head where every noise is heard, score 0 out of 10. The staff should be more pleasant, they enter the room without knocking and turning on a strong light without any delicacy causing a scare and discomfort every time it enters. I forgot to fill in some paper and the lady woke me up again by coming in without knocking and turning on the light without being polite at 2 in the morning to fill in the questions. She couldn't wait in the morning? In these works you have to have love and transmit it so that the patient can fall asleep. If it is the same experience for other patients, the studies will be of very poor quality. And to finish off, some wet wipes would not be bad if they had them in the toilets to remove that sticky cream. But if you do not want to invest in the comfort and cleanliness of your patients. In the incessant calls and messages that you make without education you could say that we brought wipes to clean the sticky cream. I will not repeat my experience on this site. Recommended for your enemies.

A must-visit sleep clinic indeed! The clinic is well maintained to make people comfortable. This clinic had proper hygiene and a cooperative staff. The staff behaved very professionally and offered me refreshments. It was a nice experience to meet Dr. Tejinder. She is very humble and polite. She helped me learn more about sleeping disorders. She gave all the answers to my questions. I slept very well there!

Terrible experience already and I havent even gone there yet. They called me a day before my appointment telling me they have to reschedule me due to me not confirming their appointment. They apparently called the day before but got the wrong number but today they managed the right one? They apparently had to call back to my other doctor to get the right number but if they could do that today, why did they not do that originally? Not to mention they called me weeks prior using this same phone number. They were very unwilling to budge even though they were in the wrong and kept giving excuses. Unprofessional.

If you get a referral for this clinic, tell your doctor to send you to another place. My husband was booked for a consultation with a doctor for Feb 10. This booking was done by the clinic a month ago. The Monday before his appointment he gets a call from a clinic cancelling his appointment. No customer service attitude at all. She tells him his appointment is cancelled at 5 and he can come in at 4pm. She doesn't even bother to ask if he is available for that time but just tells him that's his new appointment time. When he tells her he can't make that time as he is still at work. She just hangs up. Moments later she calls him back saying he can come in at 3pm. Again my husband tells her he can't make that time, then she just hangs up. I'm not sure if she has any critical thinking at all, but if he already cannot come in at 4pm due to being at work, why would she think he can come in at 3pm? We have been waiting for this appointment for almost a month and now we have to book for a new appointment again. Don't even bother wasting your time at this clinic.

Edit: The week after my husbands original appointment was cancelled. He gets a call from the clinic telling him he missed his appointment. It's astounding how they can't even get this right, when they were the one that cancelled his appointment. This is such a sign of bad communication amongst the clinic staff.

Please avoid this clinic. You are no longer important once you get a sleep study. They make their money from people getting sleep studies done, that's all they care about. There is no email or phone communication with any of the sleep doctors. You have no way to discuss anything related to your sleep until 6 months after your sleep study. People should complain to the patient ombudsman about this.

If i can give less than one star i would love to do it my mother was scheduled for sleep study and when we were there at 8 pm they said it very conveniently that we are fully booked wait till 9 o clock if patient will not show up than you can stay otherwise you can leave at 9 pm. We travelled 35 mins to reach there and leaving without any test. I showed her my call list that i didnt receive any call from you that i should not come today. But she said she cannot do anything as receptionist put a note there that i was not available to take call and they didnt leave me any message or anything.

Was not greeted properly by staff when I entered last night. No hello the staff just demanded my health card and then proceeded to speak to the other staff in her own language. It is terribly unprofessional to speak another language amongst staff. I felt very uncomfortable as this continued for the rest of my study. When spoken directly to me I found the person dealing with me to be quite aggressive with her directives. Personally I also feel a proper sleep study should be the times you really sleep not whenever they choose. I wasn't even offered a wash cloth to get all the gunk off my face. The only genuinely nice person was the staff assisting the technician.
