After spending quite a bit of money at this clinic, i'm surprised that there was absolutely no follow up. At the end of my last appointment I did ask if someone would call me, After being advised that somebody would no one ever did.

Highly recommended. Dr Stefan has great knowledge and understanding on how to proceed with treatment to fix the issue. Great clinic for recovery, also never had any issue for appointments.

I'v been coming to this Etobicoke chiropractor for 6 weeks now. I had no serious pain but rather came to improve my overall posture. Im quite surprised how much this team was able to do so far, I'm standing about 1/2" straighter in just a few short weeks. Cost is not exactly cheap but I think it's worth the cost for these health improvements. I have been enjoying my visits. From the friendly front desk ladies to Dr. Stephanie and the massage therapist, he's awesome. There is of course other portions of this practice that I'm not using like the physiotherapist/personal trainer, acupuncture etc. (maybe soon) If I were looking for a chiropractor in Etobicoke I would recommend them.

I came here for concussion treatment. They were able to see me right away and assess me. Happy with the information and with the way the treatment is going. Feeling well supported. Would definitely recommend if suffering from a concussion

Stefan is the best RMT in Etobicoke and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend going to see him for massage therapy.
Brian is a highly skilled personal trainer. He is fun and very good at designing personalized training programs.

Great experience with this clinic. I've been to see Dr. Stephanie a few times for chiro (she was very good and clearly very knowledgeable) but I decided to switch over to try some RMT with Stefan, and I've been blown away. He's young but is very experienced, so obviously knows what he is doing, and his treatments for my upper back/neck pain have provided me with incredible relief, that has lasted longer than other treatments I've received from all other providers I've seen. Will definitely keep coming back.

I have been a practitioner here at EHP Clinic for the last 2 years and it has been such a fantastic workplace. The staff at EHP is very professional and attend to all of their clients' needs to a high standard. They do a great job in the rehab side of treatment with Chiropractor, Physio Therapy, and Massage Therapy. They also provide excellent strength training with their Personal Trainer. It is a one stop shop for your treatment and training needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Stephanie Adey for more than 10 years and I really can’t imagine seeing anyone else. I have seen other Doctors before seeing Dr. Stephanie Adey but I prefer to keep coming back to her.

Dr. Stephanie saw me the day before I was due to run a 5k race - I had thrown out my back and could barely walk! She helped me using active release, lasers and adjustments and I walked out of the office with minimal pain and ran with no issue. I’ve been back since to work on my stabilization so the issue doesn’t recur. The clinic is bright and clean and all the staff are super friendly. Thanks EHP Clinic!

My experience so far at Etobicoke High Performance Health Clinic has been fantastic. I have been going in for weekly visits with the chiropractor, Dr. Stephanie Adey, to help with chronic neck pain and postural alignment, and the improvement is both noticeable and continuously improving.

I have seen chiropractors previous and what I will say is that the time and attention you receive here as a client is unmatched. Most times I feel as if the chiropractor is trying to rush through the session, but Dr Adey commits more to providing relief than a specific time schedule. She also provided exercise and stretches for continued relief.

In regards to the clinic itself, it is clean and modern with an easy to use booking system and subscribe-able calendar. Plus they can bill your insurance directly, so no more submitting receipts.

Stefan is a massotherapy there. He is surgical about his technic. I feel released and underway to recovery.

I started going to this clinic in January of 2022 and it is hands down the BEST place I've been to in Toronto/Etobicoke. I've been there for both chiropractor and physiotherapist services. The clinic is gorgeous and always extremely clean and services/technology/treatments are top notch. Their staff are welcoming and are absolute experts - especially Stephanie and Lovepreet. SO easy to book using their online platform or giving them a call. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

There are the best health clinic. Everytime I walk into the doors I feel welcomed as if it were family I was seeing. Amanda is the best at finding the issue and giving you a clear plan to attack the problem area. Stephanie has gotten me on my feet more than once, literally. With orthotics and all of the chiropractic needs, she can and will help you out. In my opinion, if your hurt and want results visit Etobicoke high performance health clinic you won't be be disappointed.

Brought my 9 year old daughter in to see dr. Stephanie after 2 weeks of antibiotics for ear pain that didn’t go away. 2 sessions later and she was back to normal. Now I know to take her in as soon as the pain starts again instead of giving her unnecessary meds.
The space is also clean, welcoming and beautiful. All the staff was extremely friendly and made my daughter and I feel at ease.

Last month the sprocket on my mountain bike hit a rock on a 45° downhill ravine. My bike catapulted me upside down into the air landing on my neck, back and smashing my left knee.
I couldn’t even walk afterwards.
Dr. Stephanie went to work on me immediately.
Three sessions later feeling like a new man, I was at it again.
Now she’s my “Go-to” specialist for everything!

EHP is a great new clinic near Sherway that offers a lot convenience for me and my family. The staff there are very insightful and my sports injuries - specifically rotator cuff issues have improved immensely after using the shock wave treatment.

Amanda is an amazing physio who listened to all of my concerns and helped me work through my back injury. She used acupuncture as well hands on techniques while treating me. Amanda is thoughtful and caring, she continued to support me outside of our appointments by providing me with a variety of exercises which I could do at home. I have been seen Dr. Stephanie Adey for so many years and always know how to fix my pain. Now I have been seeing her for the Shockwave treatment for my legs and my legs are getting so much better. Customer service is great the staff is very knowledgeable.

I came in with an injured shoulder from a bike fall and was thrilled at the care and attention Stephanie provided. Not only did I get a treatment that diminished my discomfort but she also provided exercises that contributed to provide relief.

I started coming here for chiropractic treatment. By far the best treatment I’ve ever had. It’s not the usual back cracks. I have seen multiple chiropractors and got no where. Steph explains in detail what going on, how to fix it, and also prevent it in the future. My issue was fixed right away. I also recently started seeing Amanda for physio there. She is so good too. Every employee has athletic background which helps me as a client understand better what is happening and how to fix these issues, All the staff are friendly and work together. The clinic is brand new and amazing. Highly recommended.

Excellent! I have been having knee pain for many years. Knee swelling was affecting my ability to walk. After 1 - just 1 - treatment my knee swelling has shrunk dramatically. The pain is significantly reduced. I walked 6k today, at a good pace without pain. I will definitely be going back for another treatment this week. My knees are shrinking - hurray! I am thrilled to know that I will continue to improve under your expert care.
