I went there to fix glass and super impressed with their customer service, clean facilities, huge collection and their kindness, glass needed small screw he fixed it in a minute. While waiting I explored huge variety of glasses… definitely recommend 1000%

Dr Danny Quaglietta and his team are the best! Dr. Quaglietta was patient and kind when dealing with my 5 and 2 year old. He made the apt fun. (they didn’t even realize it was an exam.) Highly recommend them if you are looking for an eye dr for you kids!

This office has served my family's eye care needs for over 20 years. The receptionists are very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Stephen the optician is superb at his job - offers great recommendations, and goes over and beyond to find you the perfect fit and deal! Have and will continue to recommend Stephen and this office to friends and family.

The receptionist is cold and rude. I called to enquire about something, but the way she answered compelled me to cancel the appointment and never visit again. Her tone and words were so rude!

Steven is fantastic.he was so patient with me. They have a great selection to choose from. I highly recommend them.

They're just outstanding in every aspect. Professionalism personified. In my many years of going here I've been treated with the utmost respect and care. I would highly recommend to go visit and see for yourself. Your eyes will thank you for it!

The entire staff, from the Dr, his aid's, reception and Steve the eye glass soldier of the of outfit, presented themselves with an above par attitude that makes you feel like a part of the process. Not once did i feel like i was just a number.

I highly recommend you take your business here if you are unhappy with your current OPT. And bring a pleasant attitude with you. It works so much better, not only here, but anywhere else as well.

Polite staff, clean and well-lit office, and excellent service. All aspects of care and delivery are amazing.

I would give only one star because the services provided does not justify the price of the visit. Although a regular consultation costs $95 anywhere else, these optometrists will charge you $125. Furthermore, when the doctor D. Quaglietta checked my vision, he did not ask me to remove my glasses nor did he ask me to do all the regular tests. He changed my glasses prescription. Doubtful, I went to another optometrist who confirmed that my vision did not change. I was also diagnosed with demodex and encouraged to buy expensive eye wipes. But the second optometrist told me it was very doubtful I would have demodex. Overall, I do not trust these optometrists and I will not go there anymore.

Front desk was welcoming and very friendly. Dr Natalie was amazing with both my girls (8yr/3yr). Steven (i think was his name) was so nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Extremely discomfiting interaction with this office.
1. Admin staff are snarky and condescending. They'll rush you through a conversation just to get you off the line
2. Dr. Boermans is pompous and contemptuous. Speaks down to you while trying to up-sell the appointment (I.e. Let me examine your retina for X cost, buy prescription glasses at X cost).

I am absolutely delighted to have found Etobicoke Optometrists. I needed an first class optometrist and found just that in Dr. Quaglietta. They also have a great selection of eyeglasses and frames. Lenses are top of the line Zeiss. Great experience!

I never came to this office BUT I hear from out patient that Dr. Boermans was great doctor and they also told us that Dr. Boermans staff is very nice and friendly.
I'm looking forward to book my appointment to Dr. Boermans as soon as I have my off.

I walked in with my Mother's broken glasses and Dr. Quaglietta found that they were under warranty and replace the frame. I was there only 15 minutes.

No customer service at all, they are treat customers like 2nd citizens. Do not waste your money there. Ohh do not buy contact lenses Bianca has no interest to teach properly. She wasn't even bother to put my daughter chair in a proper high level.

I had to go back for a re-check of my prescription because my prescription was too strong (my re-adjustment was free), and Dr. Nickolet was quite rude and defensive. Even during my first visit she was a bit condescending and rude, but I ignored it because it seemed as if she was trying to joke around. The receptionists are unprofessional as well, they kept singing to the radio and making jokes at each other while people were waiting. Overall I didn't have a really great experience, but I have heard good things about Dr. Boermans work.

I go to Dr. Boerman and he is always so honest, decent and very knowledgeable. Very recommended.

The staff here are amazing! I called because I got a mix of alcohol and acid in my eye and they said I could come right in. I got there and was seen right away without an appointment and Dr. Quaglietta was amazing and took great care of me! I strongly recommend this optometrist!
