Extremely knowledgeable and super flexible with our little kitty. We were fortunate to find them during a trip from out of town when he fell ill.

I took our dog Aly here for an x-ray on her back leg. We love Aly very much and worry about her. I was made to feel comfortable from the time I walked in until the time I picked her up. I want to sincerely thank Dr Bruce for showing me Aly's x-rays and explaining to me exactly what he thought was wrong with Aly. It was truly a relief to my son and I to finally know what was wrong with Aly. You guys are the best.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had my cat get neutered here a while back. She is usually a calm cat if treated with kindness. However when we went back to pick her up after her surgery, she was completely traumatized. The doctor handed my cat to me with such hatred and disgust like she was a monster. She acted like it was my fault that my cat was traumatized. She was being disrespectful and made a face when handing my cat to me. When my cat came home she wouldn’t stop hissing. It took her so long to recover from the surgery and she had a 4 inch scar. That is way too long for just a neutering procedure.

I brought my golden retriever Emi here to begin her OFA hip and elbow x-rays. The service that I received was beyond amazing booking the appointment was easy and I even received a call the day before as a reminder about my appointment and fasting for her sedation. When we arrived for her appointment their VA Daniel came and greeted us giving Emi all the cuddles. The technician Kass came an gave her the sedation and tons of cuddles after. Overall our appointment went amazing we cannot thank the staff enough for taking such amazing care of our girl Emi and we plan on coming back for all of her care!

Wonderful vet techs and vets, who genuinely care about your pet. Kassie has been a great help throughout my cats recent urinary issues, she’s very compassionate and knowledgeable, and takes time to address all your questions and concerns.it’s rare to find a great vet clinic that prioritizes your pet’s health over your money. Thankful for this place!

March 13th they refused to see my grandmother’s 12 year old Pomeranian, despite her pleading them to accept her. They insisted she was “stable” based on a simple visual assessment, and no tests. Our beautiful dog was already a patient there. Told us to come back another day.

Our dog died this morning (March 14th) after having to bring her to a emergency clinic. She was in pain and confused. You should be ashamed.

Non emergent? She went into septic shock and everything was totally preventable. She was YOUR patient and you should’ve done your best. My poor grandmother did everything correctly and lost a pet within a matter of house because of you. A system failure isn’t a reason to not provide care. Ridiculous.

Don't return calls, could not identify non acute pyometra. Basically suggested to run all the tests. Another vet was able to say it's pyometra right away, confirmed with blood work. Also specifically suggested to stop abx after a few days once symptoms improve.

I love this place, the staff are amazing the prices went quite high from years ago, or might be the same everywhere. Pricing is the only reason no 5 stars. Staff amazing, kind, sweet. Doc was nice they didn't push tests and blood work. Relaxed environment.

I would like to know what the $70.00 for examination is for? What does the doctor check on the dog. The weight and heart and teeth is thats all? I am not happy being forced to bring my 14 yrs old dog and pay 70.00 just so I can get meloxicam to help him get up for pain. There is nothing wrong with my dog but old age. They mixed my files up with my friends files had to get that straight 3 times. Very unorganized now.

Horrible service. Called to let them know I was running late. They told me to come anyway. When I showed up, they refused me service and then hung up. Terrible. Would give less stars if I could.

I had a terrible encounter with this veterinary. Since my cat was 4 weeks old (now he is 8 months old) I have been taking him to this vet for awhile now; nonetheless, there was one specific nurse working there and she was very rude and racist. I never usually have issues with the other nurses but this nurse was crude for my liking. While I was on the phone with my daughter she said “why you speaking another language” I than said what was the issue with me speaking another language, she replied back saying that she apologizes. I don’t know the name of the nurse but she is aggressive and way too much in my face. I found this vet to only care for $$$ and not so much about the pets. It had to take 3 people to restrain my cat because he was getting neutered because they said he was aggressive; mind you he is only 8 months and he never caused any issue whenever I brought him there. This made my cat scared and nervous because of so many people trying hold him down. I would advise for everyone to not to go. In addition, after my cat got neutered they didn’t give him enough pain medication and said I have to pay extra when I already paid. I will never go back to that place I have already scheduled an appointment for my cat at another vet clinic.

I phoned, said my pup is due for shots and she has tummy issues. I brought her in paid $450 left with meds and food for 4 days. They asked for the Vax card when I brought her. No one could tell me what was wrong, I still don't know. I had to buy more food to ease her back to kibble ($5 a meal) I asked if she was maybe allergic to the food I had, no one had an answer. Now she's back on her food and her tummy is going again. I looked at her Vax card, they didn't give her any shots! So I paid $500 for no shots and for my pup to end up in the same condition as before I went there. I'll be going to NORTH KIPLING like I should have. They have great reviews, I tried but they were booked and my pup needed fast attention.stupid me, I should have waited since I'm in the same position I was in $500 ago! Only go there for basics, if your pet is ill try another vet. I will say staff was very nice, but I'd be nice too if I was taking your hard earned money for absolutely zero results. I read that they're cheaper, now I know why! Very bad 1st experience. Update: so I found out that they can't give shots if the pup is sick. It would have been nice if someone had of told me that!

My pet has left this place with a burn, some blisters, a bruise on the neck, and a complimentary service of over clipped bloody nails.

When they tell you that walk-in starts at 3: 30PM they're lying. You can arrive 15 minutes "early" and there will already be 4-5 people ahead of you and the wait will be 3 hours long. Ask them for alternative locations because it's an emergency and they'll refer you to Mississauga locations who will then refer you out to Oakville!

They'll also turn you away and say they already gave you alternatives locations to take care of your pet.

Oh, and when they "accidentally" disconnect from you, good luck trying to call back. The line won't ring. The system will automatically tell you, "they're not accepting any calls at the moment". Nor will they call you back and apologize until you can get through to them again 30 minutes later when they're fully booked.

Brought my cat and the results were amazing I trust them, they are strong team. Thank you for all the help that was provided to Markus.

Dr. Ali was very helpful in patiently explaining me the situation. The staff was also friendly. The nurses took care when handling my cat. Very thankful to the staff!

Called to try and book appointment, girl put me on hold as soon as picked up then was around 5 mins on hold not too bad, then was told no appointment available only walk ins? Didn't even ask if i was a exisiting or returning customer? Need to be more proactive and efficient.

Not very helpful unless you want to pay to ask a question. Not a vet to assist the animals but a vet to line the pockets with peoples hearts.

My kitten was sick, I came here for checkup for her sickness and also a general checkup. She was stressed so I asked if I can stand by her, they said I can wait by the window (because of COVID they didn't let me in which is acceptable). However, I didn't get to see my kitten inside and she was way too stressed as she came back. She had black spots in her gummies, yet no one made an explanation on them.

Its kept well with covid standards when arriving and cats and dogs are relieved from symptoms on the way out. The medical appointment was kept on time.

If I could give less than one star I would. Three hour wait for a walk in appointment that took under 10 minutes, watching other clients stream in and out promptly. I essentially paid close to $100 an hour to sit in my car, after being told by staff that tonight was a better night for walk ins as there were multiple vets on staff, which actually translated into one vet for walk ins and another for appointments. Will not return.

I have a an 18 month chihuahua. Dr. Monaco and ALL the technicians need to be acknowledged. They truly care about each animal and I can see the love and joy they have with each pet. I'm so happy I've been able to have my Olly in their hands. So worth the wait at times. I'm happy.:)

Great service and they truly care about your pet. The only thing I think they should improve on is letting us know additional fees upfront first before performing any services and not get a sticker shock at the end. But I would pay anything to keep our family pet member healthy.

They are always so gentle to my cat. I got my cat a lion cut due to all the matts, my cat seems to love it.

They helped my nephew arranged for his dog, passed away. The staff very supportive kind. Helpful for very sad day for our family.

They are very busy & you do have to wait awhile to see a vet but it makes total sense because the vets take their time with all patients & give a thorough exam, details & advice. Plus they are reasonably priced which is a great positive!

My wife has bin going to this vet for years for all of her dogs and love it there. I had gone for my cat. The staff there are very nice. It is a very nice office and well maintained.

Right from the parking lot where there's a sign asking one to smile to the reception desk and beyond; one of the most pleasant places I have been to.
The doctors; the receptionists; and the fellow patients/owners are all patient and cheerful. Only on the rare solemn occasion when the candle on the reception desk is lit, and a pet with an incurable disease, is being assisted on its final journey to the Happy Hunting Grounds, do I feel sad and uncomfortable.
Otherwise, this cheerful place full of cheerful people on Kipling Avenue, deserve at least one visit, if not multiple.
Highly recommended.

I have taken all my fur babies here, and they are one of the few vet clinics that I truly trust with them and the staff are always very friendly and compassionate

Staff is very friendly and so is the veterinarian. They were very good with our cat. I called them last minute cuz my cat was sick and they squeezed me in.

Today I went to Etobicoke Veterinary Hospital in a panic. My dog has been vomiting and not able to keep food or water down for two days. I called in around 5: 40pm and the receptionist said to come in immediately they could see my dog if I got there by 6: 00pm and I explained that we were previous patients and this was a emergency situation. Due to rush hour traffic we got there around 6: 05pm by the time the receptionist acknowledged our presence she was quick to remind us that we didn't get there exactly by 6: 00pm. They asked us to come by tomorrow, however, we were already there waiting, and pleaded that they at least see if there was anything they could do to help. The receptionist went back two times to talk to someone at the back, and then we overheard the vet technician explain that she wasn't going to see our dog. We quickly stated that we tried our best to get there by 6: 00pm but there was traffic, she then got extremely defensive stating that we should of said we were going to be late, and they don't have to see our pet today. We explained it was emergency situation, and we didn't anticipate the 5 minute delay. But I was immediately appalled by their total lack of empathy for the situation. They did not refer us to another clinic, or even ask for further details regarding what was wrong with our dog, but simply refused to see us. The outrageous part is that their posted hours of operation state that they close at 6: 30pm.

As I left the clinic I let them know that we would find a new vet for both our dogs. The tech rudely stated she would gladly fax over our paperwork. Both my dogs will be finding a new vet now. Both of them were patients, and I was even at the clinic last week for my dog's rabies, and DA2PP shots.

Being loyal/paying customers does not matter to this clinic.

I would not advise anyone to go here if you have an emergency situation with your pet.

Excellent. Very well established and professional. When Kipling Animal Hospital closed I went here as it was so close by, just south of Kipling and Rexdale. I will use this Veterinarian from now on.

We took both our dogs to Kipling animal hospital. They were extremely thorough with both of them and made recommendations for future needs as one is now a senior dog. Would highly recommend bringing your pet here.

First time visit here today. Fit me and my two cats in. Examined both cats thoroughly. Removed the stitches from my female (as I came from another vet). They will now be my permanent vets for my lovely cats

Amazing people, great care, finally resolved my dogs issues after i was going somewhere else for years with ear infections. Lauren told me it was probablt a food allergy and he has been perfect since.

I have been coming here for years but as soon as they got new vets the place isn’t the same.
We took our dog to get her last shot and the vet Ali Aliabadi charged us an examination/consultation fee ($70) when all he did was give her one shot and when confronted on the examination/consultation fee that he didn’t do, he lied straight to my face saying he checked her heart rate using the stethoscope which, he didn’t even have on him and I was next to my puppy the whole time. The vet Ali also said he checked her ears, bones/muscles, mouth to see if everything was okay but he did not because he didn’t even touch my dog besides giving her the shot. I never mind paying the consultation fee as long as they actually do it. I will not be returning to this vet anymore as the vet we dealt with is dishonest and not trust worthy. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

I feel like they are becoming a money grab. I took my dog to get checked for an ear infection, they gave her ear drops that worked and then unfortunately I left my dog with a babysitter for a week and she didn't give her her ear drops. I finished the bottle and when I called the vet to get another bottle like she had told me, they said no they had to do special exams to see. I explained to several receptionists the situation that the drops did in fact work just that they were given wrong. They refused to let me get another bottle like the vet originally had told me I can get, also they would never call me back.

Very compassionate doctors, assistants and staff. At the end of my last visit here, the doctor took the time to access the information I needed, on her computer, and explain to me how to administer the meds prescribed for my cat, and also where to purchase the apparatus needed to administer the medication.

They have taken good care of all three of my pets. The receptionist could be alert more but other than that it's a fast animal hospital.
