I had a positive experience during my visit. The staff are polite and friendly. The wait time can be long sometimes but time passes by because there’s always a movie playing in the waiting area. I recommend calling in advance and asking about the wait time. The receptionist always gives an accurate wait time.

Very bad experience ‘first the girls who seating at the front desk behaviour is not good we stand there 15 min she talking over the phone and doing her tasks ignoring patients after that she said we only accept cash 70 dollars we don’t have cash I request a lot i can pay by card e-transfer she reject? I have a question if you guys accept cash only then you should mentioned bed service

This place used to be my go to but recently my experiences have been awful. The wait times are ridiculous. You’ll be told your wait time is 30 minutes but really you’ll be waiting for up to 2 hours or longer. The staff also won’t inform you if the specific doctor you’ve come to see has left the building, meaning you’ll have to come back another day after already waiting for hours. Going to this centre is an absolute waste of time.

Went in to get a medical form completed. Straight up refused to see me and no reason given. Prime example of the failing Canadian healthcare system. Don’t waste your time.

The place used to be better. The wait has always been a bit long but the doctors were good. Now I'm not sure what happened The good ones are gone. "Dr" Mohammed delt with me and took no history simply wanted me gone. I started talking about myself a bit that I had been quite sick and he interrupted me with "so what do you want" I said blood work since it's a basic and I haven't done in a while. He then said are you having trouble urinating. I said no. He had a requisition ready and me out in 30 seconds with just 2 questions. He still made me do a urinalysis but if he actually asked anything he would have known I was just finishing my period so I had a bit of blood. Then to discuss my results I've tried several times to get in but the afternoon the doctors just leave before their time is up and I never make it since I have a job. No call talk available for simple bloodwork discussions so u have to re-wait 2+hours to be told basic info. Find elsewhere if u can. Dr's at Albion walk in beside sunny are better.

I have been waiting for prescription refill for 1.5 hrs. Told 7 more people ahead.

All this because they thought we were given a prescription and actually we called in to pick up one and re check her throat.

Finally after 3hrs, got my prescription.

Been going for years. I think be the 1st to show up and you wait the usually waiting time. Although I like the doctors they dont rush you through your symptoms and listen.

Very bad experience. Very bad service. They don’t care how person feel. Staff is also not good.

I walked in to see how long it will be to get a requisition for an ultrasound next door because I might have a potential blood clot due to being super pregnant. The receptionist said 2+ hours. I ended up going to emergency across the street and I was seen in 50 min. Disturbing.

Disrespectful staff.

Mandatory to wear a mask at this clinic which is very odd to me as the pharmacy beside it said " they always make their own rules. "

Other clients were even rude and disrespectful to eachother. The hole area was just a " bad area" feeling.

It says free parking all over the entire building yet I still paid 5 dollars after literally being yelled at on the intercom from the other side. Who ever that was (male) around 7 o'clock should definitely change his job. Perhaps something where yelling at people behide a microphone is acceptable.
Oh wait, looks like he landed the perfect job.

Terrible honestly. Would definitely not come back. First off extremely long wait which can be understandable in some cases, unless in this case where there is only 1 doctor seeing 20 patients. Secondly girl at the front desk is rude. I walked in and asked how are you doing today, and she responded with give me your health card. To add, she held my health card for my whole visit which is unusual. But what topped it off was the fact that after waiting 2 hours to see the doctor he then told me I was fine and nothing was wrong with me, seeing I’m in fragile state. He told me to leave and stated “drink honey and it will go away”. I have gone to see another doctor and it was explained to me I have an ear infection. Honestly I never write reviews but this time I had to.

I went this clinic i had wait 2 hours after 2 hours of waiting doctor just see me for 2 minutes without listening my problem properly he said nothing is serious. For formality he check my bp nd told ur pain will be gone by itself

Please update your business hours. Online it says you’re open on Sunday and I wasted my time driving there only to find it closed.

Horrible service. Tell you to come and the show up and tell you to leave when you show up. Receptionists are yo yo’s just collecting a paycheck.

My husband called this clinic while we were at the hospital to see if they could see our 7 month old daughter quicker. (She was having difficulty breathing). They let him know wait time was the same but we could leave and come back so we opted to leave the hospital and come here. We waited the 2 hours before returning and then had another hour long wait before our baby saw a doctor. The doctor did not have the correct equipment to treat a baby. He then referred us to the X-ray clinic in the medical centre where they promptly let us know they can’t image a child under 2 years of age. It was an awful experience that left us with a lot of questions regarding our daughters health and no faith in our current system.

The receptionists are very polite and patient. The doctors are very nice they listen patient very carefully. The only thing is the wait time (usually 1.5 hrs) even during the weekdays. If service is nice more people are expected but still wait time is way too much.

Like all other reviews the front staff at this clinic is worst, though the docters are so good, the front staff need to know how to deal with the patients i wish i would have given them no star, the worst front staff i have ever seen

If your told to wait one hour expect to wait 3

And if they tell you 2 hours expect to wait 4.

It suits me a lot. Yes, if there will be crowd then we need to wait and this is for everywhere. But if you have appointment then +30 mins will be enough. I visited multiple times and hardly spent 30 mins after having appointment.

They should close this clinic. There is no availability of doctor here. And there is no sense in front desk employee how to talk.

I am just disgusted with their service. No professionalism and everytime you visit you are asked to wait more and more. I went to get my TB skin test reading, and I was told to wait for one hour after an hour i asked about patients ahead of me, was being told to wait for another hour. After two hours of wait I was told to wait for another hour and it kept going on and on. However, I was told the other day that It wont be taking so long as its just the reading and I wont have to wait for hours.
I was given a call by clinic to discuss my x ray reports. When i visited clinic i was sent back home as it was too busy, was called next day n again sent back as it was tooo busy for them again.
Its been 4 months doctor never discussed the reports nor I recieved a call from the clinic receptionist to discuss reports.
I cant express the amount of inconvinience you are going to have at this place.

Very disappointed to arrive 40min before closing, only to be told that they had no more patients so they decided to lock up early.

Lady at the desk very rude and impolite. I called before walk in and they asked me to come before 6 PM. I came before 6 pm and she said doctor cut off hislist so they can't let me in. She also mentioned there is 3 hours of wait and I was willing to wait 3 hours however she cut me off while I was talking and yelled at me said there is no other option come back tomorrow or any other time. Clinic is open till 9 pm and she mentioned doctor is there till 9 pm. This happend to me third time. I have been wasting my time taking early leave from work just to make sure I can reach on time they mention. Moreover, for my reports I have been calling from so many days still they says it's not available yet (It's been 4 weeks I got tested).

The receptionist was so rude and disrespectful, she was a middle age women with glasses and doesn’t seem to know what she doing she told me that at 3: 00pm the clinic will start adding people to the list I was already there so I waited till 3: 00pm as I was sitting right in front on her desk after 20mins I notice the same receptionist was helping other patients and adding them on the list and didn’t even acknowledge I been waiting and when I asked a different receptionist what was happening because I was confused she told that they was adding others to list and I was basically I was waiting for no reason while I was in a lot of pain. I honestly felt discriminated by the way she was treating me and I wasn’t even rude to her this shouldn’t happen and the clinic should do better when it comes to hiring there receptionist.

Someone in this walk-in needs to do something with the customer service here. Doesn't matter what reason they have for being rude to people there is no reason for it, your in the field where you must handle patients and the type of service you render does not only include health care but kindness/ care too as the basic. The fact that there are this many bad reviews on it is quite alarming.

Very bad experience with Megan, she said she is a manager, She was rude, disrespectful, discourteous, impolite and ill-mannered. She refused to let me talk to another person in this regard.
Dr Pardeep Singh Nanua is my family doctor, I have been seeing him since he joined the clinic. On April 27,2022, she told me that he does not do family practice and refused to give me appointments or give my message to Dr Singh. She was insisting to come to walkin clinic and wait there. On request about talk to manage, she said I am the manager. She was rude, disrespectful. She refused to let me talk to another person in this regard.

Total time waste! If you plan to visit keep your whole day free and wait in the waiting area.kept me waiting for 3 hours just to get my test reports! Ridiculous

Their front desk personnel have no customer service. Definitely need to learn to show empathy. They advise me to come in. When I got there said the doctor cut his list because there are too many people waiting. This is a regular occurrence with this them.

It was a Sunday and my kid was not feeling well.searched the area and this was one of the few opened clinics.tried to call them several times but there was no answer. So, I trusted their website that says: walk-in patients welcomed and went there. No one was there except two assistants and they told me all the slots are booked and you should wait for two hrs! My kid obviously was not feeling well and they told me to wait for such a long time. I told them that I had called you several times and then called again.seemed that phone was ringing but at that time that I called, none of them picked up the call to save two hrs of my time.

The doctors are all so kind and caring. They take their time out of their day to really answer all questions. The staff is very professional and the front desk ladies are super nice and have always got what I needed done. Time wise I think they’re fast. I always get a call from a doctor quickly. Love this walk in clinic.

Unfortunately, not good experience with this walk in clinic. They didn't provide the complete and accurate information, moreover, I found trouble in each and every visit with them.

Definitely wouldn't recommend. My dad was needing care because he had severe nausea and vomiting and the doctor he spoke to was very rude after waiting 1.5 hours was "why are you calling me? Call your physician" really not the way to talk to a patient no matter what the issue is really about

Booked an appointment, stating a possible staph infection. (I wasn’t sure) Took them a day and a half to answer, once they did they asked for pictures which I sent right away, but have still yet to hear back. Infection is clearing up thankfully but if this was worse I’m not sure what I would do.

Worst ever customer service I’ve received in my life. First of all they just pass time on call with you and tells you that they’ve sent a prescription to pharmacy store. You go there and wait for 1 hour and still the prescription is not reached there. I don’t know wither there prescription goes there by walk or so! They just want your health card so they can make money. Don’t care about medicine after that.

It’s better to book an appointment by phone prior going to the clinic as sometimes you might have to wait for an hour or more

Receptionist was so rude. I went there 2 times. She does not know how to talk. My name and address was written wrong so I went to her to correct. She was so rude. She just correct my address and left my name and surname then again I checked my name. It was not correct then she start making face. So instead going to her. I went to other receptionist then she started whispering to her. What kind of behaviour is this? What kind of services is this? We need help thatswhy we come to see doctors. She is extremely rude so please talk to her to behave good with patients thankyou

Never thought of posting this but their ignorance would have costed my life.they just wanna see more and more patients to fill up their pockets, don’t care about the patients at all. I mean how can u treat something when u don’t have any idea
what caused it.they just keep prescribing medication rather than running some tests and figure out.no one asked me any questions at all.was just prescribed a medication after 2 minutes in the call.

Dr. Singh is amazing. One of the best doctors I have had. Very polite, caring, and takes his time. I really enjoy all my interactions with him.

I was a patient of Dr. Bawa's and I had been seeing him weekly (until today) for my methadone, in Burlington. He is careless and often forgets to prescribe my medications/write the wrong dates for my carries/doesn't notify me when he is going away for the long weekend.therefore leaving me without my methadone for a whole week. This wouldn't be a huge deal if his office wasn't located in Etobicoke. For someone with no phone and no car this has left me suffering one too many times. My experience with Dr. Bawa is specific and doesn't necessarily represent the entire walk in clinic, but there is also at least 1 receptionist that is the most unhelpful person I have ever spoken to. So if you're planning on visiting Etobicoke Walk in, good luck.

One of the best experiences ive ever had with a clinic extremely fast and straight to the point, and extremely helpful! My go to clinic for anything these guys are amazing

Very rude receptionists, they just don't know how to talk politely, especially the blonde receptionist. There are better clinics in 2 kms radius. Kindly replace the front desk staff with people who know how to talk courteously. They are unworthy of working in healthcare sector.

Dr. Bawa is absolutely AMAZING. He has great bed side manner and doesn't rush you, takes the time to listen to you and you can tell he truly cares for each patient he sees. I have only met a few of his staff as I see him at one of his other locations but Meghan is a great addition to an already amazing Dr. She is very friendly, non judgmental and has gone above and beyond for me more than once. A few of the other girls who I guess work only at the Etobicoke walk in location are a wee bit "ditzy" and I've just had to hang up and call back when Meghan is in.

The receptionist was very Rude. They charge me 20 dollars for OHIP covered documentation. Someone should report this clinic.

Rude receptionist and manager. Very unprofessional, they charge 20 dollars cash for documentation of medications covered under OHIP ("patients cannot be charged for requesting or receiving documentation related to insured service " - OHIP website).

if there was a zero star option, they will get it, zero competence and accountability from members of this clinic, especially the front desk staff.

I rate it 5 because Dr. Singh was amazing with my daughter today. However, if I could rate reception separately I wouldn't even give them a 1. I observed the receptionist's bad attitude so when I dealt with her I made sure I was extra polite to see if I was being judgemental. Nope, I was right, she was very rude, I thanked her twice with no reply, no eye contact, barley a word. I'm not expecting her to be my best friend but when working with people in the vulnerable sector a little compassion needs to be there. She should not be the 1st face a patient see's. She shouldn't have a job as far as I'm concerned.

Congratulations for your hard work. Helped me out in this uncertain times and when I needed most. My mom is here in Canada as a visitor, her medicines were almost finished, no way to get it here with a back home prescription so they give me a phone call appointment and Dr Singh assist me right away.

My doctor went on vacation for a month. So I called this clinic. Although I wasn’t able to go inside the clinic my phone calls with the staff were great. The doctors called me back at the timeframe specified. They were very helpful even over the phone. I Explained my issues and they were able to give me a diagnosis.
I did get X-rays done and I received a callback within 2 days with the results.
I didn’t feel rushed at all while I was on the phone. It kind of beats sitting in the waiting room for a couple hours. I still prefer in person visits but until things change - this works

If you go at exactly when they are opening 9: 30 and you get there at 9: 15 you’ll be in and out so quick max wait be like 15 mins so very great! And the doctor Singh was so nice and understanding and helpful

Only complaint is the girl at front desk, asked me loudly for the whole room to hear my reason to visit.she does not need that info needs to learn medical privacy.

If you can disregard the fact that some of the front desk staff can make you feel unimportant, you will really love this walk-in clinic. Recently, my husband and I both visited and the doctors were amazing. They're intelligent and know exactly what they're doing. Not to mention - the wait times were very little! I have been very happy and the recent medicine I was prescribed has made me feel wonderful in less than 48 hours. 100% recommended. Thank you!

The receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. They should have better people at there front desk. They are so outdated they couldn’t take my insurance document via mail so lame in today’s time.

Should have sued them. Asked for something to help me sleep. They prescribed something that makes you psychotic and suicidal. Doctors intraining with little common sense.

You get in very quick, if you know when to visit. Years and years we come here, because at family doctor the wait is too long, and hours are limited.
The operational hours of this clinic is high above expectations! They open literally 365 days, and late at evening as well.nowhere else you can find this type of schedule.
Doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable, kind and efficient. No hustle, they help you in any issues.
Very convenient, that there is a pharmacy in the same complex as well.
Highly recommend!

The receptionist are highly unprofessional. They disclose my personal information as well as others while getting us checked in. I'm pretty sure you don't need to know why I'm there unless you are somehow putting priority for someone else who is not me and you certainly don't need to verbalize what kind of vaccination I'm looking to get for the entire room to hear.

Stop disclosing information. All you need to do is ask us for our health card and then tell us our number in the que. You're not my damn doctor. If this continues onwards you will be reported for breach of privacy.

Friendly front office but Very busy on weekends. Took my daughter recently and it was a 3 hr wait to see the Dr. Even some Emergency room visits are quicker.

Never have had an issue with this walk in. The doctors I've dealt have always been respectful and the wait time is normally under an hour. One of the best clinics I've been to.

Very rude administrators. I avoid going here. Administrators arent welcoming at all. There is one in particular she never listens, but very quick to have a harsh tone answer and behaves in a manner as if patients are a bother. The last time she cut me off when i was asking a question and had a very aggressive tone with me regarding paperwork. I work in the medical field, part of your job is treating patients with respect. These administrators seem to lack that.
