Excellent customer service all around. Everyone was kind and helpful! Holly is absolutely amazing, so personable, professional and kind. She did a wonderful job with my laser hair removal. It was fast, efficient, effective and pain free! I also compared expertise, technology and pricing with 7 different spas in town and this one takes the cake! Grateful I chose this spa! I have been going to the spa for about 12 years now! I go there for and pedicures! I was there today nov 25 and my service was awesome as usual! It is so relaxing there and the staff are

Very rude receptionist. The organization lacks transparency and tries to upsell to customers. It's 2023, post a price list online for beauty services. There are much better options in Peterborough, with more modern options like online booking, online consultations and clear prices.

Great staff! Quite impressed with the education background and the investment made in sending staff to latest training programs for their industry. Very professional. I have just given Euphoria gift certificates to a few ladies who have been there before and they were ecstatic!

Lovely location and atmosphere and staff are lovely but, I think, very expensive.
The jury is still out on whether the treatment is successful. They tell me it will be but I just had the second of 3 treatments and I see no difference yet. Fingers crossed. (I'm getting some dark pigmentation on my face removed)

My experience in euphoria was great especially my facial who did fantastic job her name is Asha I will recommend her for everyone. Asha is very thoughtful&professional.

When you walk in it is a beautiful place with relaxed ambience.
No doubt the spa services would be lovely.
However, I went for derma fillers targeting specific areas. I was convinced the recommended MD would do superb work.
After spending over 2G - my target area looks the same. Its been a couple of months now.
On my follow up visit I was told “it looks great” but I was not able to see “before and after” pictures to compare as “before” pictures were not “downloaded yet”.
I am sure I would not be able to see any difference.
I felt my complaint was met with arrogance and dismissal.
I had the procedure done before, for much cheaper and with the visible results.
Oh well, next time I will use RN injector who can spend more then 5 min with me and deliver better results.
I am cancelling Euphoria Spa from my future endeavours.

Disappointed with management at Euphoria Wellness Spa. I was charged almost double the amount I was told on the phone during booking even after clarifying multiple times and quoting the pricing on the website. I also tried to pay on arrival and was encouraged to pay afterwards (being my first time at the spa I thought nothing of it.) Management deemed the quote over the phone a “miscommunication on both parties” however is doing nothing to make it right. They simply do not care. I was never told that there was going to be additional charges other than HST.

My services were done by Varsha, I had an absolutely amazing time with her, she was above and beyond! Unfortunately management ruined the entire experience for me and I will never be back.

Unorganized service, no food was provided with an excuse of "we don't have anything vegan atm" massage was good.

Appointment was booked weeks in advanced and dietary restrictions were mentioned on phone.

Whatever they used to tint my eyebrows in which I had very little to begin with, caused them all to fall out or maybe it wasn’t the dye as it’s vegetable based I just don’t know I don’t even have enough hair to fill them in anymore with a gel pencil. I’m so upset absolutely beside myself. Besides the staff being really nice and the place is super cool it just hurts to look in the mirror these days.

This is a review about my experience with Lazer therapy for removal of spider veins in my legs. In the past I have had sclerotherapy to remove spider veins. I thought because no one in Peterborough does this anymore I would give Lazer therapy a try. The first treatment of my legs was uncomfortable but manageable. The atmosphere was great and the technician Holly was great. After waiting the required amount of time, I went back for treatment 2. The second treatment was more intense and very painful. I do have a high tolerance for pain. Because the treatment was more intense? There was significant swelling and bruising which I expected. With ice packs the swelling was down by the end of the day. The bruising lasted 2 weeks or so. There is a slight and I mean slight difference. Because of the painful experience with 2nd treatment, and cost of continuing with no guarantee of good results, I am disappointed with my choice to do Lazer therapy verses sclerotherapy.

Not really worth it for the price. For the prices they charge too you would think parking would be included.

Was given a gift certificate and had a lovely haircut with Katie. Would definitely go back.

I really enjoyed my time at Euphoria Wellness Spa and will definitely return! I had a pedicure, exfoliating body treatment and hair cut. There was a power out in the area that morning; however the staff was accommodating and mad my little "spa day" work seamlessly despite the circumstances. All of the staff were very calm and helped maintain a relaxed environment. I highly recommend!

I booked myself in for a Supreme Facial and Ultimate Pedicure and had the best experience! I was recommended to come a bit early to enjoy the eucalyptus steam room & sauna, it was a great way to get things started. Kelly did both of my treatments and they were fantastic! The facial was beautifully relaxing and left my skin feeling super hydrated and renewed. The pedicure was equally enjoyable, the scrub felt amazing and they have a great selection of colours. If you want to treat yourself to some pampering I highly recommend going to euphoria spa! Thank you for everything!

Had a nice supreme facial done and I’m happy with the results — not happy with the pressure I felt put on me to buy their extremely expensive products afterwards. Not everyone can afford to buy a $114 moisturizer on top of other items to maintain nice skin.

When will you refund costumers for canceling on them? I want compensation for my time being wasted.

Always an amazing service at Spa Euphoria. Sydney is a phenomenal RMT that I'm so happy to have found for my pregnancy. Highly recommend the prenatal massage services for others that are expecting!

Got a couples massage here for my boyfriend’s birthday today. It was honestly the best massage I’ve had in such a long time! Plus the service in general was excellent and the facilities were so clean! They provide robes/slippers as well as access to steam rooms and sauna before/after treatment. Will 100% be coming back
