Recently my wife and I decided to redecorate our apartment. One of the part of it was to update some wall with a wallpaper. We looked around and fed covered Euro Hime Decor. One of few brick and mortar stores. Most are online.
Above mentioned store has huge selection of beautiful products. It’s sales staff is unbelievable knowledgeable and eager to help no matter how long it took to select.

I bought wallpaper in this store for a brand new change room in a new office. It was slow white color.they also give me a guy to install it. After a installer put it on the walls next day in all the corners, on the ceiling joints it it became discolored. LOOKED VERY AGLY. I contacted the store and went back there to talk to them.they told me the owner will call me back to resolve the issue. NO ONE CALLED. I waisted 1000.dollars on wallpaper and instalation.because the wall paper they sold me was diffected. Don't buy at this place! The product is very bad. The customer service is BAD.

They have a decent selection of wallpaper but it has been a very long time since I’ve experienced such poor customer service. From the moment we walked in to the showroom the associate seemed annoyed to help us and was very rude.

I walked in to purchase some wallpaper for a craft and the store is not what I had expected. The clerk was uninterested in helping me but when I told her I would go back to where I typically purchase wallpaper she suddenly had some open rolls in the back that I could see. The selection consisted of a dozen different patterns so I left. As I left I thanked her for her time and she glared over at me and did a once over. Rude rude rude!
