Helped me diagnose the issue with my AEG convection steam oven. They sent me schematics and instructions on what to test and quoted me the part I need. Didn't try to direct me to a service tech for an expensive service call to tell me what I pretty much already knew. I'm reasonably handy, so, with the info provided, I'm feeling confident I can make the repair on my own. Excellent customer service.
Whatever you do don’t purchase from this location. Avoid Stacey’s support, is just an old lady with no empathy, and would purposely hide purchase details in order to get more money out of you. The owner needs to get this old ladies behaviour checked, that clearly has too much on her plate to provide appropriate customer support, or even have any attention to detail to understand customers needs. Be very careful when purchasing from her.
I can’t say enough about the service level and great staff at Euro-Parts. A huge shout out to Jerjen who worked tirelessly on solving my issue with my Liebherr fridge and freezer doors which did not match. After his hard work and perseverance they look great.

Terra did a super job. The communications with her were excellent and I think she was one of the most professionnal person I have been dealing with in a customer service department. The shipment of the new unit (a Smeg Toaster) took less than 2 calendar days, unbelievable!

In an age where having a real person to talk to instead of just blanks to fill in on line, Roxy was able to walk me through identifying the parts I needed for an AEG hood fan. I made my way to Euro-Parts after hours of searching for the parts, the dealer that sold the AEG appliances was of very little help. Profound thanks Roxy.
I emailed about a faulty blending cutter assembly on my Smeg blender in the morning and within an hour had an email response. The issue was resolved by mid-day - shipping a replacement part. Great customer service.

I submitted a request for a part for a 2012 Liebherr fridge, with a picture of the complete part. Roxy replied with a detailed picture of possible parts and asked me to confirm what I needed. Once I placed the order, the parts arrived in less than two days. Very good service.

Our SMEG kettle failed after two years of service. The thermal fuse we needed was not available, but since we also have a SMEG toaster, Annelies at Euro-Parts submitted a loyalty appeal on our behalf, and SMEG is replacing the kettle at no charge! Great effort by Annelies and much appreciated! Euro-Parts has really gone the extra mile for us!
This company, ”Smeg” is stellar. I am the proud owner of three of their appliances and love them all. They are the focal point in my recently renovated kitchen and are admired by many. Upon reaching out to this team to fix a problem, the team was immediately engaged to assist me in a timely matter. Being in the client experience business myself for over 40 years I was exceptionally pleased. They went above any and all expectations. I would recommend whole heartedly these products and how they are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. I have dealt with this company 2 times in the last few years and can not say enough good about the customer services. I live outside of Canada and have contacted them for parts and service issues with our refrigerator. Parts were easily purchased and shipped to family that would bring them to us. I had an issue with my smeg drip coffee maker. I was put into contact with Euro parts to help me. Then I was helped by Terra and Jared. These two were INCREDIBLE, their customer service was beyond helpful from sending me help videos right away then trying to walk me through the process. I have been waiting over 2 weeks now for the washer in my unit to be repaired. Service technician came, said the water valve needed to be replaced, said I’d hear back the following week. It’s now been 2 weeks and still no response.
Customer service team super helpful in getting me the part I needed for my dishwasher. Shipping was efficient and refreshingly they used all recycled materials to package. Highly recommend.
