I revisited for eyebrow micro blading with Tania. I love and appreciate how much Tania pays attention to detail when performing her skill. She takes the time to reassess and never seems rushed. Is she feels more work is needed, more colour, for example she works away until she and then I are satisfied. Tania was very pleasant and interactive, smiling and engaging which all helps to instill a calming environment and is appreciated. As a healthcare provider, I am also pleased with her attention to aseptic technique. My only regret is I forgot to use my 10$ coupon you so kindly sent me!

Expensive. The technicians are qualified and know what they are doing which makes the cost worth it. They are also friendly staff, and not stuck-up, pretentious, or snobby like my experiences with staff at other spas and salons.

Today I went for a massage and facial performed by Lavinia, who by the way performed such a relaxing treatment I did not want to get off the table. I have been going to Euro Reflections for a few years now and have never been disappointed from electrolysis to RMT and facials and massage. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Such a calm environment and lovely ladies congratulations to you all for your expertise.

It was a great experience from the moment I entered the salon and was greeted by the nice receptionist, then I had a relaxing head massage while getting my hair washed by Tania. Oh.my.god.that's all i can say.i came here for the first time today, scheduling a last minute appointment with Rachael to fix an unfortunate haircut i got yesterday elsewhere.from the second i walked in the door, she was so welcoming and kind.i explained my situation and she was eager to help give me the hair i originally wanted.she was full of compliments, witty jokes, everything.she made the experience so fun and positive.she asked for permission before doing anything to or putting anything on my hair too, which i thought was so professional and sweet! She's an absolute angel and my hair looks so much better than i ever could have asked for.not to mention, the salon is STUNNING.the quality of the service and environment combined made this experience just that much better and more memorable!

My first visit to Euro Reflections and it was amazing! From the moment I walked in, reception greeted me in a friendly manner and struck up a conversation as I waited to see Rachael. The salon is full of smiley, friendly faces. You can tell everyone loves to be there and enjoys what they do.

Rachael was eager to work on my hair as a fresh canvas. I needed a change and she delivered! I have a bold, new fresh cut with a wicked colour. When the sun hits the red, it’s stunning! Hasn’t even been 24hrs and I’ve had tons of compliments.

She asked questions along the way to make sure I was getting the style and colour I’d be comfortable with. She takes pride in her work and shows a lot of enthusiasm when clients leave happy!

Rachael recently learned about extensions and shared that she was going to be taking a colour course in the fall. You can tell she wants to keep learning and improving in her art.

Rachael and Euro Reflections is an absolutely wonderful place to go treat yourself and your locks.

I had an appointment to get my brows microbladed with Wilhemina. Sorry I spelt your name incorrectly the first time. I can honestly say I was nervous going into this but she completely put me at ease. She explained what she was going to do before, during and after. The transformation from over plucked, uneven brows to brows that are uniform and natural. I keep going back to check them out in the mirror.

Beautiful salon and spa! Staff were all so friendly and accomodating and thr services were incredible! My husband and I planned a spa day for our anniversary and the massages were great, and we finished with facialsbthat were soo relaxing and one of the best ones we've ever had! I invite any professional hair critique to take a look at haircut, tell me if I'm exaggerating! Bad so bad! First she didn't do what I asked for. Had to go a second time to get it fixed and came out crying! Now being forced to having it one way bcuz it's so uneven! Tomorrow is my birthday she ruined my birthday pictures! First Choice haircuts have given me a better and satisfying cut very professional! Currently waiting for manager to get back from vacation hopefully he/she can do something about it! Amazing service by Tania! After spending so much time at home during this pandemic, my skin needed some love and Euro Reflections more than delivered. Can’t wait to go back again!

I had an appointment booked months back just before the last lockdown started. I would have expected since I already had my name in that I would have recieved a call or SOMETHING letting me know that obviously since things were closed again that my appointment would have to be postponed. When I tried calling myself there was an option for a voicemail. I left a voicemail explaining how nobody called me to tell me anything and I never recieved a call back either. Now clearly you would think if I had an appointment already booked that when lockdown ended recently I would have maybe gotten a call then? NOPE! Nobody called to even set my appointment back up or check to see if I still wanted to come in. As I and anyone else with a previously existing booking should have gotten first dibs on setting up a new date shouldn't they? I find this Incredibly unprofessional behaviour for such a business and wouldn't even bother setting up a new appointment with such a lack of communication on their part. Pretty dissapointing honestly. Just an outright let down. I would have been fine with waiting and setting up a later date if only someone had at least called me to update me on how things were going to go. Wouldn't recommend simply because of professionalism and communication. Really dissapointing.
Update: after going through and reading some other reviews I can see I'm far from the only person unhappy with this business. And from what I'm seeing the staff love to respond with very witty comments back to their customers like "if you are really one of our clients" because they can't find the exact name in there database or something. I've seen multiple reviews mentioning having previously been asked to take down/remove their reviews before being threatened with legal action. I'd like to mention to anyone being scared by these responses not to worry. It's illegal to ask customers to remove bad reviews if they are honest. You can't have any legal action taken against you if your review is genuine no matter the circumstances. And the responses I've seen from this company towards the reviews given makes me even more disgusted and glad I didn't bother making a new appointment.
Oh and before someone responds with "we couldn't find your name in our data base so we're going to consider you spam" I don't go by my real name on reviews strictly so people like you can't contact me to take reviews down or threaten me have a nice day

Excellent service, top quality destination for all your hair services and spa needs. Massage with RMT Susanne was perfect, adjusted pressure to your preference. Noknoy did an excellent job with my haircut. Highly recommend!

Spent $350 on balayage when the color washed away in one wash. When called, I was asked to come again so they can fix it. I wasn't told I need to pay again until I went. Even if I paid to get it corrected, I was told it will wash away again very very soon. Waste of money and time!

As I love to be pampered, the room was cold, the sugar scrub was cold and seaweed mud was cold.service was nice but I was freezing for 3 hours

I just got my hair done by Noknoy. I cannot express how amazed I am with her talent. I brought her a total disaster, and left with the best cut and colour I have ever gotten by anyone. She’s so friendly, easy going and so knowledgeable!
The prices are on the high end, however, the atmosphere, cleanliness and outstanding results make it well worth it. The reception staff and other stylist are very friendly as well! All around, such a fantastic experience.

I trusted to go here for armpit hair removal and after spending $600, the hair is still there. They convinced me that I was a perfect candidate for laser hair removal because I have dark hair and light skin but it didn't work at all. After getting the $400 package for 10 visits, it did not work. They convinced me to go for additional sessions and I just ended up wasting more money and now I still have to deal with the hair. Not impressed.

If you're looking for a proper blonde balayage, this is the place to go! Got my hair done by Madisyn tonight and she did a top notch job. I'll definitely be back soon!

Short hair is tricky and I am extremely picky, but I enjoyed my overall experience at this salon. The staff were professional and friendly, and Noknoy gave me a beautiful, flawless haircut while being very gentle with my hair. Happy to find this place, and can't wait to go back!

Euro Reflextions has been amazing in getting my Microblading and permanent eyeliner just as I like it. Wilhemina did my Microblading and was amazing at working with my difficult skin type. Tania Did the eyeliner and was so attentative and paid attention to detail.
Tania as the owner also checked on me if I was happy with the results after the procedures and offered an extra touch up appointment at no extra cost. I can highly recommend Euro Reflections!

I went here for the first time Saturday for a spa morning and it was fabulous! My mom and I had our own private room and it was so relaxing. I loved the aroma therapy massage as well as the facial. Afterwards, we had a mani and pedi. The technicians that were looking after us were amazing and I would definitely go back! Highly recommend.

I cannot brag about this place enough. As the saying goes, you pay for what you get! Yes, it's pricey, but for good reason. I spent my life getting hair done at Walmart and cheap salons, never getting what I wanted and wasting money. I got exactly what I wanted here!

Amazing massage. The place is really nice and friendly staff. As i was looking for father's day package for my husband as it was his first father day celebration. I wanted to do something nice. My hubby really enjoyed the Royal package it was a nice day off. Very relaxing. After that great experience you got 2 new customers. Definitely looking to get others services like laser or venus. Love it. I do recommend this place.

I normally dont write bad reviews as it takes a lot to upset me. Unfortunately, this place Hit the spot today and deserves my two cents input from me.
I was supposed to have a hair appointment with Alex at 11 am. I showed up 10 minutes early as always. 30 minutes later, which is now 20 minutes into my appointment, i walk to the receptionist to ask if Alex was in. She told me yes and he was going to be with me shortly. (I also want to mention that even though I was sitting across from her for 30 min where she clearly could see me the whole time holding my coat and not offering to put it away for me for this long). Five minutes later, after i got up to speak with her, she comes to me and first offers to take my coat away. When she offered to take my coat away, i refused to give it to her as at this point i was clearly thinking of leaving the place. As i was ready to leave, she comes back again and offers to wash my hair? !? I thought it was bizarre as she isnt a hairstylist. I walk with her to the washing stations and there i see Alex working on another girl’s hair? !? ! This is when i really became annoyed and found it so disrespectful so i walked out of the place without getting any seevice done. To book someone else at the same time like me is unacceptable and totally rude.
If i pay good money for my hair, i not only expect good quality but excellent service as well and today this place totally disappointed and failed. Too bad, i liked them and i was planning to be a lifelong customer.but if you treat me with disrespect and think my time isnt of any value, you dont deserve my business.
Not to mention that they also sent me an email before my appointment where they say that they had reserved 45 minutes, from 11am to 11: 45 exclusively for me and expect me to be there on time; otherwise if i cant make it to my appt, they deserve the right to charge me $20/hr.

Wonderful friendly staff and beautiful salon. They have always been helpful and knowledgeable especially when I have been uncertain of trying different colours in my hair that I hadn't previously tried. I have always been very happy with it.

I provided this rating initially without any feedback because I couldn't figure out exactly why I didn't have my socks blown off by my experience at Euro Reflections. I believe I've figured it out now and I want to share my rationale.

Firstly, my aesthetician was lovely and great to work with. I will mention that she smelled like cigarettes and I was not overly impressed with that. I didn't say anything at the time although I find this inappropriate. I would suggest taking more time to freshen up before meeting with clients.

Secondly, the treatment was recommended by the spa - I can't remember what it was called. I had asked to have a deep cleansing microneedling type facial. I have very healthy skin with no significant blemishes. I was looking to have an annual deep cleansing treatment.

This treatment was 'talked up' a lot and my aesthetician was pretty excited about using it. Basically, the treatment involved a machine that was rubbed on my skin with different creams/massage points for about an hour. The treatment was 'okay' however this didn't feel like the same kind of facial I'm used to when I have full hands on treatment. And that was what I was looking for. I realize that this treatment was far from excellent or 'a real treat' to me.

I was trying to figure out why this was promoted and talked up so much and I realize it is probably because this machine is really expensive and they needed to pay for it. Therefore, there was a need to push this service instead of a hands on treatment. I am only speculating on this however this is my feeling based on my experience.

I love this place I have had many services done. I love the versatility of services Euro Reflections provide, they are always professional and friendly. Great place to go!
