Shopped for a watch yesterday. Elena and the staff were the best. Helpful is an understatement. In a world that customer service is a lost art, the staff and especially Elena renewed my faith in the idea of giving proper customer service. Cheers

Came here to get a ring that was bought for me resized. Even asking the question to the man at the store seemed to be an inconvenience and he responded “you need to wait I’m with customers”. The whole interaction was rude. Wont be buying any more jewellery here or bothering with resizing.

I went to European Boutique today out of curiosity and I am glad that I did. Elena was thorough and so helpful. She showed so many options and assisted my boyfriend and I with so much grace. If you are looking to buy a diamond ring for engagement ask for her! She’s great. Thank you Elena for the wonderful experience!

Great experience all around. I bought a watch and a few days later realized that it was too big, so I asked to exchange it for a smaller one. The store manager Emilia allowed me to return the watch, and Elena the sales lady ordered a smaller version in exchange. Elena has been super helpful throughout the process and an example of a caring, knowledgeable, and professional sales rep. Thank you for a top notch service!

Went there yesterday, and the salesman was not helpful at all. It was like he was not interested in helping me. I walked out of there and didn't buy anything. Maybe if he was more helpful I would have bought something.

Worst store ever. I can't find words to describe my disappointment right now. Over a month ago we ordered wedding rings (two simple bands, what could be easier for a jewelry store?). The seller, Emilia, assured us that there would be no engraving on our rings, which was decisive in choosing this particular store. A few weeks later, we came for an order and saw absolutely not what we expected! Not only was there an engraving on the rings (although earlier we were assured that they were not), one of the rings was completely damaged! How could a seller in a jewelry store not even check and give away a ring with black stripes on white gold? Moreover, the seller tried to assure me that it was normal, and all I had to do just wipe the ring. When my partner and I insisted on returning the ring to fix it, the salesperson Emilia assured us that the ring would be fixed in a week. After that, we called the store several times and the seller each time answers us with the template "in a week and a half will be ready. " So, today, more than two weeks have passed since the rings were given for rework. We still haven't received our rings, we've had the most unpleasant experience that can be get before a wedding for a lot of money. There is no much time left before our wedding, there is simply no time to order rings in another store! Due to the negligence, irresponsibility and absolutely indifferent attitude of the store staff and the Madani company, which produces rings, in particular, we received negative emotions before our wedding, a disappointing experience, and moreover, now our wedding is generally questionable, because without rings the ceremony cannot be held. Due to the problem with the rings, we will have to cancel and reschedule everything that we organized earlier. I would like to get a reaction and feedback on my review, and contact the store management about the current situation.

Went here to purchase a watch and was greeted by Elena, who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was very patient, knowledgeable and welcoming. Elena made the transaction very memorable and did not pressure me into making decisions unlike other stores. Beyond grateful for her help and making this purchase memorable for me. 10/10 customer service.

Recently made unexpected purchase from this is boutique.
I was looking for a present for my partner.
Salesperson Elena was very helpful and provided me with world-class customer service. She helped me to choose the item and made cost saving advice.
My partner was very happy with my present and Elena help me to save money.
I will be back in a future and will tell my friends.

They had a good selection of entry level luxury watches such as Rado, Longines and Hamilton but their sales associate didn’t live up to minimum customer service standards. I went in with the full knowledge of what I wanted, spent less than 10 minutes there and bought a time piece, yet the sales person was impolite judgmental and condescending. Constantly reminding me to be gentle with the straps even not fully pulling the watch, and sticking just 20 cm away from my face, presumably because I went in with running shoes or didn’t come across as a buyer? Never experienced this unprofessional behavior before, even at other high-end watch store selling pieces 10-20k. I regret the business I gave them. Probably never do business with them again.
