Joanne Low was such a huge help in securing me the new Mido Multifort TV Big Date. I called her a few months back, and she immediately contacted her Mido rep to ensure that the watch could be pre-ordered, even though it was not being released for a few months. She then proceeded to pre-order the watch for me.

Joanne kept me up to date the entire time, and was always quick to call back if I made an inquiry. She also secured me the alternate rubber strap for the watch, which I really appreciated.

As soon as the watch came into store, Joanne called me to pick it up, and even gifted me a winder for my new Mido.

I can't stress enough how customer service friendly my experience was, and I will definitely be contacting Joanne for my future watch purchases.

10/10 experience. Thank you so much Joanne.

I came into the store looking for an entry level luxury watch

After entering the store, I promptly let the manager know my interest in a few of the Longines timepieces.

We went over to the watches, checked them out, and I told him I had been looking for a certain watch for months, but noone had it in stock. And as I passed by their boutique, I noticed they had it in the window, so I wanted to check it out.

I told him I was getting my annual bonus next month, and that I was going to use a portion of that money on a watch or two.

During my time in European Boutique, the manager said that i should try another watch store in the mall, and suggested I check out Swatch. He then specifically suggested I go buy a "moonswatch, " which is less than 10% of the price I was looking to pay in his store. Clearly inferring that i couldnt afford the watch i had come in for. I found this to be rude, and frankly absurd, as I have been looking for this watch for months, and was very well aware of the retail price.

At this point, i was upset, but wanted to take the high road. So I politely asked for the managers business card, shook his hand and left.

For any of you curious of how I looked that day, I can assure you, I did not look disheveled, or out of place at the mall whatsoever. I was wearing lululemon joggers, Sperry boat shoes, a lululemon Jacket, and a baseball cap.

Can't say I'm surprised, as there are many watch dealers who won't give you the time of day unless you're dressed in very formal attire with flashy jewelery. But that isn't my style.

Needless to say, I will not be back to European boutique again to buy any timepieces.

Recently visited this shop for a simple band resizing, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The prices they charge for band resizing for watches not purchased there are outrageously high. It felt like they were trying to get rid of me rather than provide a reasonable service.

The customer service was also subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked any form of enthusiasm to assist me. I had to wait for an extended period before anyone even acknowledged my presence. While I can understand charging a fee for band resizing if the watch was purchased elsewhere, 30CAD isn’t an amount that can be justified by any proportion.
