Was looking to buy a Jazzmaster Face 2 Face lll Limited Edition. Very disappointed. Sales rep was rude and arrogant and treated me like I couldn’t afford it. I will go to another boutique to purchase this watch. I’m very surprised he treated me so poorly considering this is $4 000 watch from Hamilton, an entry level to mid level brand.

Wow, just wow! Ryan was a phenomenal sales consultant. I had initially came back to complete a purchase on a Breitling, but with Ryan’s assistance, he gave me a better understanding and outlook for something that suits my personality all at the same time giving me a bang for my buck. In addition to it all I felt like I was shopping with the help of a love one that’s a watch enthusiasts.

I got my first watch from them. I had no intention of buying a watch (especially a luxury watch), I walked into the store, it’s very bright and luxurious. Jasmine who can speak perfect Chinese, helped me try on so many different watches. She is so good at helping me figure out what I need to be my first watch, and make me so comfortable and I didn’t feel nervous anymore, because I didn’t know anything about these brands and my English is not good. Then we decided to get a Longines leather strap watch. It’s so pretty and very retro, she said its vintage style is very trendy, and I agree. Even though this watch is way more expensive then I thought I could spend, but it feels and looks different than other brands we tried at beginning. Couple days later, I contacted her about if I can change to another color (I didn’t wear mine), she helped me did an exchange. It’s a $2000 watch, I wear it everyday now. I like this store.

Incredibly helpful staff at European Boutique. We had come from London having bought a Tissot watch last second for our dad to wear for a family wedding but unfortunately his wrist size is quite small. Went to 2 shops who had told us to wait a day for service station. Luckily we found European boutique where we found Dustin who sorted us out and in 5 minutes we were all set to go. Very helpful and professional and didn’t even charge us the fee every other shop was asking.

Came in to buy a Hamilton watch and the man who helped out was unbelievably snide and condescending. Made rude comments about how we didn’t know how to clip the watch in correctly and when we gave it back to him and said we were leaving he rolled his eyes. Why would you treat a customer this way? Honestly so rude. Do not come here.

Bought a beautiful Hamilton Khaki Aviator watch online, with excellent phone and online help from Ryan Adams at the store. Ryan identified the watch I'd seen in their store window at Eaton Centre and the transaction was easy. The package arrived a few days later at my home in Ottawa, very well-packed in protective materials, and the Hamilton box the watch came in was beautifully gift-wrapped already. A good experience with great people. I'll definitely be buying from European again!

Had an incredible experience with Ryan. I brought my girlfriend so that she could get an idea of what type of engagement ring she wanted and Ryan was the perfect person to guide us through everything. He explained all the different details to take into account and had a variety of rings to try on to get a better idea. He was knowledgeable and patient. Within 20 minutes, we had the exact ring that she wanted with all the details ironed out.i couldn't recommend Ryan enough along with this store.

I visited European Boutique earlier today on my lunch break from work as I am presently looking for another watch to purchase. I previously purchased a watch from European Boutique two years ago, however at their Yorkdale location. I was appalled at the service that I received today. The sales representative treated me with such antipathy and indifference, quite frankly speaking, I felt sick. Her body language communicated this attitude of condescension. The entire interaction was so disgusting. There isn't a doubt in my mind that I was treated this way because I am a person of colour. I will not be visiting this location again as I don't exactly enjoy being subjected to such outlandish behaviour, and certainly wouldn't want to give my business to an establishment which hires employees in possession of such attitudes.

I bought a pair of 14K gold earrings back in November. The lady that helped me out was very attentive and nice. Also willing to help me out and showed me around to a couple of pieces. I was very happy with my purchase.

I bought a pair of 18kg gold earrings from here and wanted to try them on.the young sales lady scoffed at me and was audibly and visually irritated that i had ask. I ended up buying them cause the quality was great, but the service was horrible, i wish she didnt get the commission. She was so rude.

This location is HORRIBLE.
Their repair service process is ridiculously unprofessional. They do not contact you, the customer has to continuously reach out for updates and processing. Staff blatantly state that it is not their problem.
I would not encourage anyone to support this location for repair services. Take your business elsewhere as this location does not care for your business and is highly problematic.

This is a horrible, horrible service. My husband took his quartz Omega watch there to replace the battery. When he got his watch back, he observed a deep scratch which was not there before! It was really deep and very bad looking. They apologized for this and after investigation, confirmed that it was their fault but the only thing they could do was to send his watch to Omega official service for brushing. This took a few months during the quarantine.

I am writing this out of pure disgust of service this company provides. I purchased the OMEGA Moonwatch from them online to be delivered to my home. The package is stollen and I contact FedEX to start a claim and after few days they tell me the the shipper EUROPEAN did not claim the value of the package they were shipping so they are only applicable to $100.00 refund. To save a few dollars EUROPEAN decides to pull NILL value on the package that I paid $6400.00 for. Now Mr. Larry De Sousa and Jordan Sutkiewicz have not taken any accountability for this and I am out of $6300.00 because they are simply put very dishonest people.
I made the biggest mistake of ordering from this company.and I hope you don't make the same mistake.

I recently visited the Eaton Centre location to look at a specific watch I had seen online. Mary Wang helped me out and showed me multiple watches, she was extremely helpful and showed great customer service. Although the mall is currently closed due to Covid-19 restrictions, I was able to purchase the watch over the phone from Mary. I would highly recommended purchasing any watch or jewellery item from European Boutique as they were very helpful and made the process easy. I found every person I spoke to great; Ryan Adams and Holly as well. If you’re look for a Breitling watch go visit them.

My husband and I have been shop at European Boutique for more than 2 years now. We purchased our engagement ring, wedding accessories and anniversary gift here. Now, my husband shop my ‘push gift’ here as well!
We are very satisfied the service, diamond quality and design here. Especially with Ryan, he helps us a lot for the ring selection, gives us very good advise and reply us very promptly.
During the lock down period, he even helped me find the ring I was looking for two years ago! Highly recommend!

I urge consumers to never ever buy anything meaningful from this store. I made the mistake of buying my wedding band from European Boutique in the Eaton Center. This was 2.5 years ago. I have had a diamond fall out on 3 separate occasions for no apparent reason. Note that this was not an inexpensive piece of jewelry. I sorely regret this purchase.

Dropped into European Jewellery to get a couple of Movado watches fixed. Joanne Low was the person who I dealt with. She was professional, efficient and polite. Most importantly, I walked out with 2 watches fixed, good price and best of all good service.

I love the customer service here and their Swiss watch selection. My only gripe is no Rolex/Tudor watches are sold here, it would be cool if they sold preowned ones. I usually get good deals here on the tag Heuer and Longines. I bought a Tag Formula 1 and Longines Master Collection on sale for 25% off here. The Tissot selection is also amazing. I'm not a fan of Omega so I cannot comment but they have a big selection of them as well as zenith chronograph watches. Be warned though as they do not do refunds or returns, exchanges only.

Although I haven’t purchased a watch quite yet, as I am still deciding between an Omega seamaster and a Hamilton jazzmaster, Clare has been super patient with me and has never made me feel pressured to make a purchase. (Which makes it much more comfortable) She treats me equally as polite over the phone and in person and has answered all my questions and given me options for my future purchase. (layaway, financing) With her help, the decision of which watch I’ll be getting is set!

What a treat to go to an establishment that stays true to customer service well past the sale of the product! I had purchase a Tag connect watch and it has been great. When I retired I changed from a Samsung to an I Phone. That was not an easy transition for the watch. After countless hours on line and at the Apple store I was ready pull my hair out so I phoned Eoropean Boutique and to my surprise they assured me that they could help me and my saviour “Clare” came to my rescue and I visited with her today. She sorted through all the connectivity problems updated the software and took all the time I needed. Can’t thank her enough. To anyone who encounters software issues with their devise you know just how frustrating it can be when you can’t solve the issue. Sure does feel great once it is fixed and thanks to Clare I am all sorted out a huge THANK YOU

Joanne Low was amazing. She was friendly courteous and very knowledgeable about all types of jewelry repairs. She not only provided excellent customer service in the repair department she could also find exactly what you were looking for. My impression was that the other sales personnel were dependent on her knowledge and resourcefulness in taking care of their customers.

The customer service at this shop is despicable. Came to pick up an order and was flat out ignored. When I finally tried to get someone's attention they looked me up and down then said "Can you wait? " As a paying customer, I'd expect a bit more courtesy. Would not touch this store again with a 10 foot pole.

Completely ignored! Would give a 0 if I could. Stood around in front of the men's diamond rings for about 15 minutes. There were 3 people in the store and 5 people working at the store. Made eye contact twice; she looked at me up and down and completely ignored me. I even pointed to the display I wanted to view. Too bad, maybe idiot didn't notice the massive diamond ring on my finger. Huge loss for them. Won't be going there ever again and neither will my friends/family.

Won't be back again. They have this stupid "No Refund" policy where can only get a credit. We purchased an engagement ring, and 2 watches there but I wont buy anything again there. When I bought the first watch for my husband I realized I picked a wrong one, when I came for an exchange, they did exchange no problem, but they couldn't return the difference in price. The second time I bought the watch for higher price and the quality was pretty bad so I had to return it. I picked another watch but it was cheaper so I got another store credit. So, I ended up with $600 store credit that sits in their system for 3 years now because I don't need anything at this moment. Plus, you cant buy anything there for $600 you have to add significant amount of money in order to buy smth. I stuck with them! If they didn't have this stupid policy, if they didn't make my life complicated, I would come back. I just don't understand why they cant simply return the difference. It's my money!

I was looking for a watch and did some research, visited several shops, found this shop online but dropped in just in case on my way to the Hudson's Bay. Returned here as the choice and prices were more competitive. Professional informative service, assistance and suggestions helped me make the right choice, I bought Tissot. Went there to adjust my omega watch braclet which I only bought for less than a week. I fond my watch got a lot of scratches when the lady gave it back. I asked her how come suddenly so many scratches.she said because the way I wore it.seriously.highly doubt it! She took it back to adjust the brand so I didn’t know how she did it.but whoever what’s to adjust brand there, take a second thought. I hope that lady wasn’t lying otherwise.curse on her

Just horrible what I heard they did to my friend! Do NOT go here. Trust me, you will end up paying A LOT of money with WAY LESS satisfaction.

They treat customers so rudely and the staff has no respect for basic things like customer confidentiality. They will go ahead and tell other potential customers what you bought or what you discussed with their staff. I have NEVER heard of a jewelry store that does that. When you complain against them, their top management team will not believe you and flat out tell you not to visit their store again. So rude! Shocked how they treat paying customers.

I went to your store (the Eaton's Centre location) this past Saturday afternoon with my fiancé to pick out an engagement ring for myself. We were very specific in what we were looking for and told the saleswoman that we wanted "a wedding band that had diamonds in the middle". To which the saleswoman responded by saying "if you are having an unconventional wedding anyways, why don't you get a watch instead". We were caught off guard with that comment, we were clear that this was an engagement ring. After repeating that we were looking for a simple engagement ring, the saleswoman decided to show us the most gaudy over the top ring. This experience was insulting, rude and boarder line discriminatory. We are willing to spend money do not insult us with a suggestion of a watch if we are looking for a ring. It was nothing but attitude from this sales woman. I suggest that you provide your employees with EQ training, proper sales technique training and anti-discrimination training. Personally I won't ever walk into one of your stores again. And I am sure that if this type of "customer service" continues, many more potential customers will also be spending money with your direct competition.
