EuroSport Tuning was recommended to me by a member of Audi Club Eastern Canada. I went in an had a great conversation with Frank about some future modifications to my Audi RS3. I purchased an OBDeleven and Frank was able to give me some great tips on its use. I am planning on lowering springs this spring and look forward to more goodies from EuroSport to personalize my car.

Tried to get some OEM parts in Canada, with numbers from ECS tuning. Sent many emails and called almost 10 times without getting ahold of anyone. Finally got an email back about 3 days later, very confusing and he honestly seemed disinterested. Ended up getting most of the parts from the dealer, and it was even cheaper than ordering from EuroSport. Only ordered what I Couldn't find anywhere else. Spent over $200, no free shipping offers or anything.

Won't order from here again unless, reluctantly, I have to.

I haven't actually been here, but I had fraudulent charge on my card from here, and they reversed it themselves before my husband even called. The guy told him that they thought it was suspicious looking, so they took care of it. They have saved me the hassle of trying to get that charge reversed, unlike the other ones I'm currently dealing with. Awesome service, thank you!

On May 7 2019 I had Eurosport do an APR Stage 1 ECU Upgrade to my 2007 VW EOS that should have cost $810.00 dollars. Shortly after they started the work, I was informed that my vehicle had been previously been tuned by APR but turned back to factory settings and I qualified for warranty transfer that lowered my cost to $229.00. To say the least I was impressed with their honesty that saved me over $600.00. I'm thrilled with the performance improvement and how ethical they were in passing along the savings.

I called in today searching for a part. I was greeted by Theo who was very helpful. Their inventory showed 1 in stock, Theo kindly offered to put me on hold and search for it. Unfortunately the part was not able to be located however Theo was quick to suggest an alternative for my application. Due to their business hours I was not able to pick up but my order was shipped out same day. Always a great experience when buying parts here. Highly recommended.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Eurosport has no idea what the definition of customer service is.
Ordered parts from them in early-mid October, two weeks later find out they are apparently on back order. Called them in November to find out when the parts would be in, they said they would look into it and call me back. Never did. Called back again apparently they were moving. Finally got a hold of them mid December and they said they are waiting on the manufacturer, unsure when they will finally have them, if at all. They advised that they should have called the manufacturer and kept me apprised and that it was their mistake for not doing this. Note that i have now been waiting since October for parts that i actually needed, not just a modification. Ended up having to order OEM's instead of what i had originally ordered, said they would call me on the 24th, they didn't. They called on the 28th and when i asked them to ship them to me because i had already driven the hour and a half to Oakville on multiple occasions and because of all the run around and waiting, they told me they would only cover half of the shipping and acted like they were doing me some huge service. You guys need to work on your professionalism and customer service skills. I have no idea what kind of fruitful company operates like this. Maybe they just don't like dealing with women and/or think that a woman is some sort of idiot that they can bully. If you are looking for any parts for your car, save yourself the stress and headache and go elsewhere.

Great place to get parts for your Euro vehicle. Friendly staff and good customer service. 1 thing they could massively improve on is handling phone calls. I have called here numerous times on different days to ask about products/services and always get answered with, "Could you hold for a second" to be never talked to again. I once purposely waited for 13 minutes just to see if they will come back on the phone but nope. So don't bother calling here, just go to the store. Again, great place with great prices, just don't expect to get anything done over the phone.
