Terrible doctor. He doesn't want to help he just says it's "nothing". So he doesn't deal with you. He gives you meds that you don't even need and probably harm you. If I didn't know better I would still be taking those harmful meds
Get your staff the right training don’t tell people that you open @9am on Saturday’s oh yes come in the doors are open @8: 45 am that was the call I got from 1 employee
Dr. Emad is a professional doctor but the receptionist and over all servies are extremely unacceptable. No proper customer service, the staff should be more professional
Very unprofessional. I came here to get a physical exam to fill out a form required for a serious surgery I’m undergoing. He filled it out without examining me and when I told him that the information he wrote was inaccurate, he said it’s fine and said that I’m completely healthy, whereas in reality I have a chronic condition. I never expected such low quality medical practice in Canada.
Dr. Emad has been our Family Doctor for 12 years with my husband and my son as well. He's been very accommodating and helpful to us. He's such a professional doctor and he treated us like his family. Very good in keeping our health up to date by sending us regular checks. After our appointment, we're greatly satisfied with his good quality service. It makes a difference when you see a happy, professional and respectful doctor. In addition, his wife as a doctor too helps a lot to keep the clinic operations smoothly. His assistant s are very professional including the receptionist. We need Dr. Emad 10X - in Canada. WE SALUTE HIS HARDWORK! (From: Romelyn/Richard and Rylan)
This place has been falling apart. They contact me twice on October 7th to make an appointment for November 21st. And I asked multiple times if there was a closer date. I was told no. Now they are telling me the date was actually October 21st. When I asked multiple times on speaker in front of my friends and family. And not to mention all the times you show up for an appointment and they cancel it the same day and claim they “called”
I went to the clinic the other day expecting to see Dr. Emad. I made an appointment on line to see him, but when I got to the clinic, the receptionist told me he wasn't working that day. She should have told me in advance, so I was seen by Dr. Miller instead. My appointment was for 12: 00 noon, but they were running behind 1 hour or so as usual, so I didn't get into the exam room until about 1: 05. I agree wholeheartedly with the reviews that say that the receptionists are cold and dismissive in their attitude. When I finally got in to see the doctor for a minor issue, he didn't spend much time with me (only a few minutes). You are only allowed to mention one issue with the doctor, and when I tried to mention my other issues, Dr. Miller just dismissed them and said he had to get on to his next patient. When I got in to see him, the first thing he said was that I wasn't in the system on the computer. It's like that every time I go to see either him or Dr. Emad. The front desk needs to get more on top of their books, and make sure that the patients ARE in the system. If I were ever at death's door, I am not sure that I would go to this clinic. The front desk receptionists need to improve on their public relations skills. Not to mention.almost every time I call on the phone it is virtually impossible to get through because their voicemail is always full, and they never empty the messages so the answering machine can accept new ones. Overall though, I am fairly satisfied with Dr. Emad.
The admins never pick up the phone to answer calls. If they do, it seems like your call is not welcome to answer. They probably have more patients than the limit to maintain professional service.
Can someone answer the frikin' phone? I have been trying to call for three days. Now that appointments are booked online, they seem to assume that every call is to book an appointment and they ignore the phone. They also don't give an option to leave a voice message. Admin assistants please pick up the phone. I am not calling to book an appoinment. I have a different inquiry. The doctors there are amazing though. I am a patient of Dr. Miller and I saw Dr. Emad twice. I like them both.
Doctor Miller is great - only complaint is as others have mentioned below the phones are almost NEVER answered (despite calling over and over and/or at different times during the day). This makes it extremely inconvenient for those who wish to book an appointment or inquire about wait times.
I've been a patient here for years I've been trying to call to make appointment for my son because he has allergies and they have their phones turned off at 11: 29 on a Monday in the morning how useless are they why do they have four woman working the front desk when none of them can do their job.this clinic should be closed or they should get new workers that actually do what they're supposed to do trash.
Dr. Emad is very patient and compassionate with all his clients. He is an exceptional, very seasoned family doctor. It's hard to find an outstanding family Physician like him, who genuinely look out for the overall well-being of his patients. He has been my family & I's Family doctor for almost a decade and will continue to be, God spare our lives. Tolulope S.
He is a good doctor with 2 exception, sometimes he sees 3 persons from one family at one a time and it takes only 10 minutes and they're done, the other thing and a lot of his patients know that his wife works at the clinic and she pretends as if she she is a doctor although she is not.
Dr. Miller is a great doctor. My only complaints are about the receptionists. They almost NEVER answer the phones and let them go to voicemail. At least pick up the phone and put people on hold. I have to call them about 10 times in a row just to get an answer. The voicemail is ALWAYS full so you can't even leave message. The receptionists are also rude and dismissive. They don't even look at you or greet you. Reception is horrible. But Dr. Miller is a fine doctor.
His appointments are timely, however I tend to see him as a walk-in which can take 90 minutes - 2 hours. That's kinda annoying but I see it as the price of a walk in. He's the best doctor I have ever had. He's supportive, he listens, and just seems like a caring man who wants the best for his patients. When I've had trouble with a specialist, he didn't hesitate to refer me to another, and he went out of his way to go over my rights.
