EV Direct managed the installation of EV chargers in our condo building. They were price competitive, but more importantly, they were very professional.thorough, on-time, responsive and communicated clearly and consistently throughout the process. Their follow-up service has also been excellent, as has their billing process. This is my second experience with the installation of EV charges in a condo project and EV Direct experience was far superior.

EV Direct is who our condominium in Etobicoke used to set up and install private owner-based EV charging stations in our parking lots. They helped ensure the work was done on time and UNDER budget (a small miracle in today’s day and age). Their prices are fair and their response time is great. EV Direct did an amazing job at our Condo building in Oakville. Very professional throughout the process & installation of Evolute panel. Arrived on time on the start date & completed the very tidy installation early.

EVdirect installed an EVCS in our condo in Ajax - they did an excellent job: offered very useful suggestions, were very good at communicating, worked well with ESA and our property management. The final product looks very good.

My experience with EV Direct was all positive. Sharon answered my many questions and provided clear explanations of the options that were available to me for installing my home EV charger. Rob and his team of installers were thoroughly professional, good-natured and respectful of our property. They demonstrated excellent technical and problem-solving skills and were able to work around some structural issues without undue delays. I also appreciate that they showed up exactly when expected and left the job site clean and tidy each day.

I used EV Direct to install an EV charger in my condo parking spot. The condo insisted that we install a meter and a disconnect in my parking spot and the team at EV Direct were quick to come on site, perform an inspection and provide an estimate for the job. The installation team were professional and polite and knew what they were doing. They worked well with the Management team at my condo and were careful to clean up after themselves. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for an EV installation estimate.

I had a great experience from start to finish working with EV direct. Installing a charging station in a condo is definitely a lengthy process, but they were very understanding of the challenges associated with the process. They were very helpful from the very beginning and a pleasure the deal with. Although the process took a long time from start to finish i could not be happier with the end result. I would highly recommend using them to install your EV charging station. Especially if you are in a condo they are one of the few companies that were willing to work with me to get everything done!

I am the Property Administrator at PCC421 - a Condominium in Mississauga. I have been closely working with EV Direct since the beginning talks of installing our EVC Panel. This year in January, we installed our EVC Panel in the Parking Garage for our residents. The staff at EV Direct has been exceptional! From the executive staff, to the electricians onsite we have been given the finest customer service before and after the installation. They are always very professional, and knowledgeable and always in contact with us with new updates for the panel, and customer (resident) concerns. I was the property manager at 701 Sheppard Avenue West when the project was in planning stages and eventually went ahead. EVdirect was awarded the project and while there was a delay due to the pandemic they began the installation in 2020. There professionalism and workmanship was second to none. Not only was the panel installed with great care and visual appeal, but they also installed conduit to run lines to various parking spaces that looked very well done and not haphazardly joined together. If you are looking to work with a great company and have your project completed with care and quality then EVdirect is worth looking into.

These guys botched my install and tried blaming it on Tesla, saying the charger was probably malfunctioning. They are condescending and very rude. Do not do business with these cable technicians.

What a nice convenience charging where I park. The app only allows you to turn power to outlet on/off. Can’t communicate with Tesla - no wifi.

The installation of the EV charger in our parking spot was effortless on our part, literally took them a few hours and we were in business. The charger and app work seamlessly. This has made owning our Electric vehicle a dream. Its like having a fuel pump right in our parking spot. This has eliminated all the stress of searching for the most convenient EV charger. We no longer give it a thought. Well worth the investment.

I have absolutely no complaints having dealt with this company. They were always prompt with my requests and very knowledgable about their product. Their service was impeccable (hard to believe I would say that about an EV charging company but that’s how I feel). I never had issues with the pricing either.
