Ever New

Ever new is slowly replacing all my stuff in my closet. It has been my goto for absolutely any event in the past year. Apart from the stuff being sooo amazing.the team at this store is FABULOUS. They have always been so warm and helpful with choosing the right dress.the right size.
I recently had a small little issue with a dress i bought online, they were soo helpful.and fixed the issue for me instantly.
All the girls were soo helpful.

I had the most wonderful shopping experience at the Ever New Square One store. The staff were amazing! Tiffany in particular went above and beyond - so personable and welcoming. Both she and Caitlyn helped me find the perfect dress. Great fashion advice and inventory - I will be back soon.

I usually shop at bay but i saw this store at square1 today. The difference in products compared to bay is huge. The store has a nicer display. The staff was so welcoming to me and my daughter. The cashier i think her name is mariam.she was super sweet and told me about the sale promotions they had because i was on a budget. The girl in the fitting room was so sweet too i forget her name but she had very long hair. She helped me find the perfect dress for the occasion. I highly recommend coming here!

Worst customer service ever! Why you should buy something from this store when you would find this brand at The Bay! They have a good collection of Ever New and it is more important for the Bay to see the client’s satisfaction! This store does everything that you cannot return your purchase for a refund! They are just looking for an excuse!

Came in for the first time, and most likely for the last; as this particular store’s associates can’t be bothered to assist or even give a simple greeting. No wonder no one enters this store.

Bunch of non sense people here, staff not trained for this job. Manager don’t seems like professional at all. Selling stuff by lying with customers

One the worst shop to buy any stuff. They are not clarifying return policies properly and when you go to return the items they’ll show dumb excuses and bla bla. Never ever buy from this place.

Ever New’s clothes are of great quality at reasonable prices. Love my pieces! However, I am giving a 3 star rating as the Manager at the Square One location is very unpleasant. The worst customer service I have experienced. I would prefer to purchase my clothes online or at another location moving forward. Reading the other reviews as well, it seems this is a common issue at this location.

A great place to shop for clothing for all occasions under one roof, a bit pricey but the quality and the convenience of having all your needs worth the money

All of their clothes looks amazing, BUT their satin dresses and shirts are the WORST MATERIAL EVER! Bought two satin dresses, and both got destroyed after first wash…. Spent over $200 on each item and can’t wear it after one wash. Tried to take it to the store and explain the situation, but the staff were super rude and not helpful at all. I DO NOT recommend shopping at EverNew.

Just bought a coat here. I am so picky and indecisive about the coat I was shopping for but Nav and Kieran helped me out so much and with utmost professionalism and laughter. First store I walked into and the athmosphere and store is clean and beautiful. Still thinking about the coat so I walked around and didn't find anything better so I went back and purchased the coat. They told me about my options if I was to return or exchange it and made sure I am well taken care. If you go to this store go to Kieran and especially Nav, they are so helpful and can help out plenty! <3

Will be coming back again in the near future.

I love this store for it's fashion. The staff and especially the manager Karen are so helpful. They all go above and beyond to make my shopping experience always enjoyable. Highly recommended to go and check it out.

I'm giving 3 out of 5, because the experience in this store is a hit and miss each time. I've found that the associates are not that helpful, they're normally too preoccupied with chatting with one another.to be honest, I don't really care, because I already know what I am looking for in this store. The associates always set up a fitting room for me (which is great) but then disappear shortly after.not so great, if you need a different size, cause you're kind of left standing in the fitting room hoping for one of the associates to see you. I would say, the associates don't really pay much attention to the customers, unless its at the cash wrap. Other than that, can't complain about the products, as the clothes are super cute!

Just discovered this store. My new go to favorite. The staff were great and very helpful and the clothes and accessories are lovely. Great prices and quality with a different style than most places. Highly recommend.

Love love love this store! The lovely ladies that work here are fantastic. Every time I’ve been there I’ve felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Their clothes are beautiful for office work, nice events and day to day casual! I have never been so happy with the quality and price of any other store. I feel like I’m paying fast fashion prices for a really good quality product.

Elissabeth is very professional, helpful and such a kind person. I was looking for a few new outfits and got the best service from Elissabeth I highly recommend not only checking this location out but if you need any help sizing or finding anything, Elissabeth was a good help!

Snobby staff refused to greet me or assist me with a fitting room. They were all chatting in the back. I put down the clothes I was going to try on and left.

The styles are fashionable and the staff are friendly and approachable. The prices are reasonable for nice work-wear, or even a more formal dress. It's a chic little shop! I'm excited to see what styles this Australia-based store will bring to Square One!
