I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing furniture from this store. Bought a bed+mattress, dining table and chairs, and barstools from this place four weeks ago, and there’s an issue with everything down to the delivery process. While looking at the dining table in store, I mentioned how the wood stain looked worn down and faded and the owner assured me this was just the one on the showroom floor and we would get a new set with no faded marks. The table and chairs we received were indeed visibly faded and even have extra stain or grease on the underside of the table so that when you stand up after sitting, you get marks on the top of your pants if they brush up against the table. As the delivery guys were dragging the mattress upstairs, they scratched every single one of our newly renovated stairs (so much so that we had to ask our renovator to come restain the scuff marks because the marks were that noticeable). As for the barstools - we don’t have them. They delivered the wrong ones and tried to convince us to accept the wrong ones instead. When we declined, they said they’d bring the right ones that we actually ordered another day. It’s been four weeks now and they seem to be waiting on us to go to the store to pick up the chairs ourselves even though it was their mistake and the barstools have already been paid in full. The delivery guys were also really unprofessional - one of them tried to con us into buying a random sofa they brought in their truck claiming it was a wrong order and was going to waste (the sofa had stains on it and looked like it was picked up off someone’s curb). He at first said it was for free but then said to give his delivery partner $100 to compensate as he also wanted to keep the sofa. We declined. Despite all this, my dad gave them a tip and upon seeing extra cash in my dad’s wallet, the guy asked for more money as it was “the Christmas season”. Never ordering from them again. We just want our money back for the barstools at this point.

I deeply regret choosing this furniture store. Our recent purchase of a bed+mattress, dining table and chairs, and barstools turned into a nightmare. The dining set we received had visible stains and fading, contrary to the owner's assurance in the store. The delivery process was a disaster; the mattress delivery left noticeable scratches on our newly renovated stairs, requiring additional work to fix. The barstools were delivered incorrectly, and despite our refusal to accept the wrong ones, the correct ones are still pending after four weeks. The delivery team's unprofessionalism reached a peak when they tried to sell us a stained sofa, claiming it was a mistake. Even after tipping, they asked for more money, citing the Christmas season. This experience has been a complete letdown, and we simply want a refund for the barstools. Avoiding this store in the future is a no-brainer.

We bought mattress recently here and the price was pretty high for queen size bed mattress. Even the quality is worst. It’s for thhe new house and the mattress had full of bedbugs. I never gonna recommend anyone to go this store. When we call and ask about begbugs problem they blame us. Is there anychance bedbugs come to new house? They are not ready to give any compensations. Very poor service and worst quality products.

Horrible place to buy furniture, their products come with bed bugs. I bought a bed from the store and I has so many bed bugs, my wife was covered with bed bugs bites. Please stay away from this place!
