Our family was looking for a trustworthy windows and doors company in Barrie and we are happy we found Everest! They replaced all our windows and doors, very attentive to details, very good prices and friendly staff. High recommended!

Well, it's been a hellish 11 months. This company has been a horror to deal with. From demanding more money after the fact, to outright refusal to fix massive errors in their installations. The multi year warranty really means nothing if the company doesn't come out to fix or repair it. So at the end of the day, I have no warranty, was bullied to pay more than the written contract. (which I did not). Contracts are contracts and I refused to be bullied for extra cash. Despite the fact I did pay cash no tax, which was nice at the time. I feel riddled with regret I ever contacted this company. Basically the shakedown for more money and refusal to fix a MAJOR problm 4 months after installation. Do yourself a favour and keep looking. This has been the worst most unprofessional company I have dealt with to date in my life. I am 44. So I hope this rock bottom helps you learn from my errors. Contract seems to mean 0. So sad.

Update: after screwing in some siding in the bitter cold, 2 weeks after my review. I was told it would be replaced in the spring. Since it's been bitterly cold (this is why the original install failed?) nobody has been to my house since, I am still waiting on the spring to have the issues fixed. They are not fixed at all. I will report back once this is replaced, with better news. As of Feb 20,2019 I await the fix. I have lots of pictures if anyone wants them.

Still waiting, 2023 now. What a joke.

Everest delivered a beautiful door and they took away all the old junk. Their installer showed up on time in his Everest polo shirt, and he was very courteous. He even answered all my questions about the retrofit of my garage door opener and when I asked how soon I needed to have that done before the door installation—he said, "Tomorrow. " You can't beat that for great service.

We bought a new bay window, arrived on time as promised. The installation had to be postponed and one part related to the opening actually was also delayed so that happens, what I really appreciated was the prompt and responsible communication on behalf of the owner. These guys know what they are doing, they are honest and reliable. Great prices and even better service!

If I could give them a negative star, I would.

These folks delivered a door that was not to size after waiting months. In addition, they proceeded to install the door deposited request for them to stop and not proceed.

The police had to be called. Take your business elsewhere.

Great experience from start to finish with our building's window replacement. The prices are terrific and I am confident the quality is good as well based on our experience with older clients of Everest and also by inspecting the product ourselves first and ensuring it is indeed energy-efficient. Quick and professional installation, we replace 3 patio doors and 10 windows and were amazed at the cleanliness, quickness and professionalism of the installers. Best windows and doors company I ever dealt with in Greater Toronto. Installation was fast, clean and professional. Insulation is a 100% and we already feel a big difference in our energy consumption bill. The uPVC windows are energy-star certified and triple pane so the quality is excellent. I called this company looking for advise on my existing windows. We had to replace 12 windows and a front door. Their prices were the best and I am glad because the windows and door feel extremely durable and solid. Very well!

Bought two tilt and turn windows. Had problems with the first that they promptly fixed the hinges werent installed properly last year. Bought another this year and am also having issues with the hinge. As with the first one this was installed professionally. They sent out a repairman who promptly fixed the window within a week. I am pleased just wish they were both operating well without them having to send a worker, and it took a little time for Leon to agree to come and fix. None the less, I am satisfied and it is working now as it should. The installation was done correctly, the repairman had to use a special tool to adjust the window.

Why would you call " Everest", being in Canada at least rocky mountain. Another pickup truck operation. Customer be careful, Lots of these companies are fly by night operation. For some reason they all Russian speaking.
