Day staff are great!
Afternoon shift often mess up my 1 milk, 1 sugar Steeped Tea as 1 cream, 1 sugar or make it coffee vs steeped tea!
They do spend most of their time on their drive thru customers and not much on their counter customers.

Paid for my coffee twice!

This location took my money plus a tip.and didn't notify me that my coffee was free with my points (which were automatically used).
Considering half the Tim Hortons locations in Kitchener have broken cash register customer screens.this has been happening more often than most people know.
Don't trust the employees.half of them can't count the change you hand to them, and have a hard time giving proper change when you hand them a bill.

Well this place is a gem. It has a drive threw on the driver side and passengers side also. They keep the flow of traffic flowing pretty smoothly, but just like any other Tim's they get backed up at peak hours. So far the serves has aný⁶⁶6⁶7⁷22²282727

Staff is rude.very rude especially the day manager she is not a nice person at all.l bad bad customer service overall.they are really good at getting the order wrong
