Everlasting Moments

Got married September 2022 and I’m still begging for the remainder of my footage. I was promised all of it back in May, and every week it’s the same story “it’s our high season”. I got married A YEAR AGO.
I won’t bother to dive in to the quality of the work, so many amazing moments were captured on family and friends phones that were nowhere to be found with the photographers. Second photographer left earlier than promised. Spend your $10,000 elsewhere.

We got married over a year ago (this review is long overdue), and there’s not enough positive things to say about Everlasting Moments. We did both our engagement and wedding photos with them. Perhaps best to summarize and express gratitude chronologically:

1. We started with Krunal. He helped us understand how Everlasting Moments was different from other photographers, he assisted us in finding a package to meet our budgetary needs, and was flexible in customizing a package that we actually wanted. He’s one of the best salespeople we interacted with in our wedding process – supportive and not overly assertive. Thank you Krunal!

2. We then had the extreme pleasure of working with Diana on the engagement photoshoot. As two people who hate being in front of a camera, Diana was fun, engaging, and made the whole process feel much more natural than we expected. We tried to go for a bit a unique theme (indoor classical piano setting, outdoor forest), and she directed us brilliantly.

3. Wedding! Everlasting Moments were generous enough to include a second photographer who happened to be available that day to adequately capture every moment of our special day. Both Aleisha and Barry were incredible – they were cordial with our family and friends, they gave us helpful instructions without being pushy, they were respectful of the church and their rules, and most importantly – the shots were beautiful. It was all in the little things - whether it was helping us with our corsages and boutonnieres or cleaning the room that photos were being taken in, they always went the extra mile.

We’re beyond happy to have crossed paths with Everlasting Moments. Thank you for capturing the moments that will now, truly be, unforgettable.

Everlasting moments are best in the business, they have been around for a long time. They did my cousin’s wedding about 25 years ago! I was so happy with my engagement pics. My wedding was yesterday and I have already received the sneak peeks of my wedding pictures, and I am blown away. You will not be disappointed! I would suggest Everlasting Moments to anyone looking for wedding or event photography and videography. They were incredibly professional and made the entire bridal party feel like Rockstar's the day of the wedding.

They gave us direction the entire day and made sure we were taken care of.

I will say, I was told prior to hiring them that you need to stay on top of them and that is definitely something to keep in mind.

No regrets whatsoever, but wished communication was a little bit easier.

It was an absolute honour to have Everlasting Moments capture my wedding day. They make sure to capture the emotion throughout the day, ensuring that each important step is captured on camera. The Everlasting team always has great photo ideas, pose suggestions, etc. They pay close attention to detail and it really shows in their photos/videos. My husband and I hired Everlasting Moments for both our engagement photos and wedding. The engagement shots were beautiful! They spent so much more time with us than what was agreed upon in the contract which was really nice of Paunch. He took us to several places around downtown to compliment every look we were going for.

For our wedding day everything started off to a great start. During the afternoon where we were taking our wedding photos at a park, Paunch called in one of his extra employees just to help out which was really sweet. At the time of the reception, we were very disappointed that even though we paid to have two photographers to take shots all night, we somehow ended up with no shots of our first dance. To try to rectify this, they provided two stills from the video which were bad quality. This was really upsetting as we don't have any photo from our first dance as husband and wife. Another thing was that upon signing of the contract we had agreed that one photographer would stay to the end of the wedding to capture the group family photos after the guests left. My husband saw Paunch's son packing up much earlier than he was supposed to and told him that we paid and agreed that someone was supposed to stay for the family shots. He just responded by saying that he's leaving which was really unprofessional of him and the entire day he did not crack a smile. Which made me and my husband feel very uncomfortable around him.

We brought up these issues with Paunch when we went in to see our photos and he apologized but it doesn't bring back the moment. The point here is that for the price they charge (which is a lot) you'd expect the full service contract that's agreed upon. Don't be fooled by what you see in their studio and social media accounts. They obviously post their best work, however, they have a lot of amateur photographers and videographers working for them. My advice, definitely shop around before signing any agreement with them. They surely don't capture all your "everlasting moments". First dance and family shots are a big deal and the highlight of any wedding.

Thank you so much to the Ever Lasting Moments team, especially our videographer, Kunal. We were so lucky to have him! He constantly made an effort to make us feel comfortable and natural and reminded us to enjoy and have fun. He put us at ease and it truly reflects in our shots. The entire team was extremely responsive and detailed throughout the process. Would highly recommend them!

I can't say enough about how amazing Paunch, Aleshia and the Everlasting Moments team is. I initially had the dream team booked for a wedding in 2017, unfortunately things did not workout and the wedding was called off. At the time I had paid the photography in full and when I spoke to Paunch and his team he informed me not to worry about the payment and when things worked out again we could reschedule. Fast forward to 2022 and I was engaged again. I hesitantly called Paunch as I did not think he would remember. To my surprise he did not forget and he kept his word about transferring the package to my new date! Even as times have changed significantly he accommodated me and kept true to his word and his price and took care of me. For that honestly and commitment to me I am forever grateful.

I recently received my photos and the wedding trailers and I couldn't help but tear up watching the video and looking at all the photos. There truly is no words to explain how amazing and stunning everything came out. When I watched the extended video (11 minutes long) I felt like I was at the wedding and reliving it all over again. The energy that comes from this video is beyond words. The photos are so stunning, I told my husband I wish I could print them all and plaster them all over the walls, seriously!

The day of the wedding Aleshia and her crew arrived promptly at my house and my husbands house. They spent sooo much time with each of using taking tons of photos capturing all the little details and the big details. They were all so helpful from helping me into my dress, carrying my bag, to helping carry my 15lb veil. They didn't hesitate to help with anything. They were all so professional and respectful and working super hard to make sure we captured literally every single detail. I can truly write a book about them and Everlasting Moments as a whole. For me personally, photos and videos are my life so having the best of the best at my wedding was the single most important thing to me, even more important then my dress! I can whole heartedly say that I had the absolute best of the best at the wedding and if I every had to do this again I would choose Everlasting Moments over and over and over again!

When my original wedding photographer cancelled 3 days before the day, Everlasting Moments came through! They were able to accommodate us in such short notice and were so kind and helpful. The team took away so much anxiety and stress and made my day SO PERFECT!

My photographers, Diana and Barry were AMAZING! Came to my house with so much energy and made us all laugh and have a great time. They stayed the whole night and took a ton of photos of me and my family and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

I am a Covid bride & have had 3 different wedding dates. Restrictions were changing again & I changed my wedding date last minute to ensure my wedding would finally happen. My wedding was in 3 weeks & I have not hired 1 person. I have heard of everlasting moments from my venue, The Arlington Estate & quickly reached out to them. It just so happened that they were free on my wedding date even though it was just weeks away. I hired a team of 2 photographers & 2 videographers. My photographer, Roxy, was very friendly, professional & instructed me on how to pose in the photos. My videographer was also amazing as well as our same-day edit turned out great. My husband also liked his Photogrpaher & videographer as well. Overall, great experience. I am still waiting for the video footage of my October wedding but am looking forward to it.

Precious Little Moments did such a great job with my pictures. They were accommodating with the amount of pictures I wanted and the quality was better than I expected. I will be using them for all our upcoming shoots. Excellent service also

I booked a mini Christmas session after finding a promotion through Instagram. Diane and the team at Precious Little Moments were amazing and patient with my kids. In just 20-minutes we got plenty of amazing photos that'll be cherished forever. The high-res, edited photos were emailed in just 3 days. Highly recommended!

I found this company on Instagram (preciouslittlemomentsphoto) as I was scrolling through my feed. What caught my attention the most was their decor and how beautiful the setup was. I had inquired about the minis and set up a date and time. They were really flexible with my dates as I realized a week before that I had another commitment that I had forgotten about. They were so understanding and gave me alternate dates, which was really appreciated! Diane and Johnny made our 20 minute shoot really fun and helped with trying to get my daughter to smile because she had just woken up from a nap =/ I would definitely use them again next year! I have been using everlasting moments and precious little moments for over 6 years now. I simply cannot find any other place that even comes close to them. The vividness of their pictures and the quality of their work just puts them at the top of the top. I’ve actually had people recognize them as my photographers when they see my wedding pictures- that’s how you know they nail it every single time. I would highly recommend them!

I want to thank the Everlasting Moments team for stepping in on such a short notice to assist with our wedding. Our original photographer had to step down due to unforeseen circumstances and they were very quick to arrange a contract with us for our special day. We would like to especially thank our photographers Kat and Ryan for all of their amazing hard work on our wedding day.

The reason I am rating two stars is because we were not impressed with the customer service overall at this company. First of all, we were told that our photos would be ready in 6 weeks, which didn't end up happening. We understand that there can be some delays, so we waited patiently until we received an email in November (the wedding was in August by the way) informing us that our photos were ready and that we could schedule an appointment to meet. We booked the appointment for early November, excitedly looking forward to seeing all of the developed photos. However, the night before our scheduled appointment, we received an email at 10: 30PM saying that the appointment had to be cancelled as they were still working on the photos and "wouldn't make it by the deadline tomorrow". I understand that sometimes projects can fall behind but sending an email at 10: 30PM the night before an appointment is unprofessional. People work around their schedules to make time for these appointments and deserve a much more advanced notice than that. We were extremely disappointed as the appointment was scheduled the day before we were leaving for our honeymoon. I sent an email explaining that and asking whether we could at least have some of the developed photos to look at since we won't be able to see them for another few weeks otherwise. So they did end up sending some photos through a drop box after I pushed for that.

When we returned from our honeymoon, we made arrangements to pick up the USB which should have all the photos (this was the end of November). However, when we opened the USB, we realized that they had not included the photos from our photo booth. Also, there were several group photos from our reception that they did not do edits on and as a result we felt that a lot of photos were missing from the USB. Plus, we never got the link, or access to the app to all of our photos either. I called Everlasting Moments regarding that and of course was told to send an email so they could look into it. We ended up sending back the USB plus a hard drive requesting they put all of our raw photos in there. Of course this took another two or more weeks. Not to mention they also never follow up with you telling you when something has been completed. I was having to call all the time to check in on the status of my photos and was told that "usually they call if it's ready". Well, it's been two weeks, why does it take so long to upload photos onto a hard drive when all we want is just the raw photos with no editing required? I think it's totally fair to follow up within a two week time frame especially when no one is communicating with us and they are already way past their deadline that they had promised to get us our photos by. Anyway, we finally got all the raw photos and sure enough all of the group photos we were looking for from our reception that weren't in the finalized edited photos were there. But, we still did not get a link/access code to the Everlasting Moments App so I had to call AGAIN to remind them to please email that to us. Just another note about the App, this is an app that Everlasting Moments says you have to download on your phone and that is how you access photos. I personally think it would have been better if they could give us a link. I may be happy to download that app to view my own photos, however, I'm sure many of our guests would not want to download an app on their phone just to look at someone's wedding photos. Anyhow, we were so sick and tired of calling them for the millionth time we figured the rest out on our own. They are overall a reputable company but customer service could certainly be better.

My wife and I got married Aug 2nd 2019, we were very pleased with the professional service we received from everlasting moments! Our photographers were Alyssa and diana they both were on time and very organized! We could not be happier with the photos from our wedding day. We also got our engagement photos done and Alyssa once again did a fantastic job! We highly recommend people to use everlasting moments. We want to say thank you very much for everything love you guys!

Planning our wedding during COVID19 was stressful to say the least, but Aleisha was so supportive, accommodating and flexible with us.

The day of our wedding was nothing short from perfect! From the drone footage of our family and friends waiting outside the church to live streaming our ceremony so our loved ones could be apart of our day. Still a terrible experience. I guess a wedding from 2006 doesn't count as an "everlasting moment". I think I'm going to post the shoddy work up so it's not just words they're making excuses for.

Just wanted to let you know that Everlasting Moments really added so much to our wedding beyond just pictures or videos but guidance and help and making our bridal party feel so comfortable and at ease.

We know that you guys deal with some real high end clients. People thought we were crazy to spend the money on the pictures and videography but can I tell you that was the best thing we spent money on. A little late on the review but.
My wedding was Oct, 11/2019. I had Kat as my photographer and honestly she was the sweetest, kept me calm and did whatever was asked for her to do. I was promised my social media trailer a few days after the wedding and got it a week after the wedding. (Make sure the put in your contract the exact date when you will receive your trailer) I had a few back and forth with them and took a while till I got everything, but in the end I was very satisfied with the results. Honestly loved their work and I would highly recommend everlasting moments.

We wanted to capture the moments, the moods and the memories and the team at Everlasting did it! They captured so many great moments in pictures and video! The team was great and they were there till the very end to capture every special moment for our very special day!

My husband and I got eloped on Coronado Island in California last weekend. We didn't have a photographer and the owners of Everlasting Moments were vacationing on the same beach we were eloping on when they offered to take our pictures and video the entire thing for us. The kindness and talent shown was mind blowing. I've never had such an amazing experience with a company before meeting them. They even went above and beyond to edit our photos and make a beautiful film for us so that we can always remember our special day. I can't express how grateful we are and how high quality their work is. If there is one photography company I'd ever recommend, it's Everlasting Moments!

My wife and I we're fortunate enough to have everlasting shoot our engagement and wedding. All I can say is that they are in a class of their own. Fun atmosphere and high quality video/photography is what you can expect from them. We will definitely be referring our family and friends.

I met Paunch and Jackie over 10 years ago when my sister hired ELM for her wedding. I told them when I get married, I will be using them! And this year, I did! There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing ELM truly is! Not only is their work impeccable, but they make you feel like family! Their whole team is so talented and dedicated to their work. If you are looking for the best of best, go nowhere else. Can’t wait to see all of my amazing wedding pictures and video! Love you guys!

I had my wedding photos done by everlasting moments back in October 2016.3 years later I realized that there was a huge batch of photos missing (back then they provided CDs and a physical mini album with file names). I had called them early September this year asking if they can take a look to see if they have the missing files but instead I was told to call back later because they’re too busy. Fair enough, I call back and the girl on the phone made it sound as if it’s my fault for checking on the photos so late. My point was not that I’m blaming everlasting, my point was I need some customer service because I was a paying customer that did not receive my full product and no one is willing to at least check if they have those missing photos. Instead of taking my info and having a rep call me back so they can look into it I’m here stuck sending emails and calling to follow up (absolutely ridiculous). So forget getting any good service if you’ve already paid and the event has passed. I was so upset because my 3rd wedding anniversary passed and I wanted to get these other photos developed but I wasn’t able to and now I’ve had to come to terms that no one will help me. Extremely disappointing! At the end they told me to call Paunch which I did but no answer and no response via email or phone since then. Again, I don’t know how much to emphasize this but I simply want someone to help me and see if they still have the missing photos I’m not blaming anyone but the way this has been handled is truly upsetting and shows how little they care about their customers once they’ve paid and the time has passed.

I just wanted to state how saddened I am with all the negative experiences I am reading. I too experienced a very similar situation. Rude staff (don’t get me started on Paunch and Roxy) and childlike quality pictures minus the misleading 2 previews when final payment was demanded. It’s sad to see that it appears as though the owner continues his intimidation tactic on other customers or continues to accuse accurate customer reviews as fake rather than reflecting on the work provided and trying to improve it.

My experience: years later and still no final product. Owner tried to intimidate by yelling and stating he will be contacting a lawyer and uses that to justify not delivering the final product promised. I’d like to point out this so called lawyer has never contacted anyone so I can only continue to assume I am correct that it was a intimidation tactic.

My advice: Save your money and go elsewhere and really take into account that all the negative reviews sound eerily familiar to each other. Also notice that either the owner doesn’t respond to correct the issue or the owners response tries to change focus from the horrible work Everlasting Moments provided to accusing the customer of being fake.

Our wedding was on Sept. 13/19. We have no words to describe how thankful we are with Everlasting Moments for capturing our engagement and wedding pictures. If We could give more than 5 stars we would. Aleisha, Kat, Shab and Duke - you guys are just amazing! From professionalism and making sure you got every single detail, to actually showing how much you care that everything comes out perfect. Your vibes were simply the best, so so nice and helpful. Honestly, it felt like it was my own family shooting and videoing for us because of how good you treated us and made us feel.
Everyone was commenting how they could just see how on top of everything you guys were. We strongly believe in God, and from the beginning we prayed to have the right people on that day, from vendors to our guests, and you guys were proof that God really did answer our prayers.
Also, Nina, who helped us from the very first moment we walked in the studio, making sure we got the right package with what we what we wanted and needed. Everyone’s quality of service was amazing.

I booked Everlasting Moments for my wedding in August 2018 as I felt they were a "safe option" with glowing reviews and it was a dissappointment.

Poor time management by staff on the wedding day, random and inexperienced staff, I did not get the photos that I had hoped for and many missed photo opportunities.

We used Everlasting Moments for our engagement pictures as well as our wedding day and they did not disappoint! Everlasting Moments live up to their name and do exactly that; capture those everlasting moments on camera. We were beyond pleased with our experience with the staff working at Everlasting Moments, they were very easy to deal with. We continue to recommend them to our friends and family. We wanted to send a special shout out to our photographer Aleisha who we were lucky enough to have take the lead on our engagement AND wedding photos. You are awesome! Thank you guys for everything!

My fiance and I had our engagement shoot yesterday and had the pleasure of having Paunch and Kelly shoot our day. We were so happy on how the day went and couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Michael isn’t a picture person and I was afraid he was going to have a dreadful day, but throughout the shoot, he continued to tell me how much fun he was having. Having my fiance at ease was a weight off my shoulder. Also, I was worried I would feel awkward and uncomfortable in front of the camera, but I was the complete opposite. Michael and I were welcomed with such smiles and excitement and to add with great ideas and locations. Our photographers were also open minded and allowed me to express my opinions and ideas, which I greatly appreciated since I am a particular person. The day was filled with so many jokes and laughs, and it was truly just the perfect day. I couldn’t wait for Thursday to come, and now I wish I could do it all over again.
Thank you so much everlasting moments and to Paunch and Kelly for capturing Michael and I, our love means so much to us and we can not wait to see our pictures and to put them on our wall. And also can’t wait for the wedding!

What can I say about Everlasting.they blew any expectations I had out of the water! My sister booked with them almost 5 years ago for her wedding.they were so much fun to work with that I knew I had to book them for my day! My husband and I had the absolute best experience! From our bridal party shoot to the wedding day and everything in between. Everyone on the team is always on the ball and their photos and videos just speak for themselves. Aleisha you are the BEST! Alessandro and I had the best day because of you! Highly highly recommend!

(Maid of Honour) Too bad they don't have Zero stars available. They shot my friends wedding and had I was surprised at how amateur their photographers and video guys seemed. They Arrived late first of all and just stood around like stumps or on their phone during important moments, secondly their video highlight reel was something you can chop together yourself on imovie. Their photos are decent but video is poor to say the least, ESPECIALLY for what she paid. More money doesnt always mean better service or better product.esp in this case.
Stick with boutique production companies that give special attention and care to your special day, it only comes ONCE, don't risk it.what a joke.

After meeting with several photographers, we chose everlasting moments. We had a few meetings and phone calls with them before signing. We worked mainly with Paunch and Ryan as our photographers but had meetings and interactions w other members of the team and they were all great. We had them for 3 events, engagement, henna and wedding shoots. At all 3 events paunch brought more staff and stayed longer than what the contract stated. As far as quality, they’re top notch. We loved our engagement photos and we just received the wedding sneak peeks and were extremely pleased - we can’t wait to see the rest of the pictures and videos.
I would definitely recommend them.
