I got my GT bike checked for the creaking sounds from bottom bracket. Guys there not only fixed it with a reasonable cost, but also identify a few issues on the bike, email communicated with me, and fixed it with no additional cost.

I want to say thank you to the evolution cycle technician or mechanic guy who was kind and super helpful, went to buy cable cutter and did not have service appointment, I told him my bike headset have problems, too loose too much movement, he’s an excellent expert so he went the extra step to fix the problem which he did. Usually have consistently great experiences here, but they occasionally get some things wrong during installation and repair. I've been overcharged twice here when I've been told repairs would be free of charge, both times accidentally - one was returned to no charge and the other was discounted, but later refunded after communicating with staff afterwards

I’ve been coming to Evolution for the past couple of years based on the reviews. Excellent service and they always try to make it right. Had a few issues and they were able to correct them all and bike feels like new again. Great service from very knowledgeable staff who take the customer experience to another level.

I want to say thank you to the technician, he’s an excellent expert, in 2021 I bought a used bike for $ 75 so I brought in my junk bike for tuneup but it took 2 moth and it end up costing me too much like $176.95 or so for cables and 1 tire replacement.
I like to customize my bike, I painted and put on a trek decals so went back few days later to buy new chain to match my steal cassette so first the sales guy told me I see your bike isn’t trek if you like trek you can buy this for $960 kinda pushing me so I refuse then he told me you can go on YouTube and install your chain the way what you did to your bike so I was shocked and I didn’t say anything but I felt he’s making fun of my customized bike so for that reason I’m giving then 1 star rating for being so unprofessional and not supposed to make fun of customers favourites. I’m not ever coming back to this bike shop.

I went on Richmond Hill Bicycle Repair on Tuesday July 26,2022 I had tuneup, Noah is extremely friendly and an amazing owner of the company he took special care of my bike, he changed all my bike cables including brakes and shifter cables also he replaced 2 of my tires and he changed my inner tubes all in same under 1hr, im very impressed by his hard work and taking great care of all his customers so I paid $55 including $25off for the whole thing

Mike (my bike fitter) was very attentive to needs and took the time to answer every question I had. I think my 1 hour session went much beyond the hour but he was patient and helped through it. Highly recommend him and Evolution Cycles.

I had a flat and took my bike for getting it fixed. I got immediate help. Which is highly appreciable. I then became a permanent customer of their due to high quality of customer service they provided.

Great service. Bought a used kid’s bike here before. Took my son’s bike in for service today after he’d noticed the rear brake not working. Service staff took it in even though I didn’t have an appointment. Fixed it up quick and even fixed up a couple other issues, including one that, if left unchecked, could have ended in a trip to the hospital. Thanks for the professional and courteous service!

The products are well known and good brands, but it's the expertise of the staff that draws us to Evolution Cycles. The knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of all employees is above and beyond. They ensure each rider is comfortable and safe.

I had an issue with my bike after service that was unsolvable due shortage of parts. I was very frustrated and upset. The employees were respectful and attentive. Manager came up with a solution that made me a very happy customer. Their treatment and customer service was top notch. And they made sure I left the store with a smile on my face. From my experience with them i can say they are genuine hard working people who cared about their service and customers.

Evolution Cycles took the time to find a rare derailleur hanger other bike shops couldn’t, installed it faster than promised and the cost was very reasonable.

Knowlegeable and helpful staff. Bought helmets for me and my wife and the staff there was able to find me one that would fit me oddly shaped noggin. Highly recommended and will visit again.

I was there once, the service was great. Im giving low rating for their advertising tactic. I tried to book tune ups before the promotion ends. However, they are all booked. I called the store, there is nothing they can do. I just wish the store can ensure the their capacity before they send out the promotion email. Even on the day I called and found out I cannot be booked to have promotions I’m still receiving the “last chance” email advertisement. Very disappointed.

I moved to Barrie but still return (50 km) to Evolution Cycles for service.

The people at Evolution Cycles are always so kind and helpful. I pre-ordered a bike in February 2021 with an estimated delivery date of June 22nd 2021. My bike was delayed due to the shipment, so I asked a couple more times when the bike would arrive. The staff at Evolution Cycles always would answer me by thanking me for inquiring or thanking me for my patience, and with new information. The manager, I think his name is Justin (not sure if he is the manager, but blonde guy who seems to always be there) was also very helpful when picking out which bike to pre-order. He helped me to decide based on my needs and my particular interest (i.e I wanted a low step bike specifically).

I picked my bike up on July 5th around 4: 00pm. The staff member, I think his name is Marc (curly hair, blue eyes, hat) provided excellent customer service. He made me feel comfortable when adjusting the bike to my height in store, holding the bike balanced. He also explained to me the difference between my old and my new bike, and what kinds of adjustments and maintenance I would experience. Overall, he was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the time he took with me and my new bike, especially considering I am more of a casual rider than an experienced one. I was also able to have add-ons installed onto my bike right away (kickstand, bell, and water holder) in about 10 minutes which was fantastic!

I would definitely buy any little thing I need for my bike at this store, just to support this business rather than amazon, etc!

They know bikes. Ricky helped me in 2020 during the pandemic. I’m a novice cyclist who has not ridden a bike in easily 15 years. Ricky gave me great advice and was incredibly personable. My initial review of evolution cycles is from 2020. Updated: went in for a pre-season tune up in Spring 2021, Ricky still remembered me even masked up and this store continues to provide amazing service! When I gain enough courage to try mountain hiking trails, I’ll be sure to come back for a new bike!

I have to admit that I'm too lazy to write reviews for any store but after the great experience I had with evolution cycle I felt that such exceptional customer service has to be recognized and shared. This store is my number one bike store and I've been referring all my friends to it. Thanks Evolution Cycles, you guys have been very helpful, caring and informative.

Our first experience with the store and the staff was this past week - in getting my son's BMX bike's front tire fixed. The whole process, from beginning to end, was very smooth. Called ahead and came to drop off the bike Wed evening. Ricky was very polite, professional and even took the time to have everything checked thoroughly. No pressure tactics or trying to upsell anything. Turns out a simple tube repair. Pricing is fair as well. Bike was ready for pickup following day late morning! Pick up was smooth as well, they brought the bike out along with the payment terminal. Overall, great first experience!

I was kept informed of how the parts ordering and wheel building was progressing throughout the entire process. Took a while, but given the COVID situation this was to be expected, and I definitely feel everyone did their best to make things happen and deliver an awesome finished product in spite of the situation. I definitely miss being able to stop by the shop as it was before, but everyone has to make do in these difficult times, and the great folks at Evolution Cycles are still delivering awesome service in these tough pandemic times!

Stopped at another local bike shop previously that was totally uninterested in helping me with a straightforward flat repair. These guys did it while I waited, seemingly while quite busy with other customers and services, can't appreciate this kind of service enough.

Personal and honest service. I have been buying my bikes and getting service here for more than 10 years. The team is very passionate and experts at what they do. Trek is also a great product, I have both a Trek road and mtn bike.

We wanted two bikes and the whole process from A to Z was easy and fast given the quarantine situation. I wanted to make sure that I choose a bike that fits the budget I had in mind. They delivered both bikes to our home and kindly replaced one a bit later because my wife needed Xsmall frame size. I tried the bike and am happy with it. Happy to have you in our neighborhood.

Even with the covid distancing and being served from the back of the store it was a great experience. Communication leading up to the purchase with Noah, and then support during the showcasing the bikes and being able to work with my budget.

Made several phone calls to look for gear to start gravel biking. I was indecisive, but with Mike and Ricky helping me, all was good. Left the shop with everything I needed. Just a side note, but important nonetheless, they were very patient and did not give any attitude towards myself as a new rider. This is very important, as being new to cycling is very intimidating, and there are a lot of pretentious riders and shop staff.

I will come back once the COVID-19 Lockdown is over, to check out the store, as during my visit customers were not allowed to enter (social distancing).

I have been going to this store to purchase any bike related equipment ever since they opened. The staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. Sometimes you can find some great deals on bikes and accessories.
